Property was as listed. Owner was great with communication! We booked in the spring for our fall visit. Everything went smoothly. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well with cooking supplies. I've always brought extra items to but really didn't need to with this property. Access to the beach was wonderful. It was nice having the garage to go in and out of with the sand. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas provided which was nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens provided. Washer and dryer was excellent quality for a stackable. Probably the only issue was the stairs for my husband and I but we live in a ranch home, so not used to stairs. We definitely got our workouts. Excellent Property!!

Very clean and Scott was a super great host who was always available for questions and responded quickly to our messages! We aren't very techy people and didn't know how to set the thermostat, but Scott was very patient and walked us through the steps. Loved staying in this townhome instead of a condo. The view was fabulous! This townhome has a great set up for families. Highly recommend! It was just like the pictures and decorations were so cute!

Our family of 4- kids age 13 and 6- and my adult cousin and her boyfriend stayed for a week July 22-29, 2023. It is even better that described or photographed online:)! We loved the 2 AC units (for each floor) that were very cold AND 2 hot water heaters- plenty of hot water for everyone’s showers and be able to do laundry or run a dishwasher. The kitchen had everything we needed- we bought groceries and ate at the house all week. We loved the outside shower and used the garage for our beach base. We also used Sunset Beach Service for chairs and umbrellas for all 6 of us for the week. Ed was awesome and we had prime beach location all week to enjoy the gorgeous beach and super calm clear waters right in front of this home. Scott has a great list in the house for restaurants, stuff to do, etc. The house has a ton of towels for the beach and the showers- and boogie boards, chairs, cooler, sand toys, snorkel gear, umbrellas, even a sun tent for kids. Scott thought of everything! Check in and our was super easy, communication excellent. We had plenty of space, beds were comfortable. As others have noted and the listing describes, there are a lot of stairs. Not a big deal for us- it is a 3 story townhouse. There is no pantry. We had plenty of fridge space but all the dry groceries had to stay on the counter. Overall a perfect 10/10 vacation! We will be back! Thanks Scott!

I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great beach, especially if you want to spend the 4th of July anywhere on the beach. The fireworks from the pier were amazing from our place and the beach our front. A well-stocked, clean home with great amenities for beach goers!

The check in process and was easy and smooth. Plenty of parking. Property was as described and seen in the pictures. The property was extremely clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked- pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc. There were even beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, etc. available for use which was wonderful! The outdoor area was perfect for washing off before coming back upstairs and keeping sand out of the house. The master bed was comfortable and everyone else thought the mattresses were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms for luggage, etc. Every aspect of this place was so thoughtful including board games in the living room for rainy days. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our first family beach vacation ever was everything we had hoped it would be. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved all the cool beach decor! I seriously would love to have a lot of it for my house I Indiana. Our host, Scott, was super responsive and accommodating, and we would love to come back and stay again. Being just steps from the most beautiful beach…white sand, blue skies and clear water was amazing. Beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of sand toys, snorkeling gear, flotation devices and beach towels were provided, so no need to bring all that with you. We definitely overpacked, so just wanted to mention that. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again Scott and family!

Perfect location views and setup! We take multiple vacations a year and this was by far one of the nicest decorated interiors! Very clean and all the kitchen amenities and appliances throughout were super nice and top notch! We didn't have the best beach weather but our accommodations made it very enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shellnel 9. First time not in a large multi unit complex and we loved it. Much more private. Awesome having our own garage to clean up after the beach. Would definitely love staying here again.

Shellnel #9 was just what our family for our adult kids and our 2 year old granddaughter needed for our beach vacation. Having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom was appreciated by all of us. Everything was clean upon arrival and beautiful decor. We enjoyed the garage with beach chairs and toys all for guest use. We loved everything about Shellnel #9 especially being right on the beach-breathtaking gulf views! We want to definitely stay here again! Thank you, Scott, for being a wonderful host! The condo was super clean! The decor is beautiful! Everything was so perfectly decorated. We have no complaints! It's just a short walk to the beach and it is so nice that chairs, umbrellas, and toys were all provided. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. It was also so nice to have a garage! Overall, we loved this place! This isn't a complaint, just information. There are a lot of stairs here. We had a 3 and 1 year old and I was immediately worried once I saw how steep it all was, BUT there are plenty of baby gates there to keep the kiddos safe! I will say if you are traveling with someone that has a hard time walking up/down stairs, this place might not be for you.

Our family took this week as our last family getaway before the kids head back to school and college. This was our second visit to this rental as we like the close access to the beach. Our host, Scott Werner, is the best in terms of communication. He responded back to our questions in a fast turnaround. We enjoyed the beach and swimming in the gulf after they had lifted the red flags. In the meantime, the community pool served our purpose and smooth out yearning to swim. The house, furniture and appliances were great. We hope to be able to come back next year. Great time was had.

What a beautiful townhome just a short walk from the beach. The description and pictures of the townhome are just as depicted. It was adequately stocked with towels, beach towels, kitchenware, etc. The only thing that we had to purchase were crab crackers, which we left behind for the next guests! :) Looking forward to visiting this property in the future. The beach was amazing and beautiful as always.

We’ve been renting condos and houses in Navarre for over 20 years. This is the cutest well kept and up to date condo we’ve stayed at. It was very well stocked. Much more than many others we’ve stayed at. Scott was very communicating during the entire stay.

Scott was awesome! Great with communicating and addressing any questions or issues we had right away. The condo was nice and clean. I loved the area very quiet and for the most part private.

Shellnel was an absolute gem of a beach property! It had everything we needed inside and for the beach! We appreciate the large amount of beach chairs and toys provided! The views were gorgeous and ease of getting out to the beach was wonderful! We loved getting to sit on the balconies for meals and still see the waves! Scott was an awesome host and was quick to respond to any questions or problems we had!

The townhouse was lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There are three flights of stairs, so if you had small children or elderly, it may not work well. But for us, it was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and you can sit on the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies and watch the waves.

This was an excellent location and the unit was beautifully decorated, comfy and clean. Scott was always quick to respond any time I texted him with questions. Views of the ocean were magnificent! We have stayed in these condos a few times but this was our first stay in this unit. By far, the nicest one! We had the BEST time and wanted for nothing! Perfect week!
