It doesn't get any better than the location of this property. From the third floor the views were fantastic: the ocean, the dolphins, the huge container ships. The kitchen is minimal but adequate. There is an elevator but honestly the steps were not a problem - and I avoid steps usually. Communication with Debra was superb. It was easy to access the keys and car tag and simple instructions to depart. Overall, a great time on Tybee.

Clean place to stay. The picture of the view from the balcony is old. The vegetation has growed alot sense that pic you can only see part of the beach other than that great place to stay.

Everything was great! Nice clean place with modern furnishings and decor. The view was spectacular and private. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Thank you.

Thank you for making our first stay on Tybee Island a relaxing & memorable experience. We loved this condo!: attractive & comfortable furnishings, tasteful seaside artwork, functional layout, clean, free parking space, & excellent location. We especially enjoyed the balcony: watching pelicans, dolphins, shrimp boats & freighters throughout each day & beautiful sunsets each evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed your pool, Tybee's beaches, many Tybee restaurants, the Tybee Island Golf Cart Tour, & the overall lowkey feel of the island. We look forward to future visits!

We’ve stayed a few places at this property and around the island as we come almost every year. Have to say this was our favorite so far. Love how they opened it up compared to others. It’s obviously clean and well cared for. And seeing the dolphins all day from the balcony never gets old. Definitely would book this one again!

I really loved the view of the ocean. I spent a lot of time on the balcony. The unit was very clean. It was the perfect size for me and my fiancé. The location was great on North Beach and I love the security I felt being gated in. I would 100% stay again and likely will soon.

We stayed on Tybee for six nights . The property was exactly as advertised with a nice location , great views of the water and perfect size for two people. The weather in mid April is was beautiful with daytime highs in the mid seventies. We brought our bikes along and pedaled the back streets to different parts of the beach every day. Very relaxing place. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area

This condo was exactly as it was described. We saw dolphins EVERY DAY. In the morning and in the evenings. Many of them frolicked and it was amazing to see. The sunsets were unreal. We had just the right amount of space for the two of us. We had pretty much everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we loved the sheets! We appreciated the central A/C and heat given we ended up needing both during our stay. We loved Tybee Island and hope to come back. It was so hard to come home. We visited Savannah as well given the close proximity. The gated community was nice, especially since we came into town during "Orange Crush" weekend. We couldn't hear a thing and our beach was nice & secluded. Fantastic property, highly recommend!

First time on Tybee Island. Area was peaceful, not to busy with spring break crowd. Savannah was a joy to explore as well. Will be back.

The owner was very responsive, letting us in before 4 pm, which was very helpful. The building is dreary and dated; the elevator permit had expired. The condo is small, especially the bathroom. The refrigerator must be 15 years old , and everything is dated. To be clear, we appreciate more upscale accommodations at this point in our lives.

Everything was great enjoy our time there would stay again if back in that area

the views of the ships in the channel are wonderful. Beautiful beach for walking. The condo is updated and very well stocked for your stay, very pretty and functional designed. Hope to come again in the future.

The place was a bit smaller and dated than we were expecting.... but it turned out to be a very positive experience. The location was away from the much busier town area... a plus for us! It was quiet. It has a view of the water that was the highlight of the place... dolphins every day. Ships, boats, birds, etc. All good. Everything close by and easy access to walks on the beach. We would recommend it.

A great destination for our late Fall 2-day getaway! Wonderful ocean view and we saw dolphins every morning! Convenient walk to restaurants, shopping, and the lighthouse.

This condo has a great view of the ocean/Savannah river channel from the deck. We watched the dolphins and shrimp boats every day, it was wonderful! The bed was quite comfy. The unit is not large and is a little tired, but clean and quiet. Nice beach and the waves are not as rough as mid and south beach on Tybee. It was chilly a couple of days but we were able to enjoy the pool area, the water was a bit cool, but the deck was great. Ample parking. We loved the location; the people were really friendly, be ready to wave at everyone! We walked to Huck-a-poos, Zunzibar and the Chamacos Mexican restaurant. The Lighthouse and North Beach Bar and Grill restaurant by the lighthouse was enjoyable, say hi to Midnight. We walked to this, but is is just a 5 minute drive. The IGA grocery store was short easy drive, maybe 10 minutes. Only 20-25 minutes to downtown Savannah, it is easy drive. We enjoyed our stay!

The time was just what we were looking for.

Nice 1BR condo for a couple. Great view of ocean/Savannah river channel from the deck which is shaded/covered by a roof. Comfortable bed. Everything worked fine. Not luxury or new but decent. Nice beach and waves are not as rough as mid and south beach on Tybee. Can watch the large cargo ships go by. Nice clean pool. Ample parking. Location was nice, quiet residential area. People were friendly. Tybee has a laid back, down to earth atmosphere. We walked to 2 close by restaurants and a coffee shop. Lighthouse and North Beach Bar and Grill were 5 minute drive. Downtown Tybee was short easy drive, maybe 10 minutes. Only 20-25 minutes to downtown Savannah, easy drive. Had a great time in Tybee at this place.

Great location Walking to everything and on beach

Stayed a few days, just relaxing and walking in the beach.

We stayed at Tybee View last year and loved it so much we came back for our 40th wedding anniversary. The view is spectacular from the balcony and there is easy access to the beach.

Fresh beachy condo with an incredible view! Tybee Island gave us all of the 'feels'. Did not want to leave. What a great beach town! Straight out of a Erin Hilderbrand novel 😍

Great condo. Set up really nice could watch dolphins from balcony. Close to city but not crowded. Beach was peaceful.

we wished we could have stayed longer and wished the weather was a little better, but we got a great taste of the beach and Savannah at the same time, food was amazing, the Unit was perfect for us 2, loved siting on the balcony, think we sat out there anytime we were in unit, start the day there and end the day there, so many dolphins. Everything was great expect having to leave
