Victor was very attentive prior to the trip. He sent us information to read over about the area, activities, and restaurants to checkout. This was very helpful.
He also responds back to your messages promptly.
The location of the condo was my favorite part. You’re conveniently located to everything. The beach, restaurants, small stores.
We took Ubers mainly everywhere.
The water in the condo gets hot, it is a quiet building, and you can hear the waves while you sleep, see the ocean from the balcony, and the lagoon from the bedroom (people swim and do water activities.)
Overall, we had a nice stay.

I loved staying here. It was very clean, nicely decorated and communication with owner was simple, efficient and friendly. very quick response to any and all questions. The area has that feel of being in a city but not all the hassles that might bring to mind. Exit the building and you have your choice of restaurants, bars, casinos and areas to just walk around and view the beach and palm trees. No car needed. The view is incredible . One side provides the ocean waves and the other the calmness of the lagoon. I was alone and felt completely safe at all times. Would love to return in the near future.

The location of this condo is in the heart of the Condado district, a trendy upscale neighborhood walking distance (@3.5 miles) to the fort in Old San Juan. We had views of the lagoon where we were able to spot manatees even up on the 12th floor! We also had views of the ocean which made our mornings & evenings on the balcony quite lovely! The night life is lively, so if you’re a light sleeper & like open windows, bring ear plugs. There are grocery stores nearby, so buying a few breakfast options was easy. There are also many restaurants…loved Raya! The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for our purposes…even had cinnamon for my morning coffee! One afternoon we used the beach chairs provided & walked to the nearby Condado Playita beach @ enjoyed the people watching for a few hours. Thank you Victor!

This location in Condado beach was absolutley perfect for our 5 day trip to Puerto Rico. The condo was nicely appointed, and in a great spot for me to take morning walks around the bay, and easily catch an uber to other areas for the day. We also rode bikes to Old San Juan, and rented a car easily from the Enterprise down the street to go into the rain forest. Victor was an excellent host, very available, and I can't wait to come stay here again. Thank you!

Loved the place.
It was clean, very nice inside and convenient.
We could walk just about everywhere.
Parking is extra and a little tight sometimes but it was at the bottom of the condo building so all you had to do is walk to the elevator to get to the condo, which is on the 12th floor.
Would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay & definitely recommend this listing! Victor was informative & courteous from the start. The property is very close walking distance to the beach, beautiful views of both the ocean & lagoon, very clean & they provided so many thoughtful conveniences. Having beach chairs, umbrellas & even sunscreen available for use was quite lovely. We were lucky enough to even catch a clear sighting of the mama manatee with her baby in the lagoon! Thank you for your hospitality & we hope yo return soon!

Victor was the ultimate host, helping me order flowers, getting champagne and chocolates, letting me know how to order groceries ahead of time and had someone there to receive them. Excellent communication!
As for the condo... I'm not sure you can beat the view! It has everything you need to cook with or have drinks or wine! The bed was very comfortable too! The location is so convenient for a short walk to amazing food and entertainment! We will be coming back!

We've rented this property previously and it's still equally as nice as the last time. Of course it is a great location, with beautiful views of both the Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, walking distance to restaurants, bars, casinos , convenience stores, beach and more, well maintain condo, and an owner that has always responded within an hour to any queries. I would rent this property again.

What a spectacular view! We found the condo to be centrally located to everything. The condo is very comfortable and host supplies everything that you need. Coffe on the balcony while watching the waves is lovely.

Victor is the perfect host and his condo is in a perfect location. He helped us out by getting us into the early. He provided tons of information about what to see and do around Condado and more widely. Lots of extra touches like a cooler and beach towels made our stay very comfortable. Very responsive with questions.

Easy to find, in the middle of a lot of nice restaurants, close to a small beach, felt very safe, had everything we needed to use for cooking in the apartment, very clean and modern, communication was super with Victor! We would come here again.

Everything is a short uber ride away. We had a great time honeymooning here. Don't forget to visit la placita for nightlife!

Wonderful condo and location
This is my second time staying here. There are so many good things to say about this place - clean, well appointed, great location, great view. Lots of things to do in Condado, all within walking distance, and only a short drive to Old San Juan. Victor is an extremely good communicator and responds quickly to questions. I highly recommend this condo!

What a fantastic place with views of the ocean and lagoon literally every where inside and out! Every detail was thought out to make this one of best places we have ever stayed. Excellent location and we easily walked to the beach everyday as Victor had all the supplies we needed.

Location Location Location
You simply cannot beat these views and this location for this price. Check-in was so simple and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The air conditioners drown out any street noise you might hear.
Be careful with food in the apartment due to tiny ants. But as long as we kept everything in plastic bags and tupperware, we staved off the ants.

This property was everything it claimed , wonderful unobstructed views of the ocean and the lagoon , perfectly located on Ashford in Condado , with easy access to everything , 20 min ride from Airport , 5 min ride to Old San Juan, walking distance to Restaurants, bars , beach , and casinos .
The unit was both clean and neat. The owner has supplied extra towels,linens, and home essentials like soap, sunscreen, seasonings , etc.
The owner ,Victor, was fabulous , always responded to text within the hour , provided a binder of condo info, places to go , where to eat , etc.
We will definitely reserve this little gem again

The perfect little Get Away spot for your vacation.
This property is amazing from its postcard views to the convenience of restaurants, parking, convenience stores, and beach. Victor has everything in this condo you could possibly want or need. It's your home away from home. You will not be disappointed!!

Outstanding property!
Victor was very responsive and helpful to our questions before and during our stay.
We enjoyed the views (rainbows almost every day!), access to many restaurants, watching the cruise ships come and go and the local beach just a short walk down the street.
The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was clean and comfortable. A local grocery store provided organic meats, eggs and veggies.
We absolutely would stay here again.

Great location. Restaurants, beach, bars and lagoon all in walking distance. Old San Juan is a $5 Uber and same with La Placita. The view was incredible from the balcony and would stay again

The view is amazing and the proximity to everything is great...lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the beach, Old San Juan, and La Placita de Santurce are just minutes away. The space is comfortable and furnished well. The only thing not very comfortable was the pull-out couch (could feel the bars under the mattress). We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Wonderful place with great views and location
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My sister and I rented this condo as our base for a visit with family that live nearby. The condo was well-appointed and very clean. The views are spectacular. We utilized the balcony every night to watch the activity of Condado. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Will definitely be back!
