Our second stay at Brac Magic, and it lived up to the high expectations we had from our first trip. The owners (Geoff & Lynne) were great to work with, fast in communications, and have a great property manager. We'll keep this on our regular vacation rotation. In summary, 5-star accommodations coupled with peace and quiet. A recipe for a great vacation.

We loved everything about our stay at Brac Magic. It was comfortable, accommodating and clean! The best part is, it is located far enough away from any other houses that it feels like you are all alone on the Brac!

This place is beyond beautiful, we felt like the world stopped just a bit, how peaceful and beautiful this spot is. Best place I ever stayed. If you want to enjoy your vacation with nothing but the sounds of the ocean all day and night in a magical place, then Brac Magic is the place for you!

Brac Magic was magical, very comfortably furnished and equipped, it was fantastic, my happy place was in the hammock under the sea grape tree, our teen boys loved the pool especially at night when the pool is lit from the underwater lights and the stars! With high speed internet connectivity everyone was able to find something to do, even if that was simply napping. Plenty of room for our family of four. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful, private and magical.

The house is brand new, sparkling clean, and has all the amenities. There are bikes to use and a charcoal grill. It was fun to walk the Long Beach in front looking for treasures. Four beautiful parrots came and entertained us one day. The washer and dryer worked great. Cooking was easy with all the kitchen supplies. WiFi worked well. I loved having the big closet with lots of hangers!! Sunrise and sunset were beautiful. It was very quiet there and the king bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed a lovely bonfire with all the washed up driftwood. Thank you for a wonderful vacation ❤️

I never like to tell people how great a place is in case they become my competition when it is time to book again, but in this case, I will. Brac Magic home is truly wonderful. We loved this quite home. It was just as the owners described and as listed. I do not think we could have picked a better place. This is a home where I would stay again!

Awesome well kept property with excellent views. Very comfortable and well stocked with just about anything you'll need and very private.

What a beautiful piece of private paradise! We truly enjoyed our stay at Brac Magic. The villa was laid out perfectly for views of the ocean & the bluff. We also loved the privacy that you get on this side of the island. We can’t say enough about how thoughtfully appointed the villa was. You literally only need to bring a swimsuit (or 2) and pick up some food at the Marketplace. We celebrated our anniversary there by grilling steaks & sipping champagne oceanside. We will definitely be back!!

This was such a perfect place for our getaway. House was clean and had everything we needed. Lynn even arranged to have some drinks in the fridge for us since we arrived late on a Sunday. Can't wait to go back!

Brac Magic was a great getaway. The home is new and super clean. Everything was as described in the listing. It is on the low populated end of the island and great for relaxation. If we go back, we would want to stay here again.

This property was PERFECTION. It gave us the privacy and level of amenities e desired. Got to watch the surf roll in every morning over coffee, get lost by relaxing so much that we named some of the soldier crabs and lizards, then marvel at the night sky and how many stars God put up there! Lots of room, a place to do laundry so we didn't have to pack much, but that pool was pure bliss!!

Brac Magic is the perfect solution to get away from it all. Everything about the house and property is picture perfect from the fully equipped kitchen, to the large flat screen tv, to the fabulous pool and deck area, where we spent 99% of our time. This was our second time to the Brac, so we knew what to expect, and this didn’t disappoint, the property is even better than it shows in the VRBO listing! Don’t come here expecting the beat of the drums in discos, flashy bars and 5-star restaurants, because what you get is the pounding of the surf on the beach right in front of the house, beautiful sunshine and a nice breeze on the covered patio, and solid island food from Barry’s Golden Jerk, the Barracuda Bar (great wood-fired pizza!), and the Captain’s Table, along with night skies so full of stars that you can fall asleep in the loungers poolside looking up at them because you don’t want to go inside! We sought solitude to get away from work/life pressures, and while we did have two CBC officers walk past the house one morning, we literally saw no one on the beach the entire stay. The property manager Jeff was easy to work with, he let us know when his crew would come to clean the pool, and was available to deal with anything that could come up (nothing did!). The owners were a dream to deal with, and they make it easy to do business with - they accept major credit cards, their communication is timely, and are genuinely interested in making sure your trip goes as planned. We’ll be back to visit, and Brac Magic is where we’ll stay!

Brac Magic is just that...Magic! Lynn was amazing during the entire reservation/trip at this lovely home. My husband and I just loved how quiet and peaceful this property is! The house was set up perfectly and had everything we could have needed. Our days were spent outside beside the pool and in the ample shaded area under the porch. There are no obstructions to the view that seems endless! And when it was time to do our few dishes, I loved the beautiful bluff out the kitchen window. Jeffery (the property manager) and Chris (pool maintenance) were awesome; super kind and informative. Looking forward to our next visit!! Thank you, Lynn and Geoff!

This house is wonderful! Location couldn’t be better! Right on the water....beautiful sunrise views and peaceful sound of the waves. We were a little hesitant to book this property since it had no reviews, but took a chance and were glad we did. House is NEW and CLEAN. It was very well stocked with any appliance, utensil, gadget, etc that you might want. Master bed was comfy. A/C worked great. Floor plan ideal for 1-2 couples or a family. Pool was refreshing with plenty of lounge chairs and regular chairs. Lynn was great to work with and answered all my questions throughout the reservation process. She made arrangements for someone to meet us upon arrival to take us to the house, and even helped with communication to them when our flight was delayed. Cayman Brac is a great island to explore. It’s small and you can cover all the main attractions in a few days, which is perfect as that leaves plenty of time to just hang out and enjoy this great property.
