Thanks to Julia for being such an accommodating host for our family. We enjoyed her home and were grateful for her attentiveness as a host. We highly recommend the home.

We picked this property to accommodate three sets of adults for a family vacation with everyone coming from different states. The home was perfect for us to enjoy meals together and relax each day after lots of Vancouver site seeing. Julia was easy to communicate with and responsive to our inquiries. We could not have picked a better VRBO for this family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, very safe and walkable. A Starbucks was steps away and the beautiful Queen Elizabeth park was an easy stroll. We give Julia and her home Five Stars

Our family had such a great experience staying in this home. Julia is an excellent and attentive host, she is kind and helpful! The house is beautifully finished and we cannot wait to go back and stay with her again!

Go for this gorgeous rental if it's available. It made a great weekend with friends even more amazing. Plenty of space for a large group so that everyone still had a lot of privacy. Perfect to rest up after fun days out in Vancouver. Loved the dining table/living room space where we could all lounge together. I even got to pick some strawberries and raspberries from the backyard - delicious! The separate basement room/bathroom was perfect for my friend who brought along her 6 year old daughter. While the upstairs space was perfect for the rest of the group. Each room even had it's own temperature control!
Julia is extremely responsive and helpful. I was really happy that I got to meet her and her adorable son in person when I checked in. I'm already hoping to return for another fantastic trip to stay here and check out her recommendations that I didn't have time for.

The location made it easy to use public transportation. Many amenities were provided. Our host was very accessible to answer questions and made wonderful suggestions that made our trip to Vancouver super! If I'm ever in Vancouver again, this is where I would stay.

Perfect house for 10 active people
This house was everything that was in the original description. It was a great CLEAN house for 10 active adults to hang out in without getting into each other's way. The kitchen was more than we expected. The dining area very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. There were extra rooms where people could go off and be quietly by themselves. The location made it easy to use public transportation. Many amenities were provided. Our host was very accessible to answer questions and made wonderful suggestions that made our trip to Vancouver super! If I'm ever in Vancouver again, this is where I would stay.

Excellent house.
My extended family recently took a short vacation at Vancouver. The house provided perfect accommodation for us in so many ways. Its convenient location gave us easy access to all tourist attractions and airport. The house was spacious and well decorated to make us feel at home. Julia is a wonderful owner. She was very accommodating and provided us with early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful fully appointed home
We were thrilled to find a suitable, very comfortable home for the 10 of our family members to enjoy time together in this gorgeous, well laid out home.
The location was perfect for us.
On a very quiet, pretty street, close to Main St, Oakridge Station and beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park.
Julia’s communication to us was excellent.
We hope to stay here again.
