the pool was nice

the place wasn’t clean and up to par like how it looked on the pictures. There was left I’ve trash and the countertops where very dirty.

I like that it was big. Each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom. I like that it was very spacious

All of the carpeting are stained. The covers on the couch was dull and worn. The cushions on the couches were also worn down. The couch in the game room was broken. There were obvious signs of wear and tear in the home. One of the toilets didn’t flush and one of the faucets wasn’t attached to the sink. I really thought I was getting a great value but what you end up with is a house that looks like a fraternity lives in it first. I would suggest the owners do an overhaul and replace the carpeting, the couches, patch the holes in the door and some much needed touch up painting and replacement of the dining ware because they look very used. All in all I would not stay here again without the updates being done

The house was much bigger than I expected, it was great! We had 11 people and were able to spread out. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. The pool at the Clubhouse was our favorite, it starts at 0ft-5.15 ft so it's great for little kids, much like you'd see at a public pool. It has a water fall and mister that add to the experience and a hot tub. Nicely furnished. Also, the house is 2 doors down so you can walk. Customer service was excellent! Friendly and they respond quickly. No extra charge to use the grill. Table big enough for the entire family to eat together.

The carpet is terribly worn and stained which immediately changes your opinion of the house but only the bedrooms are carpeted and everything else was clean so I was able to get over it. There were some maintenance issues but nothing that really affected our visit. You can only fit 2 cars in the driveway. Security told us to park there but then my daughter got a $25 ticket for blocking the sidewalk. They don't allow you to use the garage.

I loved everything about this vacation home! it was very clean and spacious, and I loved the private pool.

the only negative was that it seemed really warm upstairs at night time. we would turn the thermostat down to 70degrees but it kept resetting to 73. other than that, no complaints! my family and I loved this place!!

Need a little more cleaning in the carpet and rugs

The location of the property is very good. It's a 25 minute drive from the airport to the house. Disney and Universal is between 20-30 min drive away. The house is very spacious with a heated pool outside. Lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby.

1) Property needs a deep clean, the carpets need stream cleaning. Black marks on carpet from heavy foot fall. You need to wear slippers in the bedroom or your feet would be dirty. 2) Half the TV's in house were missing remote controls, one didn't even work 3) Kettle was broken and had to be replaced 4) iron was missing and had to be replaced 5) only one sunbed for a seven bedroom property 6) The BBQ grill was disgusting, crisp were left on the side and and the grill was filthy. Could not be used 7) Mould in one of the bathrooms 8) Wardrobe door fell off in two bedrooms 9) The patio door didn't lock and was a security issue, was fixed during stay 10) Sofa in games room is clearly broken 11) The garden requires a good power clean, very dirty and paper left on the ground 12) The dryer in the laundry room does not switch off by it self 13) Was unable to use the gym on the property because no one could provide a key only the code 14) Windows are dirty, when was the last time they had a good clean?? Lovely looking house in great location, but too many issues that need urgent attention. Spent too much time reporting issues which should have been sorted before the stay, checks should be done beforehand.

Carpet disgusting, air vents and baseboards very dirty, very poor cleaning, check in supposed to be 4;00 but we couldn’t get in until 5;30, asked for later check out as compensation, answer was no, asked for discount answer was no, customer service keep asking for documents that already sent to them before checking in, guy hung up on me, area around pool needs urgent pressure washing, there is no cushions on the chairs, garage door doesn’t have motor, only four forks in the kitchen, no glass cups, only small wine glasses, charged full amount before checking in
