Die Küche könnte mal gestrichen werden, da viele Flecken an den Wänden, es mangelte an Gläsern.

Lage, Müll unterhalb der Terrasse, Abends kaum Arbeitslicht in der Küche, Kanalisationgeruch im Bad, wenig Tageslicht, Waschmaschine und Dunstabzugshaube defekt, 2 fehlende Glühbirnen.

Quiet location in a nice cozy rustic house. House looked recently renovated. It is a very good location for climbers since there are a lot of nearby climbing spots. There is a lot of room with a nice and big terrace.

The seclusion and silence, fully equipped, exceptional garden with everything you need if you want to escape the world and enjoy a beautiful place with spectacular views. BBQ, sun loungers, etc, we had a wonderful relaxing time. It is remote but poris de bona close by, lovely coastal beach area, fab walks, quaint village with shops & supermarket, good value.

Leaving

The location is nice, 15 mins from climbing areas in Arico. The village is quiet, perfect to relax and switch off. The cottage is comfortable, with shady garden and outside kitchen. And the living space is cosy with two sofas and TV.

Cockroaches! A LOT of them. We left early because of this. Kitchen was also not very clean. I hope the owners fix this as it is a nice place to relax.

Property matched photos and description on website (WYSIWYG). Quiet location in Arico Viejo. Good base for exploring the island (by car). Close to TFS Airport (25 minutes). Equiped kitchen with lots of stuff already present and large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Not mentioned in the inventory but present are toaster, watercooker and electric coffeemachine. (Small) fully functional bathroom with good hot shower (boiler). Large living room with plenty of cupboards, lazy couches and chair to relax. Good and stable internet connection (15Mbits), bring your Google chromecast to stream your own channels. Single bedroom with good and comfortable matras and 2 large wardrobes for clothing. Nice outdoor kitchen with BBQ, washing machine and lazy chairs. We could stay longer at the day of departure without any problem and cost since the property was not booked.

The living room is quite dark. Most of the time you'll need the electric lights because there's only a door towards the garden which provides some daylight. Some light bulbs were broken and no spares. Parking in front of the house may be difficult if you've rented a large vehicle (however further along the street sufficient parking space is available). Small garden, northwest oriented.
