The house was spacious with a nice back yard for outside activities. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. I’d highly recommend if you’re thinking about renting boats from lees ford. 4 min drive from the house to the marina!

I normally don’t write a review but I was impressed by this house. Nice roomy 6 bedroom equipped with everything and more. It was so quite. I thought it was more secluded but the houses were spaced far enough for privacy. The 3.5 bathrooms was a plus for our party of 10. It was clean and smelled nice. There were only 2 TV’s in the house which was ok because it aloud us to be all together in one room.

Home was clean, comfortable and handled our group of 10 extremely well. Best of all it was less than 5 minutes from Lee’s Ford Marina!

The house was large enough for our group. There was everything we needed. Close to two boat launches. Great communication with property manager. They were able to accommodate us in short notice.

The house was nice and exactly how it was portrayed. This area of lake Cumberland was not very crowded and is not close to any of the “party coves” so this would be a good place for a family to stay or people looking for a very low key time on the lake

We rented this large house for six fisherman to stay for the FLW Costa Championship. This was the perfect home as we all had our own rooms and we could comfortably share the three full bathrooms. We were located near several ramps within a 15 minute drive time to get us on to Lake Cumberland. The kitchen had everything we needed to make full dinners at night. The staff were extra kind and went out of their way to accommodate us, and even made our check in extra special as it was also my honeymoon and my wife accompanied me. We were greeted with an awesome surprise to make our day extra special. From check in to check out, this was the perfect house for our stay.

Overall good stay. Some minor tips that could make the stay great - another refrigerator (house holds 14 but only one fridge that was not very cold), more towels (much more), bedroom & bathroom doors do not latch, more bowls in kitchen & more places to hang towels. Two things we felt were a bit bigger than minor - maybe a way to notify renters of alerts in the area (there was a boil alert for the water that we just "happen to hear") and to not have the owner on the property spraying chemicals while tenants are there and rummaging through the trash. We felt a bit like we were on "watch" during our stay. All in all for the money it was a good time with great friends! And we would rent there again. Thanks.

Everything was exactly as they said it would be great space for multiple families like we had. Very close to Lees Ford. Would highly recommend this rental.

This was our first time renting a house for our family to stay together and we had a great time. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Loved that we could have our meals altogether at same table and enjoyed being outside in the huge backyard watching our grandson play in his splash mat and be able to run all over. Enjoyed sitting on the shaded front porch in the morning drinking coffee. I would highly recommend staying here for families that want to be together comfortably.

We rented all three houses for a family reunion and it worked out perfect. Fully equipped houses and location and setting was fantastic. We are going back next year!! Thanks for a fun weekend!!

Nice location!

We overall had a wonderful time, with the exception of a few days of on and off rain. Kitchen was more than adequately supplied with everything required to make it "just like home" It would be nice to have paddle fans and TV's in every room. The internet capability is the lowest available and the family was not able to utilize some TV family games while there. Had to contact company to find out why things were not working. The one bedroom by the living room had no closet access or accommodation to put suitcase/clothing out of the way. Perhaps decorative hooks on the wall to allow hanging of clothing. No TV in this room. The other bedroom had closets but no hangers. Bathrooms also did not have capability to hang clothing or towels when necessary for showering or dressing. Love that it was located right between the marina and the campground/park with the beach. Having information available for other things to do in the area (on those rainy days) as well as recommendations for "sit down restaurants" would have been helpful. This is definitely on our list to return if we decide to come to Cumberland Lake in the future. Both our contact people were great and helpful. Definitely recommend this for future families. Thank you for making this a place for family to come and relax .

This property was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of sleeping space, sitting space, and bathrooms for the 14 of us. Nice yard for the kids to run around in, rode bikes in parking lot of church next door (busy highway, adult supervision needed!). Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Would have liked some curtains on the front window, and family room door for a bit more privacy. I would consider staying here again!

Perfect yard for the kids to play and enough room to fit all of us. Definitely looking forward to coming back and booking again !!

We had a enjoyable 4 day weekend this location. Great size rooms...comfortable beds, great kitchen and dining areas for a large group to eat and discuss their daily ventures. A big back yard to enjoy yard games or just relax on the patio with a cup of coffee to watch the sun rise. New A/C units to keep the house at very comfortable 72 degrees. The house was relocated to this location from Nancy which makes a interesting discussion item. The owner continues to make improvements to this house. The owner owns the surrounding houses which makes it easy to accommodate for a much large family than ours. I recommend this place and consider returning in future.

My family spent a week in this home and had a great time. We loved the location to Lees Ford Marina and the park. Lots of room to spread out in the house and lots of seating inside and out to share meals. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Loved the big room addition area with laminate floors. Only complaint is all the carpeting in the rest of the house is old worn and stained, especially in the large living room that was converted into a dining room. Would love to come back again if carpeting is replaced
