Wonderful property in a great position, felt like home from home but lovely and sunny!! A short walk to some nice bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the villa and all its facilities, the best we have had in several visits to Lanzarote.

This property has such a beautiful garden and is so well looked after. It was as nice as the photos and looked to be the best garden around the area for colour and beautiful plants. It's very well equipped for a very relaxing holiday (nice to not worry about pool and beach towels for a change) . Local shops and restaurants are convenient. Bus seemed to be reliable, although we had a car. (Bring face masks for bus.) Only downside was the renovations being undertaken to the neighbouring property which were quite noisy and had people on the roof overlooking us. These works would be finished soon though. We were unlucky with timing. We appreciate works need to be done, just bad luck for us. The workmen were very respectful and no music or shouting for example. Owner was quick to try and deal with any issues (one shower leaking). Parents of small kids be aware the pool is quite deep 1.2m and no shallow end (has steps though) and is obviously not fenced. It was a bit deeper than expected. Local shops sell arm bands. Were a bit hot at night so had to have windows open..I was a bit nervous of this with the kids being downstairs, but it seems to be the norm in lanzarote I.e. Windows have no bars. The complex did feel extremely safe. We would love to return here. My review is trying to be informative, but should not put you off staying here. Its amazing book it. We've stayed in the area a number of times & really enjoy it, has enough going on for a relaxing holiday. The villa was perfect this time as the kids joined us for part of the week. Inside its both spacious & very well equipped, outside it's stunning. Everyone could have their own space but come together for a meal, a drink or just watch the sun setting in the evening. A memorable week, thank you.

Excellent property in quiet location with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Beautiful garden with numerous sheltered spots.

We really enjoyed our stay although no surprises as we have stayed in the area before. Location is great for shops restaurants etc but also quiet and 2 mins from the coast. Outside the property could host about 20 people I think ! Inside had everything you could need and we would stay again

We have had a the most relaxing holiday at this villa. Every thing was accommodated for it was spotless. Pool was cleaned and maintained regularly and also the hot tub. Wonderful would recommend it.

3rd stay at this villa. Some very nice improvements over recent years. Superb garden with lots of different area to be able to read/sunbath. Have no hesitation in booking this lovely villa again.

We had a short stay away, & this villa was great close to amenities, lots of room both inside and out would recommend, was very windy while we were there but still able to find spots outside to sit as little areas in different places out of the wind. Hot tub was a bonus so was the heated pool. Only downside because of the wind quite noisy in the up stairs room at times of night ( not a lot can do about the weather) . Overall great for a family or group of friends.

Ruhige Lage und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Meer (Felsküste). Umfassend ausgestattet und geräumig. Schöne Gartenmöbel (Holz) und für Lanzerote eine tolle aufwändige Gartenanlage (man merkt den britischen Einfluss). Traumhaft ist der beheizte Pool (wichtig grade in den Wintermonaten) und natürlich der Whirlpool. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin immer problemlos und sehr ausführliche "Anleitungen" auch im Vorfeld und vor Ort.

We had a lovely stay here during Covid-19 in July/August 2020 when the UK government told us not to travel. We felt that Lanzarote was safer than the UK with temperature checks at the airport and major supermarkets. This is unlike the UK where there were no checks on re-entering the county. The property is lovely and as described on the listing. The owners clearly care for their property and have lots of nice, good quality features. The owner was responsive at all times and we felt completely safe at the villa. It is a great place to isolate and relax during these times. We would have no hesitation in visiting again.

Die Villa liegt am Rande von Playa Blanca. In Playa Blanca gibt es "Massen" an kleinen, gleichgestalteten Ferienhäusern, die, wie in kleinen, eigenständigen Feriendörfern, eines neben dem anderen liegt. Diese Villa hingegen liegt - wie gesagt - etwas am Rand, ist deutlich größer als die üblichen Häuser, und gibt - Dank seines wunderschön angelegten grossen Gartens - ein gewisses Gefühl der Alleinlage. Garten und beheizter Pool sind uneinsehbar, bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Schritte. In Laufweite liegen einige wirklich gute Restaurants. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es einen gemauerten Grill. Ein Parkplatz gehört zum Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Eigentümerin ist schnell und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Karen, dass Sie uns dieses schöne Haus zur Verfügung gestellt haben.

Prima, rustig gelegen, comfortabele woning waar alles aanwezig is zoals omschreven op de website. 2 persoonsbed was maar 1,40 meter breed maar we hebben de enkele bedden op de benedenverdieping gebruikt en de badkamer boven. Ideaal voor 4 personen. Sleutel zat in de locker, parking voor de deur, mooie tuin met veel plaats om te zonnen of schaduw op te zoeken.

Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel ca. 20 Min. von der Playa Blanca entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist top und sehr sauber. Zu den weniger vollen Stränden im Norden von Lanzarote muss man jedoch schon eine Stunde Fahrzeit einrechnen. Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien gehabt. Vielen Dank an Karen für die Infos und guten Tipps.
