This was our second trip to Mad Beach, same complex different unit. We booked 2 next to each other, this unit was great & we found everything we needed and more! We love the ocean view!

We loved the condo it was modern, clean and fit 6 of us very comfortably.

Everything was just wonderful! Loved the option of going to the beach or pool. So many great restaurants within walking distance! Thank you!

The Condo looks like it was recently updated. Very clean and great views of the ocean. My family had a great time.

Overall we had a good time...The condo we stayed in was very nice and had plenty of seating both inside and on the balcony for all 8 of us. The beds wasn't very comfortable in our opinion but nothing sleeps as good as in your own bed. The water pressure in the showers wasn't very good either. Their is only 1 elevator at Las Brisas which was sometimes in convenient. Las Brisas also isn't gated which at 1st wasn't an issue but did become an issue because you have people coming in and parking in your parking spots.

This condo is well located on the beach and close to anything you could possibly need. It was comfortable for our large group, clean and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Management staff was quick to answer any questions and provide help when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The apartment was beautiful, the view was spectacular and overall cleanses, service location outstanding! Loved it!

The location of the condo is perfect. Beach right outside your door, plenty of comfortable chairs on lanai facing beach, adequate sleeping arrangements, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and restaurants right across the street!

This condo had everything we needed! Perfect location with great views. Communication with the host was very easy and efficient. We loved our stay!

Party of 8. 4 adults 4 kids under the age of 11. Check in was simple. Condo was just as pictured. Lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice comfy beds. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of extras there. Beach chairs and toys. Books, games. TV’s had streaming services. Great vacation. Would go back in a heartbeat

This was our first time back at the beach since February 2020 and our first time staying at Las Brisas. Overall, the location is great - centrally located between John's Pass and our favorite restaurants in North Redington. The unit was much too big for our party of three, but my son enjoyed being able to pick both his room and his bed. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, and we greatly appreciated the welcome pack of paper goods! The beach amenities within the unit were also a great touch! We only had a couple minor complaints. Within the unit, it seemed like only half of each outlet worked (top vs. bottom). It made plugging in all of our chargers a little complicated. Within the building (which is definitely NOT in the purview of the rental company, so no hard feelings toward them), there seemed to be a LOT of smoking (both tobacco and other items). We didn't spend too much time on our balcony for that reason. Just something for other families with small kids to be aware of. Overall, this unit is a great place to stay for a beach vacation!

We loved our time at Las Brisas! It was a great space for our family of four. It was as pictured and the view was simply amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal (although we chose to eat out at the many local restaurants). Very conveniently located to John’s Pass and many great restaurants. We were looking for a relaxing family vacation and this location was perfect. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We would certainly stay at this location again. Would recommend facility look into elevator work. Several times it would stick and not move but only happened few times during our stay and it self resolved each time. One elevator on site and it tends to be in high demand. Overall very pleased and enjoyed our stay.

Awesome beds…best stocked kitchen ever and perfect decor for a coastal stay! Our family enjoyed sunset card games on the beach, family dinners in with plenty of seating for our large group and outstanding ocean views from living room and master suite. We loved our time and would recommend to anyone! Thank you…we will be back!

Loved: -very large and spacious condo - LVP tile flooring throughout so much easier on your legs and feet (vs typical ceramic tile) - not a corner unit which means no road noise (we stayed in corner unit a few buildings down before and you heard a lot of road noise) - king bed was very comfortable - balcony furniture is very comfortable and fits many guests - towels were hotel quality - sheets in great condition - huge kitchen and stocked with everything you need - bathrooms were beautiful - huge couch - huge balcony - the sand on the beach is perfect to walk barefoot - a quick walk down the beach for lunch and cocktails at Caddy’s on the Beach. So easy! Opportunities: - dishwasher still does not work (as noted in earlier reviews) but a full container of dish soap was provided by mgmt company so you can hand wash - mgmt company should post check out info on fridge. Do not strip sheets or towels because like a hotel they completely remove them, bring new in and wash used ones offsite. So you are not helping anyone by washing them in the morning.. - Las Brisas has no secured door to enter building. Anyone off the street can walk in and ride up the elevator to your door. Also no locked gate to get onto beach. Both of these added features could actually help parents with kids, especially kids that like to run ahead of you. - We noticed someone using our second parking spot all the time. - would be nice to have a beach umbrella in this unit At 9pm one night we were sitting in our balcony with friends and heard a mother frantically calling for her 3 year old child on the beach. Half our group ran down the stairs to help while two of us waited for the elevator. Shocked and relieved to see the 3 year old boy when the elevator opened to us in the 4th floor. If there was a beach gate and a security door at the building entrance this 3 yr old boy would not have made it onto the elevator, so far from his family. These little safety gate barriers could really help tragedy from happening. I hope the condo association takes note and installs something. We stayed at the Kimo a month before which had a code lock to enter building, a code lock to enter beach. All levels of safety built in to protect and keep guests safe. Should be added at Las Brisas as well.

This is the third time we have stayed on the Las Brisas property - but the first time in this particular condo. It was beautiful! We had plenty of room for us and our three boys and we absolutely loved it! The dishwasher wasn't working, but it wasn't a big deal because we used paper plates and just washed the few dishes that needed washing. Overall, the condo was absolutely amazing and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

We loved this location! Great, bright property right on the beach. Spent a lot of time in the morning in the balcony watching to dolphins.
