excellent location, rooms were clean nicely decorated and well appointed. the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Felt really welcome, great location with other bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. 20 mins drive to Lincoln. Comfy beds and a great breakfast. Already booked for another visit later in the year.

My original plan was to stay in a pub with the same name but in a nearby village. Excellent service and ambience from arrival to departure. I am told the meals are very good but I was meeting my family for a meal.

I didnt have anything to not like. I was made to feel welcome by everybody.

Excellent choice of breakfast and very tasty. Great location in the town, lively pub but no noise in ourcl room. Parking was a little tight but staff were there to help. All in all good pub accomodation at a reasonable price.

Stairs were a little steep but it is a very old building with character.

Pub was a bit noisy but it was a sat night and not that noisy in our room . It didn’t affect our sleeping .

Staff were very friendly & helpful, room was very clean, light and airy, bath & shower. bar was great with a good selection of beers. plenty of seating but still plenty of bar space, nice to see a busy pub for a change. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and cooked to order, again very friendly staff.

The only thing that would have made things better was if there had been a desk in the room, there was a dressing table but it was too high to use a laptop.

The Breakfast is good and cooked to order so nice and hot. The location is excellent the whole town is close and a short walk from the Marquis

There was noting I didnt like, the rooms were good, very clean and had Tea, Coffe etc Some slight noise from the bar below and the road outside but nothing you wouldnt expect
