Close to everything. House is comfortable. 3 bathrooms a plus. Fenced yard, no frills, hot tub on back deck.

Second time at property. Walk to beach and Kings Beach. Nice fenced yard and pet friendly. Everything works and many beds upstairs for families.

We enjoyed our stay as the location is so close to the beach! However, for the price, the property is getting a bit worn down and could use a little tender loving care in the form of deferred maintenance. The hot tub was nice; however, the backyard really needs to be cleaned up in order to use.

The kids loved it there. Walk to the beach but was too cold because it’s winter! Walk to restaurants. Nice area close to the main road. Close to North Star. Our dog loved the fenced backyard. Very quiet dishwasher. We had a great time!

Very cute cottage in an excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. A bonus was being able to watch momma black bear and her 2 cub from the home’s balcony. Nature is remarkable.

Great place to stay! Lots of space and came equipped with everything we could have needed. The Hot tub was new, clean and so relaxing in the snow.

This cabin was really good because of all the Space we all had to walk around. The bathrooms were clean an all the rooms were also clean.

The property is in a good location to access all North Tahoe areas, and it’s easy to get to the main road to travel anywhere in the area.
My husband and I (and our 2 dogs) stayed and the house was exactly as described. It’s fairly well appointed with what you need for a stay. Things are a bit dated, other than the recently updated kitchen, but comfortable and absolutely worth the stay! We only used the main level, and it was great for our needs.

The location was perfect! The house was very neat and clean and our dogs had a blast in the backyard. Communicating with the owner was easy and fast. No issues to report. A wonderful family trip to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday.

Great Location.
Kings Beach, the State Park are all within walking distance and there are numerous hikes a short car ride away. The home has great amenities for a relaxing stay.

My husband and Iand our 3 adult children and 2 Labrador dogs thoroughly enjoyed the house snd location. The house is an older home, but the location can’t be beat for the price! The internet worked perfect for 2 that were working remotely during our 15 day stay. The back yards needs some tidying, but our dogs didn’t seem to mind. Walking distance to lake, downtown, restaurants and ice cream shops (Tahoe time ice cream has free “pup cups” for the dogs) we would definitely rent again when we visit!

This property is definitely one I will return to. It's in a great location close to the lake, close to restaurants and bars. Plenty of beds and having 3 bathrooms is a must when you have 6 people. The hot tub was a saving grace after the drive up to Tahoe. The kitchen had ample counter space and appliances worked perfectly. All in all it's definitely worthy of a revisiting.

Great place to stay to get away!
This is a great house, very clean with everything you need! It has a fenced yard which was AWESOME for our dogs! The kitchen is well stocked, as are the bathrooms. Huge dining table and tons of counter space to eat and hang out at. Loved the layout of the house too! Hot tub was perfect to relax in. I loved that it’s so close to the beach and the downtown. I walked down to the beach several times a day, there’s a dog area and a non-dog area. You can hear the downtown area from the backyard but not a big deal, the street itself is quiet. We were so grateful to stay here!

Me and my family really enjoyed this property! We loved how big the cabin was and how much character the house had. We've stayed at many airbnbs throughout Tahoe and this is def one of my favorites. I will def be booking this property again and thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your amazing home!
