We were greeted with snacks and a bottle of champagne! There were plenty of kitchen items and even misc things in the bathroom, that was a very nice touch. Lots of recommendations for food etc, in their binder. Clean pool. SUPER COMFY beds! Would definitely stay here again.

Great amenities but even better hosts! Everything was spotless. Awesome area for a mini family vacation The instructions were clear and they even had beach toys and kayaks for us to use. My husband left his glasses there and the hosts was so nice to and told us she would ship it to us. Such a wonderful experience.

We had a great time at this place. We found everything we needed for the little ones, the community pool and the beach on site were favorites, and Ruskin is a great starting point for exploring the Tampa Bay Area. Many thanks to our amazing hosts!

Wonderful stay!!! We were walking distance from the beach and had a great water view. Pool access and very nice restaurants short walk away. Relaxed friendly neighborhood. Would book again.

This is located in a quiet area and two restaurants on site. We enjoyed our stay with no issues.

Nice location; close to the things we wanted to do. Amanda was easy to work with and promptly resolved a situation that came up during our stay.

The condo was well equipped for a small family. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We slept great! There was a good selection of equipment for beach activities. I would recommend this location for a family of 5.

The townhome was as advertised. GREAT 4 PATIOS WITH WATER VIEWS!!! We had a great time and will be back. You can walk to the beach, pools, marina, restaurants, everything! The house was furnished great. We really loved it! The owner was great .

We had a great stay. My son and I caught a Rays game in St Pete. My wife and daughter saw a Taylor Swift concert in Tampa Bay. We played wiffle ball on the private beach at Little Harbor, played tennis and took a walk on Harbor trail. We enjoyed dinner at the Sunset Grill that is right across from condo. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials and some. Would definitely stay here again. Great time!!! Thanks again Amanda!

Little Harbor Resort is a great location with great amenities and a private beach that is not too crowded. Our unit looked over a canal where we watched dolphins every day! The unit has two provided kayaks that were the highlight of our trip. Super easy to transport to the launch. We loved watching the manatees graze and exploring the mangroves! Our last night along the sea wall at the end of units we had the most exciting dolphin experience. 2 dolphins swimming next to us on the wall looking up at us over and over. The unit was well equipped and the views of sunrise and sunset are fantastic. Any issue was immediately addressed by the manager. Simply a great getaway!

Comfortable accomodations in a great community. It's a great place for a family with any age children with so many activities in the community available within a short walk. It would also be fun with a group of adults or as a couple. Thank you so much for sharing your AMAZING place with us.

Everything was as expected or better. Condo was stocked well with necessities. Great view of the lagoon in the back yard. Did take a paddle around with the provided kayaks.

Only complaint was we didn’t book enough time. Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved that they had beach toys for us to use. Everything was within walking distance. Saw a dolphin while we were fishing off the pier. Amazing.

We have family in the area and love the convenience to Bahia Beach and the outstanding services of Sunset Grill! The place suited us well and had plenty of extras for the beach and other adventures

The beach was small and filled up quickly but did it’s job for my kids. The best part was that when one was done with the beach, we could walk a few steps to the pool, hot tub or back to the condo. We were all able to be close but not have to day trip every moment. We could meet up easily bc everything was on the property. The nearby town was quaint and had grocery stores, dollar stores, restaurants and ice cream shops. Amanda responded super quickly and we get at home immediately. Having towels and the wagon with beach toys was wonderful. A moms dream come true!

The townhouse is nice and so is the Little Harbor complex. The snacks on the table when we arrived were a great touch! 3 balconies and a front porch are great for watching sunrises, sunsets, all the fishing boats coming and going every day and the random kayaker. We loved the beach, the pool and the dolphin fin sightings. There are lots of water toys in the garage too. The owner is very responsive and nice. Amanda clearly deserves her Premier Host status. For dinner, we would recommend Sunset Grill. It is 1 of the restaurants on-site. It was hands down, the best grouper I had…the key lime pie was probably the best also. We would also recommend The Vineyard, Stonewood Grill and Bella Cucina. I would suggest staying away from the other onsite restaurant, Hooks. It smelt bad and they refused to serve us although we were there about 15 minutes prior to the time they had posted on the door regarding closing. For breakfast, we’d recommend Fiore’s. We would also recommend taking in a Rays game (it was the nicest baseball park we’ve ever been to) and Cypress Creek golf course (lots of water, sand…and gators). Unfortunately, we couldn’t figure out how to use regular TV to get local news and traditional programming. I felt bad for the owner. Her cleaning crew did not do a good job of cleaning the townhome before our arrival. I emailed the owner about a few of the issues and she kindly apologized. Would we stay here again? Probably!

This is a perfect vacation home, everything you need is there. The view from all of the balcony is great. This place is very clean and all the basic products are include. The beach is just a short walking distance away from the house. We even add the chance to see dolphins many time during our stay. I truly recomand this place.

Perfect winter get away - excellent location for sunrises and sunsets on the water and plenty of local activities on site. Amenities were as described and comfortable and hosts provided easy check in and lots of info on the location and property. Everything we wanted and more for a Florida retreat.

This townhouse looks exactly as it is pictured. We loved the location in the resort since it was a nice short walk to the private beach, and the two restaurants. We really enjoyed using the kayaks! And even had an opportunity to see the resident dolphin. Amanda was very quick to reply to questions and had a nice little basket of goodies ready for us.

They were so great to work with! Love all the little extra touches. (Kayaks, beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs) There was even coffee ready for us. The location was close to everything! Would highly recommend booking this condo! You will not be disappointed! The only bad thing was I had to leave it and come back home!
