Property was in a block of apartments. There seems to be a medical clinic in the same apartment . Entrance to the property is dark and if you are claustrophobic then until you are inside the apartment you will feel uncomfortable. There is only one WC hence probably to suitable for a group

we are a family of 4 adults. was pleasantly surprised to find its 3 bedrooms plus one more sleeping area. Queen size beds . two shower rooms. a great advantage! one toilet bowl separate from bathrooms . kitchen is well equipped . washer n dryer is very useful . living room sofa is very comfortable . location is in a quiet n safe neighbourhood . host is very responsive and communication is very easy . she provided a lot of information on sights to visit

I wasn't crazy about having one toilet for 4 bedrooms but we knew that when we booked and it seemed pretty standard for the area.

The hostess--Laure--was outstanding.!! Very welcoming even before I arrived sending me information about Reims, activities, restaurants and cave tours. Very impressed with her individual care and attention. We wanted to check in earlier, and she arranged to leave the keys with a trusted neighbor for us, even though she was not physically in town. The apartment was about a 20 minutes walk from downtown. Parking was very easy on the street in front of the apartment. There were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so a lot of room in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Great showers--both bathrooms were recently renovated and very nice. Apartment was very quiet, even at night with the windows opened. It faced a beautiful courtyard. She left maps and brochures for our information.

There are two (2) bathrooms but only ONE WC (Water Closet--toilet). We thought there were 2 toilets because in America a bathroom means a toilet. We kept looking for the other toilet until we realized there was only one in the apartment. The internet was weak, and did not work when there were too many users on the system. It did not allow for streaming of videos at all. We could not find the appropriate pots to use for the stove (it was a ceramic top stove which requires special pots with red dots in the middle that let you know when the pot is hot). We found a frying pan which worked, but no pots to boil water. Hallways are dark with lighted switches that you need to turn on when you enter the floor. This is typically French and found in older buildings.
