We loved this beach house! The bedrooms are huge and great bathroom space. We did see a couple critters in the garage (a mouse) but no evidence of them upstairs. Kitchen could use a bit of updating but came equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a perfect location. It was so convenient to the beach and a lot of other places including restaurants and shops,etc.. The house is beautiful and has lots of room. The pool of course was awesome. The view from the upstairs master was amazing.

Great house! Location was perfect. House fit all our needs. Pool was amazing! A couple suggestions:1. A dehumidifier is needed. Humidity was very high in house. Condensation was dripping from AC vents.2. A direct access from outside shower to pool. Sand gets back on your feet when you have to go through yard or garage. All in all we loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay because we were with family. The beach was close by and the youngest were in the water and surf even though it was chilly. They also enjoyed the pool. The area was nice. The restaurants were all good. The house was a little worn. The small appliances need replacing. The master toilet on the main floor would run a lot, wasting water. Found a lot of what looked like long dog hair on the main floor.

Everything was perfect with the property. The only thing I would change is updating the blinds in the bedrooms and also adding blinds to the doors that don’t have any. The lights from the church shine bright enough in one of the bedrooms where it looks like it is day light constantly through the night.

We love staying at this property. This is our second time here. It is so convenient to the beach and trolley stop. It has a huge corner lot and a nice pool! It is showing a bit of wear and some of the kitchen utensils/ appliances will probably need updated soon but overall the stay was perfect! Paradise Beach Homes is so easy to work with as well!!

Such a great home. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with my family of 8. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The location to the beach was a very short walk. The brand new deck had a great view of the gulf. minor maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. Will rent again.....

The pictures on the site are much nicer than this property really is. It is run down. It is rusted and cheap on the inside. The location is great but not worth the money. It didn’t feel that it was cleaned before we arrived. There was black mold all over one of the bathroom toilets. The pool is accessed through the main bedroom which they don’t tell you. Property company was helpful but only sent someone to replace the toilet seat rather than clean the whole house. It should not rent for this much money.

Toilla Segunda Review
Pros:
-Great location
-Awesome Pool
-The rooms were a good size
Cons:
-Roaches behind the oven and cabinets (they were not palmetto bugs)
-Toaster barely worked
-Coffee maker was gross
-Ceiling fans, vents, blinds, and pretty much anything else that holds dust was caked in it.
-broken deck spindles on 1st and 2nd floor deck (not great if you are bringing your small children that like to run around)
-used band aids and trash under the couch
-kitchen sink wouldn’t put out cold water
-up stairs king bedroom main door does not latch when you shut it and the balcony door knob comes off when you pull the door shut (I had to climb out the window to the deck to open the door and put the knob back on)
-found multiple rusty screws in the driveway
-paying a $375 cleaning fee and getting a dirty house

We rented the house for Spring Break, 2 adults, 7 girls. The location is good and the rental company was easy to work with. The beds are just so-so. The sofa bed in living room was broken. There are no window coverings on the front or side doors, which makes you feel like you’re in a fish bowl. I would not recommend this area for Spring Break to anyone. Police are circling like sharks waiting for someone to do something wrong.

Great accommodations for our large family. Locations was perfect! When we had issues Paradise Beach Home Vacations responded right away to resolve the problems. I would recommend to renters to wear shoes on the deck. We had kids and adults get slivers. Could use a new grill.

We stayed at this same house four years ago and it is just as we remembered. Great location for easy walking to the beach and a well maintained pool. The mattresses are probably the same from four years ago so I suspect new ones will be purchased soon as they are really worn. Love the main porch and individual balconies for morning coffee and evening drinks. Overall, totally worth every dime.

This property is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Everyone loved the pool. The house had everything we needed to make large meals to feed 12 people. We’ve really enjoyed our stay here!
