the location is absolutely perfect, extremely close to Sloane Square station and surrounded by shops and cafes. the apartment is on the ground floor which is convenient and really clean. the staff are super responsive, communicative and clear. the heaters worked well and the hot water was always available. there were enough sheets and towels for the 3 of us and more. there was coffee and biscuits which is unusual.

the furniture was a bit old, the sofa comfortably sleeps 1 person but is still not a sofa bed, just a regular sofa. you have to walk a bit to get the key but it’s a 5 minute walk.

Booked it for 3 people. The double bed was ok . But the sofa bed was just a narrow sofa that didn’t open into a bed. It was uninhabitable. The room was cold and the host didn’t respond to any of my emails.

Everything was well prepared for accommodation. Lina was kind and responsive, the location was fantastic.

Consider replacing the carpet

Very good location. The room had everything you need, even a coffee machine. Spacious, comfortable celebrated the New Year with the family.👍

Incredibly located, literally 2 minutes away from Sloane Square (and the tube station). But super quiet when you're in the property. Cute little space with a separate bedroom and kitchen/living space. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have liked a better light in the bedroom by the bed - the one there was a bit awkward to reach. Other than that, it was great.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! Location was very close to tube station, which was so helpful.

Key pickup is not close to the flat and very inconvenient. There were no instructions inside the flat for common things like how to use the TV, the stove, etc… Most Airbnb’s have these and it would’ve been nice not to have to Google how to use the coffee maker. I never did work out how to use the stove, not being from Europe. Also the water gets dangerously hot, so could’ve done with a warning. My suggestion for landlord would be to include an informational booklet/paper inside the flat for how to use coffee maker/stove/dishwasher/washer, etc. This is pretty common for airbnbs. No one wants that headache on holiday.

The apartment was located perfectly for our case with super easy access to the tube. The hosts were very kind and were very available to all the questions we had and replied very fast.

The location is excellent, right around the corner from tube station/bus stops. The neighborhood is very pretty and was quiet at night.

The apartment is just a little shabby, needs updating. The bedroom is extremely small and requires one person to scoot out the foot of the bed to get out. Not really a comfortable place to spend much time, more just for sleeping. The key pick-up routine was a little bit of a hassle with luggage.

The apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This includes electric kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. Very quiet at night, located in beautiful neighborhood steps from Sloane Square underground station. The size is perfect for a couple. Efficient communication with the host.

Light color carpeting is hard to keep spotlessly clean.

I really liked this place, it’s compact, but has everything you need. The location is perfect, only few meters from the station and main shopping road. It was also very clean and I found the bed very comfortable. Highly recommended

There is only one thing I didn’t appreciate, which is the fact you need to pick up and drop off keys in a different location. It’s not far, but if you are travelling on your own, with 3 luggages, any additional step makes things complicated.

The location is superb and as described. The surroundings are great for a short trip to London and all amenities are close by including transportation links. I will definitely stay again when in London for work or leisure. They left tea, coffee and even a pack of biscuits! A real gem.

Wasn't initially obvious that this apartment is inside the main building and not a basement flat, as many of this type of properties are. However once inside, the apartment is great.

The host was extremely flexible in accommodating my request to drop off luggage before check in. She was also instantly available to supply mislaid codes for the lock box. All in all an excellent host.

A few mins to Sloane square so very convenient for my work. little things like milk in the fridge and condiments in the cupboards make it a home from home. I highly recommend!

Everything was great! Perhaps the duvet could be thicker or have some more blankets for people who don’t like to use the heating but that’s not really a problem. it was perfect!
