14 of us (eight adults and six children ranging ages six months to 12 years old) fit very comfortably into this very family-friendly home. The home comes well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, beach passes and beach towels for the entire family. There was plenty of parking for everyone who traveled from many states to meet there. The owner was very communicative leading up to the rental and responded quickly when we had questions for him. This was our first time in Brigantine, we happily realized that the location of the house lead to one of the nicest beach areas. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

This house was a perfect fit for our extended family of 18! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has plenty of large open spaces for all of us to gather and quite a few balconies for smaller groups. It has a well equipped kitchen and the heated pool was wonderful. Brian is a very good host and checked in on us periodically during our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely and spacious home, about a block from the beach!
Our family loved all the space and we older folks appreciated the elevator! The kids had fun in the pool after returning from the beach. We appreciated how convenient the location is to the businesses, restaurants, etc. It's in a quiet setting, and the neighbors take pride in their homes and properties.
Our host, Brian, was extremely attentive and responded immediately to any of our messages.
You'll be sure to have a terrific week! We did!

Our quick summer beach house getaway was simply idyllic. Nestled on the coast, the charming house offered breathtaking ocean views and cozy accommodations. Days were spent lounging on sandy shores, swimming in the pool, and enjoying picturesque sunsets. Evenings brought serene walks along the beach. The peaceful atmosphere and quality time with loved ones made it a perfect escape from everyday hustle. This getaway was a refreshing reminder of the beauty of coastal living, leaving us relaxed and rejuvenated.

We just finished our beach trip at this property. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to invite extended family and some friends for a beach trip. We found this property and it worked perfect for our needs. We had young children (ages 4-9), plus older family members (60’s,70’s) and everyone was accommodated. The house is clean and nicely labeled to help with any questions. Plenty of space for all of us and nicely decorated. We easily had everything we needed at the house. The pool was great as well. Location was awesome and not a long walk to the beach. Close to the playground for the kids and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Brian is an awesome host. So helpful with questions, friendly and had great communication before and throughout our trip. We would absolutely book this house again, or any of Brian’s other properties. You will not be disappointed!

The mansion is unreal. Brian the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He made everything so easy.
The home has it all and slept all 18 of us so very comfortable all rooms are beautifully decorated.
State of the art music system with speakers throughout the home is very cool. The kitchen is very large and has all top notch appliances.

We booked this beautiful home to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was a great time. The house is beautiful, spacious and it was wonderful to have all of my friends and family under 1 roof to celebrate. Working with Brian was easy from the start. Our family enjoys visiting locations for holiday gatherings, this year we chose Brigantine, NJ. From the time we booked right up to checking out our host Brian could not have been more helpful and concerned about our comfort ! He helped us with parking, transport into A.C., and dining options. He checked in to ensure our comfort and needs (of which there were none)
Each room has an en suite which makes for ease of stay.
Every nook and cranny was suited for relaxing fun! We had so much fun laughing, relaxing and even enjoyed walking to the beach (it's really close and the weather was perfect!) An especially nice touch was the elevator and the roof top deck.
My only complaint is that our stay was way too short.
We would absolutely chose this location and property again.

This was a great property to host our multi-generation family for a 60th Wedding Anniversary. Brian checked in regularly and was available for questions before and during our stay. We're a mellow group, but others should know that Brigantine has a city ordinance regarding quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
We loved that the home was so close to AC and only a short walk to the fabulous beach!

I needed a place for a group of friends to gather. We had some specific needs and desires like an elevator and a bathroom per couple. We found all of this and more at this Brigantine mansion. The kitchen and gathering space were welcoming and spacious. We enjoyed time on the rooftop deck as well as football Sunday by the large screen television. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and spacious. Atlantic City and ocean views from the rooftop. We were there on a rainy, chilly October weekend and we were toasty warm throughout the house. Don’t miss a walk on the beach in this quiet neighborhood.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with our friends this past weekend. This home, as well as the one next door, were the perfect venue for us! Incredibly convenient for every couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Our friends were very impressed and couldn’t have been happier!

Great stay with wonderful home and location. Owner is very responsive. We had a great stay. Only negative there are strict rules to be inside after 10, which made it hard to enjoy rooftop and outside area after the kids slept.

We stayed here with a large group of friends and family following a wedding for a beach weekend and everything was amazing! The house is worth every penny and would highly recommend to any that are contemplating a vacation stay here. After years of travelling to North Carolina for our large family's summer vacation, we finally had the good fortune to book one of Brian Holzinger's beautiful properties in Brigantine, NJ.
This was the best vacation decision we ever made, Brian's house was perfect for us. Ample bedrooms and baths for 20 kids from ages one to seventy! The pool was ideal and nice and warm, even during a cooler week. The children lived in the pool, when they weren't at the beach, a four minute walk away. The mansion itself has every amenity and my wife was struck by how tastefully decorated every room was. Coming from nearby suburban Philly, we appreciated NOT having to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Brian provided everything, and was available anytime we had a question. Result? A perfect week for my wife and I, as well as our six children, their spouses and children. This vacation house is a gem!

Brian was a pleasure to work with. The property was a wonderful experience for my family. The floor plan was ideal for everyone to have comfortable nicely furnished rooms with private bathrooms. The kitchen area provided us a great place to gather, cook and feed everyone. The outdoor pool was well kept and enjoyed by everyone as well.

We had a large group of 22 adults and children ages 6 to 16 staying in this house for a 3 day weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful, pristinely clean and equipped with a huge kitchen and dining facilities. The kids loved staying in the heated pool and spent hours playing at the beach which was only 2 short blocks away. The house had beach chairs, towels, water toys and surfing boards for all water play. We celebrated 3 kids birthdays this weekend. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to order food. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We also enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace. All in all, a wonderful experience. We are looking forward to returning soon.

From the moment we walked into this house, everyone was amazed. It was sooo beautiful and had every possible thing we needed! Our family of 17 (ages 18-91) had a fabulous stay. Excellent location - a couple of blocks from the beach and close enough to other destinations for fun activities. We all "ate in" together all three nights - and hired a chef for the middle night. Lots of fun! Our host was incredibly responsive and touched base to confirm we had all we needed throughout the stay.

I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay on this beautiful property and in this luxury home. I hosted my biannual book writer’s retreat and it was a major hit with my authors. We were all blown away by the cleanliness and the gorgeous attention to detail in each beautifully decorated room. Brian was VERY hospitable and more than accommodating throughout the stay. Most definitely my favorite VRBO rental to date. This was the perfect venue for our event. If you’re on the fence about booking, don’t delay, make the reservation!!

My husband and I rented this beautiful home for his 30th birthday milestone and invited a few of our closest friends and family. From the beginning to the end Brian was super helpful. I was having difficulties booking at first due to some site errors, but Brian even called customer service and ensured I got pre-approved. Brian was overall the most kind and accommodating host I've had.
My favorite places in the home was the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen was fully equipped for our extensive trip menu. The living room on the 2nd floor helped create the best memories with its games selections. Each guest in our group was above satisfied with their rooms and private bathrooms.
Apart from the home being special, the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Atlantic City was a 10 min drive which was super convenient. All in all, our stay was a 10 out of 10 experience. My husband and I will definitely be returning with the kids next time.

My family stayed at this lovely and spacious home a few weeks ago. The house was clean and well equipped for a large group. Located just steps from the beach, the house was perfectly situated. The house had an lovely heated pool that the kids and adults enjoyed. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall we had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend this home for large groups and beach lovers!

We had a great week with our large extended family. There was more than enough space for 24 of us (12 adults 12 kids). It was a perfect location with a quick walk to the beach. We loved that we did not have to bring towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. The house exceeded our expectations!

This is the complete package for a family or group vacation at the Jersey shore. The house is lovely and well maintained, the kitchen has everything you want, the swimming pool is perfect and Brian provides all the amenities you need for the beach, which is a short walk away. We were 15 adults and 6 children, and the house accommodated us comfortably. I highly recommend this property!
