We had a great time and love Kiawah. This property was perfect for our family of four and the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes.

Great location close to the beach, tennis and The Sanctuary. Very clean place. Very comfortable master bed and the place was perfect for our long weekend visit to Kiawah.

We had a few glitches with the initial cleaning of the unit but everything was quickly corrected by the very responsive management company who ensured that everything was to our liking.

Unit was not well-equipped, coffee maker didn't work, toaster didn't work, the unit was dirty, mismatched china, no serving dishes, floors were filthy, carpet was dirty, no screens in living room, etc. Location of unit was great, but otherwise would not recommend renting this unit until a substantial upgrade is made.

This property was beautiful, was spotlessly clean, was in a great location, and had a lovely view. We have been visiting Kiawah for over 30 years and have rented numerous places, but 4852 Turtle Cove was among the best!

My family had a wonderful visit to Kiawah Island, and the accommodations were outstanding. We came for the Marathon this weekend. We plan to come again and want to stay in this unit. Beautiful, clean, convenient place to stay! Loved it!

We have come back to this same rental twice because of its location and layout. I would like to see the villa get a little extra cleaning attention in the bathrooms. There was a fair amount of mildew on the shower curtain and in the master shower.

The location was perfect for the long weekend we had planned. The unit was nicely furnished and the view from the main living area was lovely. It was disappointing, however, that there were not appropriately sized filters for the coffee maker. Additionally, the coffee maker leaked with each use and sometimes did not provide a full pot, even when the water tank was filled to 10 cups. Regarding the $150 beach gear comes with a $25 delivery charge that is never mentioned until you order. Our gear rental was less than $150, but we still were charged the full $25 fee; which was fine, but I think it is best to be up front about it. Overall, it was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Unit rented was fine-TV was a challenge but called AE and they helped.I used company AE offers beach gear/bikes from which offers $150.00 credit-I tried to cancel and give back beach chairs,umbrella..website not at all user friendly and called ..was told i was 3 minutes late so i couldnt cancel.NOT COOL

The condo was even better than we were expecting! Very clean, well appointed and cozy all at the same time! A very short walk to the beach! Will be happy to stay here again!

Loved the location-short bike ride to the bike trail, tennis courts, and the beach. Lots of comfortable spots in the condo to relax and work.
