Stayed here with a group of friends for a golf trip and had a great time. Pool was nice after a hot day on the course.

House was great. Large enough for the whole extended family. Pool was just the right size for everyone to cool off and it is was just a short walk to the beach - less that a block. Porches were used daily for enjoying time with family. Elevator was a life saver for some of our older family members and the garage was spacious for multiple cars. We would definitely consider staying here again.

At 1st glance rental home appeared to be clean but eventually we started noticing roaches in the kitchen even though we were not even cooking in the kitchen. The roaches varied in sizes (small/baby roaches up to adult larger roaches) which means that there’s more than likely a nest of them within the rental house. There were also several fruit flies/gnats flying around inside of the house as well as crawling around is the refrigerator. The pool was suppose to be cleaned twice a week but it didn’t seem like the pool cleaning company ever showed up to clean anything. The other minor issues such as the cracked toilet seat, non-functional patio sliding patio door, and non-functional jacuzzi bath tub that we found with the house were taken care of very quickly by maintenance so they are very responsive if you have any issues. Awesome view of the beach from the rental house and close location to several great restaurants. The screened in balcony is awesome, however all the furniture on the balcony is severely rusted. You will need to bring or purchase your own beach towels because there are none provided at the rental house. They do provide bath towels but they are not to be used for the pool or beach. The garage and elevator were very nice amenities which we had no issues with those. The recliner sofas are definitely past their expiration date, they’re peeling, cracking, leaning, and corroding/molding so I hope they get replaced soon.

We had a group of 10, we loved the house. Only complaint I would have is if multiple people were showering, you wouldn't have hot water. Overall, I was very happy with house and would stay again!

We were pleased with the property and the rental company. Had excellent check-in/out experience. The beach was pretty much right out the back gate and even in January, we spent a lot of time beachcombing. Furnishings were nice, beds were amazing, everything spotless. Kitchen was well-equipped. Minor downside was the island range not working but there were burners provided and we didn’t really plan to do a lot of cooking anyway. Hot water wasn’t always sufficient if others were showering, but not a big deal. Overall, fabulous time had by all and would def stay again!

I will list the cons first: The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, they did offer to send maintenance to look at them but surely they knew beforehand they were broken. At night it was like laying under a spotlight lol. The barstools at the bar are WAY too short. The hot water is kinda wonky, hot one minute and cold the next. The sheets were itchy and not very comfortable. The 4th floor crowsnest is not accessible. The pros: The house is beautiful and clean. The communication with the rental co is good. There was plenty of room and the elevator was a nice touch.
Overall the house is NICE but I would not consider it a "luxurious" house.

Beautiful house but there were problems. Stove top burners were not working, no one notified us of this issue, this was a problem because we had a big dinner to cook and need the gas burners..
Even though electric burners were provided, it was still difficult to prepare a large dinner.
Also, there was lots of trash under the living room sofa but housecleaning took care of that immediately,
Overall, A beautiful house! I would stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful unit!!! It is so much space for the whole family with plenty to do. It even has an elevator. The beach view is to die for!!! I gave it a 3 due to not having a working stovetop and having to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner on some burners. The property management company needs to work on their customer service!!! Which is really sad because this is a beautiful home, but I wouldn't book again through North Beach Realty!

This is our second year staying at this home. Last year we had problems with cleanliness and some other little things. This year the house was clean, pool too. It has a great kitchen, perfect for a big group or family. Bar stools are too low for the kitchen Island. Wish they would replace those. The home itself is just across the street from the ocean and. Lose to shops, restaurants and all our favorite bars. Our checkin was seamless and the person who checked us in was very nice. The only thing that was a negative was the one bathroom in the car back right of the house had all the paint and wall peeling and coming up. Looks like it’s been that way for a while.

There was no stove to cook on for the weekend because it has been capped off. There was no email or communication indicating there would be no way to cook food for 16 women. Only one roll of toilet paper in 2 bathrooms and there were dirty towels on the bed. We checked in Thursday called immediately when we realized there was no stove. No one called us back, Simone finally came Friday evening and dropped of camped stove tops. We should at least be refunded for the 24 hrs without a way to cook.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. There was more than enough space for everyone. It was furnished with any and everything you could possibly need. What would have made it perfect was if we were able to use the pool when we got there. We arrived on Thursday afternoon, but weren't able to use the pool until Saturday, and we left on Sunday.

Overall a beautiful home; perfect location; good neighborhood! Lots of room!! Elevator was awesome and most helpful!! Beds were extremely comfortable!! Swimming pool AWESOME!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would choose the house again!
Just a few thoughts....For a 4-day stay with 7 people, more trash bags (we had 2), supply 1 extra roll of toilet tissue/bathroom, and beach towels--those would've been great amenities!! We had to buy them. Perhaps consider a different maintenance team--dirty sheets/linens were thrown under bed, coffee makers dirty! Per North Beach Realty's written policy, it was up to us to survey and report damage the first day, as the management company notice indicated the guests would be blamed & charged for damages not reported ASAP! "Nuisance calls are $50/each"! I submitted a full list directly to the management company through their portal.

Overall great house--lots of space. Has an elevator for our elderly family members. Pool is private and great area around pool for hanging out. Currently, there is a pretty nice ocean view but suspect another hotel will be built in the empty lot in front of the ocean soon. House did not have any glassware but a call to the property managers quickly resolved the issue.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house is located just a short walk away from the beach. The space is huge the pictures really does not show how great the space is. The linen was clean and the house looks to be kept really well. The pool area was nice but the pool was not as clean, however when we called to report it they sent someone out immediately. The only problem I had was with the guys who cleaned the pool they were making comments as if they did not want to be there and said “they should’ve went to an inside pool then”. I don’t hold that against the property managers or anything. I would definitely rent this property again when I go on vacation.

The property is beautiful! Great location and very spacious for large groups. A plus was that every room had their own bathroom which was perfect. It’s right across from the beach not far at all. I would only recommend fixing and cleaning the grill for use, and painting/ fixing the shower wallpaper or paint in the green room. Overall I’d recommend.

The house offers five en suites plus half bath. Perfect for five couples. Living, dining, kitchen is open concept with lots of space Loved screened in porch. Nice ocean view and easy to walk to beach. Loved garage. Good location. Rental staff very efficient.

Wonderful stay! House accommodated our 5 families; with kids! Pool was great for the kids! Location had some walkability to nearby bar/restaurant. Not a far walk to the beach, but with kiddos...we chose to rent a golf cart. Some of the bedroom furniture had noticeable wear/tear, but I understand it was end of peak season. Management company was fantastic! Overly communicative to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would rent this home again in the future. Would rent through North Beach Realty again and have already recommended North Beach Realty to a friend!

WONDERFUL LOCATION, BEACH VIEW AND QUICK ACCESS. LOVED THE FACT THAT EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE, ENSUITE BATH. ELEVATOR WAS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN ARE ON TOP FLOOR TO CAPITALIZE ON THE VIEWS FROM FAMILY AREAS AND THE CROW'S NEST. KITCHEN WAS VERY LARGE AND WELL APPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR COOKING. GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY FIT 6 CARS EASILY. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL.

The house was in the perfect location for us. Kitchen is the perfect size for large families and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The company the manages the property was responsive when we called regarding the cleanliness of the house. We had 12 people in the house and there were so not 5 coffee mugs. The chairs to the island were broken and the bars stools they have their are counter height, not bar height , so it made them non functional. There was plenty of bedding. The elevator was tough. Very sensitive, so if one person didn’t close it properly, it didn’t work. Pool was t clean and the house cleaning left a lot to be desired. Floors were sticky, dust and cobwebs, dirty filter left on the floor. Fridge dirty. If the place would have been cleaned this woukd be a rave review.

Overall a nice property. Lots of space and great location. Interior starting to ware in a few areas (paint needs to be refreshed in some rooms, some furniture beginning to fray, some appliances/tvs could use updating) and the kitchen supplies are pretty bare bones, but overall we had a positive experience. Loved the house but need to fix the mold issue at top floor of elevator. Also rodent problem, there was live mice in the grill which we had removed. Mice droppings under kitchen sink. We were unable to wash clothes because of the dead smell coming from washer. Lastly the cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning especially in light of COVID-19. The cleaning crew did come back to sweep the crumbs up from one of the bedrooms and poured bleach in to the washer.

Week was great except for the elevator not working for most of the week we were there. The property folks were fantastic trying to get it fixed but unfortunately it took until two days before we left to get it done. Otherwise, you will love the home and all the amenities!
