We enjoyed the private condo and our stay here. It was very clean. The water was nice and blue and clear. The only thing we were not aware of about Pensacola was that there are specific beaches to take your dogs to, they're not just allowed at any beach.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Had ample room and was a pleasure to cook in. Right on the beach with gorgeous views. Communication was perfect.

Great access to the beach and area. We would all stay again. Two things we ask for in the future-1. provide enough towels for the amount of people you allow to stay (at least provide 14 towels) & 2. Make sure all bedding is provided. The management worked with us in getting what we needed but we didn’t have all bedding for the pull outs for the first two evenings (not accurate with online listing).

Uncomfortable issues: 1. Starting with incorrect entry code and manager had to come out to insert code and figure out why the code did not work properly. Issue was resolved on site by manager. 2. No instructions for television setup. 3. Old, dated, very used furniture, 4. No patio umbrella or stand to hold umbrella ( I brought one because of a past review that stated the same issue, even though the signature photo of this rental shows a large red patio umbrella... not correct accuracy from that photo) 5. No propane for grill ( management did replace couple hours after request; did have to change our July 4th lunch plans) 6. Lastly the most uncomfortable issue was the downstairs ac unit and the handling of this issue... soon after the manger left from fixing the entry code issue, then I noticed the main living area was 76 degrees and warm in this area; so I notified the manager and 3hrs later a professional technician arrived and shared the problem to be "an overfilled ac pan which caused the safety mechanism to shut off unit". AC unit stayed on for about 30mins then stopped working on cool auto setting and would only circulate fan air. Main living area stayed at 75 for the most part; would get up to 78 at times. I made several attempts to reach out to management and at first, promises were made and then nothing else happened to resolve this very uncomfortable issue; it changed the course of our day; like cooking, baking, or using the dryer, made sleeping very comfortable.

We were there for a National dance comp at the Pensacola Bay Center it was just a short drive. It was perfect for our two families. We loved the view and the beach just steps away was wonderful. Great places to eat like Crabs and Felix! The place was comfortable and the beds were great. Would recommend to all my friends!

It was nice. Some problems; shower door in 2nd bedroom off track, handle was off of trash bin in cabinet making it hard to open, no weighted base stand for the umbrella on the deck. We loved the view. Private beach was very nice.

Good family retreat

I really liked the low key feel of the house and beach! Great place to stay! I'll be back next spring break!
