Sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer, super ausgestattetes Badezimmer, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal, Parkplatz am Haus, spät abends noch Pizza und Salat in dem hauseigenen Restaurant gegessen (war ebenfalls sehr gut). Wir waren nur zur Zwischenübernachtung - kommen aber sehr gerne wieder !!

Das Hotel liegt an der Straße zentrumsnah Richtung Soltau-Stadt. Schönes, geschmackvolles Ambiente und tolle, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Auch das Badezimmer war top!
Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus kostenlos. Abendessen kann man auch (italienisch)! Das wollen wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt testen. Aber was wir gesehen haben war super. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder !
Frühstück…Fertig-Marmelade aus den kleinen Plastiktöpfchen geht gar nicht….bitte Marmelade in Glasschälchen. Obst war zwar da, aber vielleicht zurecht schneiden und auf Platte servieren. Das wäre erstmal lecker und gleichzeitig was fürs Auge.

Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war die Lage. Kurze Anfahrt zur Autobahn Auf- und Abfahrt.

Im Erdgeschoss ist ein italienisches Restaurant wo man sehr lecker essen kann.
Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und gut sortiert.

Sauberkeit top! Neues Bad, gemütliches Bett, sehr komfortabel. Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht dort und waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The Breakfast war really good and had some nice antipasti options as well as the usual. The rooms were very luxurious and spacious and could easily fit a baby cot.
A great Plus was also the EV charging.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten mal hier und es war wieder so wie beim ersten mal.Für uns war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich.So wie es die Zeit erlaubt,kommen wir bestimmt nächstes Jahr wieder.

Really friendly staff, greeted always with a smile. Lovely clean room and bathroom. For my son the wifi signal was very important and that was really good. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty to choose from, great coffee. We also ate in their italian restaurant the evening we arrived and that was perfect. Good variety from pasta dishes and pizzas to steaks and very reasonably priced. All in all a really great hotel.

Unfortunately one area of the hotel is under construction which made it a bit noisy in the morning.

Good location five minutes from the autobahn. Private parking. Restaurant open until 23.00, had an excellent beef and staff offered me grappa for free after dinner! Good breakfast. They also had charging for electric vehicles.

The rooms were clean and modern facility.
You couldn't close the shades in the room, they served mostly as decoration. There was no privacy and at night the streetlights shine through.
There wasn't hot water in the shower. Staff was rude and were trying to find excuses for those inconveniences, instead of apologising.

We have gotten on the house coffee when we arrived.
They allowed us to store our suitcases before check-in.
Ordered a taxi for us to Heide park.
You can order food to your room, which is very nice.
The queen bed room has a balcony/veranda on which you can eat with a nice atmosphere :)
The restaurant part of the hotel, didn't work with not German debit cards, even ISIC (mastercard and visa)
The pasta was felt cheap and a bit bland, but the sauce was good.

In the morning there was no hot water in the room, the problem was fixed, but belatedly. No complaints
