Our house was in a great location. The walk to the pool area/clubhouse was about one block, our private pool was a must have. The hideaway club has souvenir cups for kids and adults which cost around 15-20 and refills after are $10. Based on prices locally that is a steal! The kids enjoyed every min in the water. The house had one small appliance issue that managment/owners took care of immediately. Messaging through the vrbo site was easy and the owner was very responsive. This property is close to Disney and many other Orlando attractions. We stayed for a gymnastics competition at the marriott world center and it was a painless drive the morning of. If you have gamers in the house make sure to bring extra wii games or hit up a local pawn shop for some used ones! The discs provided were a little scratched. The unit was extremely clean and well kept. The beds were so comfortable in all of the rooms! We slept like babies!

We had thirteen people at this property and it was more then capable of handling everyone. Location was very convenient to everything. The house upon arrival was clean and easy to access. Any questions asked to the owner were answered promptly.

This house fit our families perfectly and gave enough space for people to have their own rooms, and then lots of space to be together. All 3 families loved it and highly recommend this house to others!!

We had a fantastic time! The house had plenty of room for all 11 of us to spread out. The kids loved the pool, bunk rooms and game rooms. And the adults loved the kitchen as well as all the numerous places to just relax and spend time together. Access to the clubhouse was an absolute bonus! Scott was a joy to work with, and his communication was almost instantaneous whenever we had questions. Definite 5 stars!

The house is wonderful, everything was clean and perfect ; the pool and hot tub are amazing!!! The most important, the host Scott is wonderful, he was very helpful all the time and also I forgot my wedding ring and Apple Watch and I was almost crying and so worry about it and when I contact him, he helped me and sent it by mail to my house, I don’t have words to describe how grateful I’m with him ; thank you so much for everything ! I recommend this house to every one, you will have a fantastic time in there. P

Everything was very clean and as expected would definitely recommend this property. I would recommend the pool heat for February vacation as the pool is located mostly in the shed for most of the day and is on the cooler side! The host was very prompt and a great host!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family and friends for our kids Disney birthday trip! The house was so spacious and impeccably kept. The kids really enjoyed the Star Wars and frozen rooms as well as the game room! We will definitely be back!

Excellent option for those wanting to be near Disney. Only a quick 10 minute drive away! House was in great condition with lots of room and activities for all to enjoy. Well stocked with everything you will need! My only comment would be more upfront communication about the per day pool heating charges and BBQ rental. Quite expensive and didn't realise this was needed in advance of the stay - not to mention for a substantial additional daily fee.

The place was awesome for our family’s vacation. The adults and kids all had a great time. The property manager was very responsive. Hope to return some day!

The property was great. Everything it appeared in the images. The bedrooms were ready for us like you would expect at a hotel with clean towels, soap to get our stay started, and trash bags and a few laundry pods as well. Scott was very easy to work with and extremely helpful when we reached out with a question. The pool was kept up well and we paid extra for pool heat and it didn't disappoint. The area was great as there were multiple Starbucks and a Target very close which was important to our family. The property is a simple 10-12 minute drive from Disney World which made our Disney morning stress free. The Hideaway club was really fun for the kids and adults. They were pretty strict about the 42 inch height requirement for the water slides which was a bummer for our 38 inch 3 year old. We are already planning our next trip to Storey Lake and we are hoping to stay at this property again. We would highly recommend it to families and groups of all ages.

Effortless transaction, very accommodating

We needed a house with room for six kids and three adults, close to Disney and Universal parks. This house was perfect and with a pool and game room.

Overall place was wonderful. Perfect location for Disney and Universal; very spacious house with nice furnishings; great communication with the property manager; etc. A stroller was made available to us and a high chair was there even though we didn’t ask for it. We paid to heat the hot tub heating during our mid-September stay and it was worth every cent. Even though the house is close to the neighbors, The screening around the pool made it very private. The neighborhood was quiet and being able to walk to the Hideaway Club was a real plus. If you are doing the theme parks, I would recommend adding an extra day at this house just to relax and enjoy the amenities. There were a few minor negatives. 1-Only a minimal amount of supplies were left in the house which required us to go out to the store to replenish them during a 3 day stay (i.e. 2 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, no salt/pepper, etc). I believe the supplies were detailed in the welcome package but it was annoying. 2-The printed house rules were not conducive to relaxation with penalties listed for every possible infraction (i.e. the garbage must be placed in the ‘bench’ outside the front door otherwise we would be fined even though there is no bench anywhere). 3- Neither the QR code nor the numeric code worked on the entry gate to the area. We had to drive through the exit lane to get in. Overall it was a lot of house for the cost and could comfortably accommodate a large number of guests.

The bathroom light didn’t work from master bedroom; not satisfy with entering property entrance, need better security system when entering the premises. Vehicles were robbed in front of the house, included our vehicles. Didn’t feel safe after that. The temperature system kept adjusting on its own; too cold too hot. The wifi kelt acting up slow speed. The remotes from upper master bedroom was not properly functioning.

We loved everything. The house is even more spacious than the pictures show. Communication was superb, and it was close to everything. Definitely would return!!!

The house was very nice and comfortable. There were some minor plumbing issues which were addressed within minutes by the property owner. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend this property.

The home was beautiful and spacious. We loved the open floor plan. Lots of space to spread out. The furnishings were comfortable and great quality. The kitchen was stocked appropriately although we did purchase a large pot to boil spaghetti and just left it at the house. The owners give you very clear instructions on checking into the property. We never had any problems getting into the property or leaving the property. The neighborhood is very safe. Great location to Disney. We loved the Publix grocery store across the street, which we hit multiple times. The owner was very quick to respond to my report of a slow drain and fixed it within the hour. We didn't visit the community pool or Hideaway Club. My only complaint, and this is just me, is that we were instructed not to set the AC below 70 degrees, and the upstairs never felt cool enough for our likings as we sleep with our AC at 67 degrees. They did have box fans in each of the rooms, which helped some. But overall, I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the Orlando area. We were just an hour ride to Cocoa Beach, which we visited the last day in town.

We had more than enough room in this house and it was very comfortable for our family. Game room was a nice touch and kitchen was appropriately stocked. location is very close to Disney parks, Disney Springs, and Publix. The only complaints were: Community pool is not supervised on who's allowed in. We didn't have to show anything and it was way too packed. People were walking through side gates to get in. Mind you it was Independence Day weekend. I don't believe the floors were mopped. There was pieces of hair in the corner and the bottom of our feet got dark from walking around the house. There's no pool net skimmer on site to clean the pool. None of these items should stop you from choosing this property. Its more for management to be aware. We would certainly stay again and the check in and check out process was very easy.

Check in was fast, house was clean and look just like the pictures. Lot of space and the restrooms are nice. Me and my family will come back to this house.

Reason for 4 due to WiFi not very good would continue to lose connection depending on location within the house, had sewer issues had to call the host. We had two families stay at the property a family of five and a family of four kids ages 14, 14, 6, 4, and 7. Everybody absolutely love the home everything was exactly as pictured. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub did get hot. I have no complaints whatsoever, the beds are super comfortable, And I will definitely be renting from Scott again if I ever come back to Disney World
