Was a great place to stay! Beds were so comfortable! Nice to have 3 bathrooms! Was a perfect place for us! Could walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Jets pizza is good late night snack!

The house and interior were outstanding. Furnishings were great house was updated and clean. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. However, we didn't know that the upstairs loft bathroom didn't have a shower. Didn't remember reading that. We made it work. The neighborhood to the right of the house is an older neighborhood and many of the houses are being redone. Wonderful. However, the house backs up to an empty bail bonds building, lots of trash outside, homeless living on and off in the parking lot behind, a commercial area that is a bit of a tough neighborhood. We did not feel comfortable walking over by that side of the house. But it was 15 minutes into Nashville and only 5 minutes to a series of wonderful restaurants and bars. Grocery store within a block. Just wouldn't walk it, epecially after dark?

Our group had a great time at your rental. We were close to stores and a few restaurants, as well as the main attractions on Broadway. We could walk, drive or take a short Uber ride everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice house that's a quick 5-10 min drive to all the downtown a tion of Nashville. Quiet neighborhood and very comfy beds throughout!

Home was clean, nicely laid out and convenient to come and go. Fresh and trendy decor and amenities. The patio was nice and fire pit inviting ( it happened to snow so we didn’t use it). Owner very responsive.

This place was perfect for a group of girls celebrating a 40th birthday! It was cute and cozy and so conveniently located! We walked to brunch at Hearts (best meal we had while there) and dinner at Pharmacy Burger. It was just a short uber ride to Broadway. Every time we came back from being out it was exciting to pull back up to our sweet little house. Loved it!

This house is perfect, appears recently remodeled, the owners put a lot of thought into every aspect of this abode. Very clean, beds are very comfortable! Great back yard area with fire pit, unfortunately it rained quit a bit so we were not able to enjoy that area. Loved having the Kroger grocery store within a stone throw away. Also, many restaurants within walking distance. Ubers to broadway ranged from $10 to $25 depending on traffic. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 6 adults in town from a Thursday - Sunday. This house was perfect for us. Location was great. Uber rides to Broadway were quick and reasonable. There were a lot of local places to walk to as well (Pelican & Pig, Tail Gate Brewery, Five Points Pizza East were favorites). The Kroger is steps away. The layout of the house worked well for our group. The fact that the upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a shower wasn’t a big deal as we just used the two downstairs showers. House is well maintained, organized and clean. Owners were responsive. Fire pit and outside area are nice options. Would highly recommend this house.

It was a good location. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. It was a little noisy though being close to a busy road. Other than that all was good.

This property was perfect for our stay in Nashville. It was a short Uber ride downtown and had everything we needed including a grocery store just a few feet away. The only item(s) I would change, or request additional information/assistance with is the setting/disarming of the alarm on the property, along with the digital code to enter/exit. Property Manager was very responsive! All in all a great place to stay!

Love love loved this house and the 5 star experience! Dirk and Maria were great and I can’t tell you how much i loved Steph (she is the main contact while you are at the house)! We had flight issues and they were more than accommodating and replied quickly, which was ideal for situations were you are stranded. The house was beautiful and clean. I’m someone who is sensitive to smells and this house was clean and odor free!! Bedrooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Their house guide was put together with care and extremely helpful. The laundry was nice with detergent available, which we didn’t need but would have been helpful for longer stays. Great fridge and nice large TVs! The location was perfect! Not to far for everything. It’s located right next to a grocery store which we frequented super often. I loved the convenience. The brewery next door was amazing also! We were able to walk to places as well! I can’t give them enough praise for the care they have put in this house. It didn’t feel like a Vrbo and kinda felt like home. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to all my friends and family! I was very impressed and so happy to have found them! Must check out this place if you are staying in Nashville!

Back Yard was a mess - outside table and chairs covered in grime that would ruin clothing if you sat down. When we arrived the side yard entrance - which we used to bring in our bikes - was overgrown with weeds 4 to 5 feet tall. Managment company was responsive and had the weeds removed the next morning (thanks again!) - but why was the house spotless but the back yard neglected for months? Suggest you make sure they clean backyard before you arrive :) Klaus Family

House was very clean and looks just like the pictures. But BE SURE to read & save to your phone the digital welcome book that the owners send you because they do not have a hard copy on site. Write down the interior alarm code (in digital welcome book only) so you'll have it ready when you enter!! Kroger is directly across the street- very convenient! There is a great breakfast place, "Nashville Biscuit House" and Tailgate Brewery right around the corner. There are other several bars and restaurants about a mile and a half down the street. Not as close as we had hoped. We wanted to use the fire pit and hang out outside in the side yard, but we ran out of time. Nice area with chairs and hanging lights! Fun time was had by all!!

The loft bedroom was a great place for the few days when we needed to work remotely.
