Beautiful location, great view of the beach and a city. Clean place with good amenities WIFI is very slow.

When we opened the door there was a lovely scent. The apt was very nice, modern appliance large refrigerator. Kitchen area was clean. But when we started to look closely there are repairs that are needed. The bottom of the drapes are filthy. Small parts of the ceiling are peeling. The shower area needs a facelift. The white towels could use some bleach, they are clean but appear dirty. But considering the the cons we still had a relaxing time.

The property was clean we were able to get an early check in. Easy to contact the property manager when we needed to. Elevators kinda suck but we did not wait too long during the week.. just must not have been too many people. There are nice complementary chairs and umbrellas (for 4 days) but you have to walk a ways down the beach to use. I would recommend this place but the pool closes at sun down and for families that really is kind of a bummer.. also be aware if you are planning to go to and from the room a lot, the elevators are not equipped for the building. There is only 3 and they can take a while. Overall we had a great stay (made friends with all the security guards.. they were the best part of the trip!) and enjoyed our vacation.

Property was gorgeous, the balcony view was amazing, restaurant by the pool was great. There is a Japanese Restaurant right next to the building as well. Loved that there were a LOT of super fluffy, clean white towels. The building was really nice with security guards in the lobby making it feel extra safe. Arrived at check in to find that the resort had not received our names and reservation from property manager/host of unit. Took an hour to get in. Arrived to a unit with a bloody tampon in the toilet and blood on the toilet rim. Hair on pillowcases and black marks on pillow cases. Took a clorox wipe and wiped floor in some areas, floor was dirty. Requested cleaner to come back, it took about an hour or so for her to arrive and we needed to be there to let her in. Claims sheets were changed and they were clean. She cleaned the toilet mess up, I released her without any other cleaning, I was ready to start my vacation. Next day we took showers in cold water, mentioned the lack of hot water at the front desk and the next day we had hot water in shower, and a backing up shower drain, even with a rain shower head that produces a weak stream of water. Disgusting to have to stand in a shallow pool of drain backup water. It took days to get someone in the fix that. Never had hot water at kitchen sink. Dishwasher is not anchored to counter top and will tip out, better be quick and catch that. Headboard on bed is filthy, hair and dust all over the headboard. Sofa/futon is uncomfortable and is stained. Hair all over the floors around the perimeter of rooms where cleaner must avoid cleaning. Elevators were not an issue, you had to wait a few minutes for 1 of 4 elevators to arrive, it isn't a big deal.

Everything with the property was amazing, some people complained of the elevators we were up and down them many many many times considering we DoorDash almost every meal and frequent did the beach and pool. We never had any issues with the elevators at all. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in aside from our personal residence. If there was one complaint it would be that the beach chairs you are allowed to use for complementary are almost 150 yards down the beach and not directly in front of the property. But other than that the residence itself was absolutely amazing, with amazing views.

The condo was brand new with gorgeous modern furniture and excellent kitchen appliances and kitchenware (many rental properties have older appliances and low quality kitchen supplies). The hotel gives access to the pool, gym and of course, restaurants. I loved this place, and I'd stay here again.

It took the elevators 30 minutes to come to your floor and then another 10-15 to get to the floor you needed to go to. The workers need to speak a little better in English. There is nothing to do within walking distance of this hotel. Over all the service was terrible. Will not be staying here ever again

The condo itself was clean and nice. It’s had beautiful views and was very comfortable. The facility itself was a bit lack luster. The elevators were a constant issue. We had to climb the 29 floors several times during our stay to avoid a 30+ minute wait. Which became a who-will-win game for us, but if you are not able to climb that many flights I would consider looking elsewhere. Upon arriving on our floor we were constantly met with the smell of skunk weed... nasty! Apparently the no smoking policy was a little loose as was the “strict” no party policy, as we were kept awake by our neighbors multiple nights til 2-3 am. You can tell that in its first few years the pool area was quite nice, but it wasn’t clean. Constant trash blowing around, tables were never wiped down, and obnoxiously drunk people still being served. The condo comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella, but what isn’t stated is that you have to walk down the beach in order to find your chairs. The chairs that are located at the resort itself are for purchase only. It honestly makes no sense. If I owned this place I would look at selling it. The facility is mismanaging your property!

The hotel Room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Only issue was no hot water at all in the shower. The view was beautiful. The location was great. There were some late night partiers so we let security know and they took care of it. My only complaints is with the hotel in general. The check in process was odd. We had to sit and wait since we were in an owners unit, which is not a big deal. However, once we were in our room and we had a question about something we couldn't actually call the front desk. That really bothered me. The front desk or guest services never answers the phone. There was no concierge. If you have a question or anything you have to go all the way downstairs to talk to them. I found that extremely obnoxious. Especially considering that the elevators were very slow and there was sometimes even a line to get on the elevator. At one point one of the elevators broke and we had to wait 20 minutes for an open elevator to get back up to our Room. So yeah that's annoying having a walk all the way down to the front desk to actually speak to them. Also we were told that an umbrella, two chairs and beach towels were included which they were but first come, first served. That would be good information to have ahead of time. There needs to be more towels on the beach because the beach service runs out of towels around noon (pretty early). Beach was a little dirty. Not really a hotel issue. More of a side note. But it was a busy time of year. To sum up my only issue was the hotel's management of things.

The restaurants and bars nearby are also good! This would have been a slam dunk five star rating. BUTThe elevators are not sufficient for the size of the towers and the waits are sooooo long. Leave plenty of time if you have a reservation or appointment because it could take you an extra 15-30 min and then you will likely be squished on an elevator with no social distancing. They apparently also don’t have service elevators so everyone uses the same ones. Also, the desk staff and others are not happy or nice. They must hate their jobs as they seem not to care. We overall loved our time there and feel bad as the owner likely can’t do much about the elevator or staff.

We are optimists. We read the other reviews and said "it can't be that bad ... the pictures look great we are going." It is that bad! Listen to the reviews!! Find another location to vacation.Being optimistic we will start with the pros - the balcony view is beyond what the pictures can even show. We had a perfect view of the sunrise and ocean to the left while still being able to see the city and canals to the right. We spent a lot of time on the balcony!!Cons - - Dirty Condo. Dirty socks on the dining room chair, dust bunnies in the corners and dirty baseboards. - Sheets were very rough- Towel was ripped- Resort: the elevators are SLOW and you will wait! Not much more to say other than the reviews are true. It will ruin your vacation if you let it. We walked both up and down the stairs - yes 29 floors - we were so fed up. - Pool - the only pleasant people are the Pool Attendants. You put down an empty glass and they are removing it immediately. You need a lounge chair moved they are on it. Other than that staff seems to have a very poor attitude. 1/3 of the pool deck is reserved for owners - this section is policed by rent-a-cops because it is mostly unused while the rest of the pool deck is crowded. Wait staff only concerned with cabanas. Drinks are expensive.- Front Desk staff - We had luggage that was delayed. Staff would NOT accept delivery of our bags or even call us to come for them when they were delivered. Luckily we were tracking the bags on the app and waiting in the lobby as the staff was sending the company away with our bags. As much as we liked the view, we will NOT return to this property. If you are still reading and can't get out of your reservation here are a few tips - We did have soap and shampoo samples in our condo but overheard others complain that nothing was provided in their unit. Condo came with trash bags, tissue, 1 paper towel role and dish soap and sponge, 3 Nespresso pods, coffee filters and a few sugar packets. No salt and pepper or dishwasher pods so plan accordingly when you shop (Walmart and liquor store are within walking distance).- No pets or alcohol allowed on the beach; best to get your own drinks and stay on your balcony.

We very much enjoyed this trip! I was glad I read the reviews to warn me about the elevators; it’s also like this in Destin. It was only crowded on the weekend. The pool and beach service were great! The room was clean and just as shown and the view of the water was amazing!!

We had an amazing week at the condo. The condo was modern, clean and refreshing. It had everything we needed. The most impressive aspect was the view. There is nice furniture on the balcony to sit and enjoy the beautiful colors of the ocean or relax and watch a colorful sunrise. Karla was very responsive to any question we had and everything was just as described. We would definitely recommend this condo and thank you for a wonderful week.
