This was my second time at Hotel 1 south beach residence and my first time renting with Barbra. She is very attentive and we would rent from her again.

Ideal family sized residence with access to top-notch amenities at 1 Hotel. Fitness center is huge with plenty of equipment. Food at the hotel is fantastic. Residence staff was very friendly and helpful.

This condo at the 1 Residence is exactly as shown in the pictures! It is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. Everything is perfect. We had an amazing stay!

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and roomy and perfect for what we were looking for. Would absolutely come back for another stay.

This is exactly what we were looking for which is not easy to find. A place for 2 teens and two adults. The bedrooms are cramped (wonder if this was a one bedroom divided into two rooms) and the closet space is limited, but the common areas are awesome and the balcony was great. everything was in good working order. The property is really hip and fun with lots of great restaurants. I would rent again in a heartbeat. It is $$ but there are not many options for connected bedrooms/2 BR units on South Beach in luxury locations.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the 1 Hotel Residency. We were there to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday. The staff never fails to render impeccable service with a smile! We never had to wait on anything. We can’t wait to return!!

I love staying at the 1 Hotel Condos. Great service, great location, beautiful unit.

Overall, very nice property. It's just like staying at the 1 Hotel, but with a separate entrance (which is actually less crowded, so actually a plus during pandemic.) You get to use all the hotel amenities. The one caveat is that they will not let you use the 1 Hotel Residence beach lounges without a long-term stay (though you can use the normal 1 Hotel beach lounges with no issue.) As far as the actual condo unit -- lovely but the bedrooms ARE tiny (as had been mentioned in prior reviews.) The landlord is very responsive. Added an extra day of cleaning since housekeeping not included during stay. Literally ONLY negative thing was that the coffee maker takes a very long time to make a pot and the housekeeper for some reason got rid of my bag of coffee, so my morning was a little grumpy ;). Would highly recommend for a family as opposed to two hotel rooms. Was great!

Price was lower than others We rented, we thought it was because of off season and because this unit is smaller than previously rented homes. (Literally no space to move/walk around inside bedroom)However they made up charges on the back end that was a complete lie. If youre Black take picture upon arrival and departure or they will scam you. Create false claims! This exact claim also happened to a family member who also stayed here. Gobb. I would suggest booking through 1 hotel side. You can get 2 units (instead of this one) for a little more$ with better service, bigger unit , and most importantly peace of mind. This my 4th time staying @1 hotel and last with this renter.

This stay was amazing from the property itself to the amazing staff. The hotel is located in a great area. You can’t beat the views of the ocean either! There was nothing wrong at all during our stay! Would definitely go back!

Great location, great pools, property very well thought out, included everything you could need- soap, towels, any kind of cocktail glass(lol). A few items needed fixing but overall I highly recommend.

This was a great place to host my friends during my birthday stay in Miami. Great communication with the host and we’re able to use all amenities like any other hotel guest. Would definitely come back !
