Very located and very good service.

Clean and comfortable apartment with airco. Kitchen was well equipped, nice terrace, good showers, spacious rooms. Free parking in the street, always room. Swimming pool and restaurant with great food. 20 min walk to the beach and restaurants of Cala Vadella.

A wonderful stay with wonderful staff! The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pools were lovely. The food was also excellent in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff and overall a great stay. We didn’t rent a car this time and it was fine, but next time we might because it is quite a walk to the beach. See you next time !

Location is right beside a beautiful beach town that had a few restaurants and a shop or two. The appartments were spacious and comfortable and the Ac was great. There is a supermarket around the corner if you need anything. I loved my stay here. Super relaxing and family friendly.

Fantastic and welcoming staff. Communicated really well prior to our holiday. Great value for money with the beach just down the road. Really helped that they had their own taxi service.

Floor was not clean when we arrived we had to wipe it and everyday we found bugs in the bathroom. Kitchen was missing some important stuff. For example soap and sponge to clean the plates. Curtains for the kitchen window would be nice. We had the studio apartment.

Ideally there would have been more secure parking, but that would be nit-picking as it's on a very quiet street!

Great location, 5 min from beach

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I cannot give it a positive review. While the location was great, just 5 minutes away from a beautiful, quiet beach, there were several issues that left me disappointed. I found that parking was hit and miss, despite the hotel's claim of having parking available. It was pot luck finding parking on the street, which was inconvenient.Although the apartment itself was clean, there were some maintenance issues. The shower head was broken and despite informing the staff, it was not fixed during my stay. Additionally, toilet rolls were not provided and I had to purchase them from a store. The hotel claimed to provide one toilet roll per stay, and any additional rolls were charged for. This seemed unreasonable and inconvenient.The kitchen in the apartment was basic, but what disappointed me was the lack of washing up detergent. As someone who prefers to clean up after myself out of respect for the property, I was unable to do so as detergent was not provided and I would have to pay for additional supplies. This was inconvenient and frustrating. Furthermore, I found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. Their attitude towards the issues I raised was dismissive, and they did not make any effort to resolve them. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was convenient, the issues with parking, maintenance, lack of amenities, and unhelpful staff left me with a negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless improvements are made in these areas.

We were surprised by the presence of several pools, the restaurant and the terrace. We didn't read this in the description when we booked (of overlooked it) so it was a nice suprice. Everything well maintained!

Furniture in our appartment was outdated and not fit for six persons. There were appartments which were allready upgraded in regards to furniture. Ours wasn't yet.

Unfortunately we experienced a bad check out process. Since we had to catch a very early flight, we already informed the reception (Rose) that we wanted to check out the night before, to receive back ( €100 - our bills for drinks during the stay). However, when we arrived at the hotel ready to check out, there was nobody there. Therefore, we was not able to receive back the money. After multiple phone calls, emails, messages on booking system, we have still not received any feedbacks from the hotel. Very very bad experience!!!

The woman (seems to be one of the owners) is very straight on but after all she was very nice. Maybe they have some issues on competencies? The key was handed out against the guarantee with the credit card and it was 5 minutes to check-in.

The car park is outside on the street. It’s a bit narrow. Check out is 10 though it’s not possible to make some advantage on last day. The waiting time to pay at the cafe is very long

Cannot praise this complex highly enough - the hosts are on hand at all times, friendly and helpful. The facilities are beautifully appointed and cleanliness levels are some of the best I’ve seen anywhere. Both pools are fabulous and the sun terrace was amazing.

It's a great place with great vibes. The host Antonio is a super host. The Apartments are very well located just minuted (by car) from playa casella. We found the apartment very clean. If you consider the accommodation for a family trip, please note that the ride down the beach can be quite funny, especially on the way back. The pool is great, the restaurant offers a great selection of food and drinks. The AC in the room was nice, despite the fact that you cannot control the temperature individually into each bedroom.

I have booked the property because of the (Free Airport Taxi) that was never honoured. However, this costed us an additional £250 but we made the most out of it exploring nearby beaches. One of the adults swimming pool had something in it, (in terms of cleanliness) and was only used once. One of the sockets in the room was broken and I had to keep an eye on my little ones to prevent them from sticking their fingers inside. The apartment although furnished with pretty much all you need to prepare a meal, you don't have anything to clean. (Bring your own sponges). A splash back behind the cooker would have been a good idea if you don't want to clean the white paint after each cooking. I know it's Ibiza pricing, but unfortunately, I did not see best value for money.

I liked everything

It’s a family run and it’s really shows.. very much love what they do. Can’t fault the how friendly and nice all staff are. Beds are extremely comfortable, everywhere is spotless. Even with our negative points we were extremely happy with our stay

Our toilet in the en-suite didn’t work- we had it repaired after 4 days. It worked for one day! Microwave didn’t work, no kettle, hairdryer or iron and the pipes made a terrible noise throughout the night- was explained to the plumber when he came to fix the toilet

Location good, pools lovely, accommodation spacious but a bit soulless. Kitchen poorly equipped. We had a good holiday but it was quite expensive for what we got
