This quiet corner condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Great step-down family area, perfect for movie/game night. The shower in the master bathroom was much appreciated by all. Would stay at this property again!

Overall, this was a decent unit. The location was great, the complex was quiet, the layout was perfect for us (2 kids and 2 adults). The unit was not quite "sparkling clean" per the previous reviews. It wasn't filthy, but, for a couple of examples: (a) the sheets in the queen ensuite bedroom downstairs had black streaks on the sheets. They were probably somehow marked in the laundering process, but I was surprised they would put these sheets on the bed; (b) There were plenty of cobwebs and dust bunnies. The kitchen floor had quite a few dried on bits of food that weren't removed in the mopping process; (c) there was a dead bird on the balcony. We also had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining properly. The management company was very responsive when we called and sent a maintenance person out that day. However, the maintenance person did nothing to the sink but claimed it was an "uphill drain". When I tried cooking dinner that night, it took forever to wash the dishes because the sink refused to drain. That was the last dinner I cooked in that kitchen - it was too frustrating. The kitchen was somewhat stocked but not "well stocked" - strangely, there were very very few glasses and tons of pans but few pots. The coffee pot worked very well and there were plenty of filters. We made do, especially because the non-draining sink made it impossible to cook dinners anyway. The washer/dryer worked well. Overall, we would probably look for a different unit in the same complex for our next trip to the Killington area.

The only negative was calling the hot tub/pool area a "sports center". We would have liked to see maybe basketball or ice skating. Something more sporty. Unit was very nice and spacious with incredible views.

The property was great. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. More information on the shuttle to the mountain would have been helpful, but we figured it out and it was very easy.

Our unit did not have a hair dryer as indicated on the items list. We were unable to contact a person to resolve the problem with Killington Rental Associates. It was on a weekend (Saturday) and after calling the phone number listed we talked to people but no one could help us out or deliver a hair dryer. After several transferred calls to different people we finally dead ended with the maintenance operations personal who only handled appliance repairs not supplying unavailable items. Decided not to call the "Emergency Call Only" number as it wasn't a dire emergency. So ended up driving down to local store and purchasing hair dryer.

Overall unit was as expected. Items list included hair dryer which was not available. Thought we'd call to have one delivered or pick it up at check-in location (NorthStar Inn). Since it was on a weekend (Saturday) Killington Rental Associates not open - called the their number and after being on-hold and transferred to several other people who couldn't help us out we ended up in contact with maintenance services who said they only did fix/repair on appliances and didn't have items such as hairdryers. ended up purchasing one at local store. We decided not to call the "After business hours emergency only number" as we didn't think it was considered a big emergency.

Since it was dark when we arrived, we had difficulty finding the condo. The names of landmarks mentioned in the directions had changed, and the distances were not accurate. Once we settled in for our stay, we enjoyed the condo very much.

Reviewer Comments: Ski condo was perfect despite the lack of snow (and therefore no ski on/off capabilities) as it was a 5 min drive to the mountain and all of the town restaurants and shops. The condo felt like a private home and was well maintained, updated, and clean. We had three couples staying and it suited all of us perfectly. Love the mudroom entrance for gear and boots and having 3 baths was perfect. Would absolutely rent this place again!

Reviewer Comments: First and foremost Ashley Moulton was as professional and helpful from the customer service and informational side as I've had in any capacity. She helped us from beginning to end and it made a huge difference in our stay. The condo was perfect for what we needed and in a great location with great amenities. We would have loved a little more snow but that's on Mother Nature. The only thing we needed was more trash bags in the kitchen as we had to create our own trash vessels since there was only 2 in the unit. But at this point we are splitting hairs. This trip and experience was everything we wanted it to be and the service and amenities were a big part of it.

It was ideal for our needs. Very well-appointed and comfortably furnished. So nice not to have to worry about upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The only issues were: 1) The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable with a 1970's motel-style bedspread, not nearly as nice as the more luxurious beds and bedding in the other rooms; 2) there was a coffee maker but no coffee supplied as is standard these days; and 3) the trash barrels were dirty with food and liquid spills and could have used a good rinse or scrubbing prior to our arrival. We didn't notice it once we put the trash liners in, but it was still kind of gross. Besides these minor quibbles, the property was great! We will definitely be back next year.
