We were very pleased with how clean the rooms were. Staff was very friendly and polite. The only concern during our stay was the noise, both day and night, from the people staying above us. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again.

+++ cost, amenities, responsiveness, great location for families. Room was very clean except the previous guest put away dirty dishes. Bed was fabulous! - - - we were on ground level - no privacy sheers just blackout. Bathrooms did not have vents so that walls sweated. Good location for the center of Oak bluffs and an easy ride to Edgartown.

We wanted a short get away and decided to spend a few days here. We are so happy we did! We chose the perfect time! Your home appears to be one of the more updated /comfortable units in this building. Thank you for putting love and thought in your decor - and for being pet friendly - another added bonus to love! The surroundings have been quiet and serene. While here - we visited: the cliffs in Aquinnah, Lucie Vincent Beach, the “gingerbread houses” of Oak Bluff, Edgartown, the Mytoi Japanese garden and Wasque Point Beach on Chappaquidick. This has been one of the most relaxing and memorable getaways we have had in years. Your beautiful home with amazing water pressure in the shower to come home to at then end of our exploring just topped it all off. Thank you for “sharing” your amazing home! We can’t wait to come again in the future!

We arrived after dark , so all the signs were really helpful. Friendly front desk staff. We loved that the room was quiet and serene yet attached to a great restaurant with the best hot buttered lobster rolls, salads, and a lively crowd! Nice pool. We had expected sheets for the sofa bed, but will know to bring our own next time. This unit was meticulously clean. So glad 15D was available. We'd love to have a chance to return.

My friend booked this hotel. We usually only stay in AIRBNBS. So we are used to having basics for the kitchen like oil, salt and pepper. We had to buy them just for 4 day stay. The beds were very uncomfortable, soft. Great shower pressure. Great restaurant with games and lots of outdoor seating , nice pool nice people working there. .

Everything went well, except for certain communications with Vacasa. It ignored a pre-visit question I posed. In addition, it failed to pay much attention to a text message at the end. I texted with an alert that I was leaving a day early. The response evidenced no understanding of the text. These weren't major matters but travelers should be careful in communicating with this company.

Only quibble was that there wasn't anywhere on there grounds to get breakfast, but otherwise an ideal location and a very well run facility.

This was a perfect property for our family. There are lots of fun activities for the kids including the pool, Cornhole, fire pits, tennis, a playground, and a fun restaurant on site with fire pit tables and activities, not to mention delicious food. The location is perfect being right in the middle between Edgarstown and Oaks Bluff. We would definitely stay here again!

Want a place that is centrally located on the Vineyard with all the amenities…this is the place: we stayed here with our kids many years ago…loves it then..:and came back with just us…and it was perfect.

The room was absolutely lovely and the staff were so accommodating! Whenever we visit the island we stay here.

Quaint quiet and perfect for two!

Nice, comfortable and clean one bedroom. Liked that it was in a quiet section of the resort.

We enjoyed the quiet location of the Inn just off them main area of Oak Bluff. The room was spacious with a large kitchen and comfortable family room.

This was our second year renting this unit at the Island Inn. The unit was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff was very attentive in checking to see if we needed linens changed or anything at all. Of course, we love the location (which is why we chose it a second year in a row) and the possibility to play tennis every day made it perfect for us. We were not able to get the unit for our entire stay--it had been booked for the first two days of our stay in the Vineyard--so we had to move from another unit at the Island Inn to this one on the third day. The staff was incredibly helpful in all of this.
