The unit we stayed it's outdated from all inside smells old and moldy no internet, the TV in the master bedroom it's old and poor cable service, and for the price we paid never stayed in that unit anymore, we can stay at la paloma again but I'll never take that unit 249 in that condition

I have a list of about 20 items that were amiss in the unit.

the property is close to the beach and you don’t have to leave the property. there’s a restaurant and heated pool.

the musty dirty smell of the unit

Good location for families seeking a quieter environment than downtown. This is a gated community with condos and villas that are privately owned. The security staff was helpful, friendly and it has a small laundry room on site that requires quarters and you need to provide your own laundry supplies. I liked that you have your own designated parking spot. The property has a private beach access.

The sliding glass door did not work properly and had to contact the condo owner for some one to lock it for me. Unfortunately, due to the malfunctioning sliding glass door we couldn’t access the small patio space for the remainder of our stay.

Great location and the property grounds were very secure.

The room had VERY few necessities such as not enough toilet paper, no facial tissue, no wash cloths, no hand towels, no dish towels, bath towels were like sandpaper, too few bath towels, rough sheets, no air conditioning, not enough fans, no iron, no hair dryer and NO COFFEE!
