Pictures reflect the house. There was a strange smell especially in the kitchen area, so we did not use the back part of the downstairs. The pool wasn't very clean, not sure if that is just a Florida thing. The couch in the living room had notable wear and tear, but the couch in the family room looked brand new.

The place was just about perfect. Great location that was close to the area attractions and getting to and from the airport was very easy. Lots of local dining options, grocery stores, and other fun things to do. The property had a nice pool area, a nice kitchen, and plenty of space for our family of 7. The resort clubhouse was an excellent addition for those days we needed some downtime. I definitely recommend this property..!

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, A NICE PEACEFUL HOME. HOST EDY WAS SO VERY KIND AND COMMUNICATED WITH ME.

The house was the perfect size for 8 of us. Overall I give it 5 stars, but just a few suggestions... The kids enjoyed the game room, but most of the ping pong paddles were broken and there were no balls; we purchased some balls and played with broken paddles. The pool table needs to be leveled, and the cue stick tips repaired (they were broken and/or had no tips from the get-go). The first floor bedroom toilet is loose to the floor. The great room furniture could use an upgrade. I think it was worth it to pay extra to heat the pool, but the temperature seemed to be very inconsistent. More advice on this topic in the listing might be beneficial.

Besides missing a few things ( dish cloths ) and coutch in poor Condition and a little Wear and tear it was perfect 😍

The house is nice, fits my needs. This is my second time renting this house. I would definitely rent it again. This time the house needed a little more attention in reference to cleanliness. Trash can was broke, refrigerator was dirty. Once notified attempts to correct the complaint were timely. Hard to communicate with property manager. Email was not answered until the next day. Phone calls not answered. Kim

The house is nice, it could use a few more things in the kitchen. The cleaning crew did a horrible job in the Jack and Jill bathroom. There was a considerable amount of hair in the shower and the pocket door even had excrement smeared on the door. No response to my email with pictures. After 2 calls on Monday and Tuesday someone finally returned a call on Wednesday, but I had to ask them to call back and they never did. The pool heater at the house was a lifesaver. However, the pools and lazy river are not heated at Storey Lake Resort.

Whilst we had a good time we were quite saddened at how much the house was showing signs of wear and tear considering it is a fairly new house (less than 3 years old) the sofa had very bad signs of wear and tear, white bits of leather stuck to your clothes when you stood up, wallpaper peeling off the walls, what looked like blood on the back of one toilet door, filthy air conditioning vents, very poor quality towels, freezing cold pool. However a very spacious and stunning house in a great location and great communal pool area.

This house was very dirty. Carpet was filthy. Throw pillows covered in dust. Shower grout with mold and mildew. HVAC air filters were black and looked like they hadn’t been changed in years (we saw this because the covers are not secure and one fell off upon someone going up the stairs). Dishwasher was broken upon arrival and was never fixed throughout our entire stay. We had to hand wash dishes for 12 people for 6 nights. I had to call the 1-800 number 5 times just to get a simple work order started for the dishwasher which still didn’t resolve the issue. One of the rooms was so terribly hot my family members had to buy a $50 fan at Target. Although I mentioned the venting issue to the property management company, nothing was done to fix it or even look into it. I would not rent this place again and would recommend spending a little more money to rent something better.

There were 10 of us who stayed in house, and it worked out perfectly for us! Pool was a refreshing treat for everyone. Neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues entering/leaving the community via rear gate (a couple previous reviews noted issues with noise and rear gate). Our young adult children and their significant others raved about the house all week. Plenty of space, and they enjoyed the game room and watched movies together one night. Two recommendations: additional outside dining seating as it was for just 6 people and the house holds 13 and replacement of bar seats in kitchen as they were very worn and one had holes in it. House is easy driving distance to Disney and Universal parks (15-25 minutes based on park). Walmart, Target, and grocery store & any other shopping needs just a couple minutes away for all necessities. We will recommend this property to others and if we head that way again as a large group we would stay again. Good communication with property management as well prior to stay and upon arrival.

Everything what we expected. We had a great time!

The house was clean and spacious for our family (4 families). Each family liked a private bedroom and a bathroom of their own. We also liked the spacious kitchen and great room areas for social gathering. The house is located in a safe and convenient community that is close to the Disney and other theme parks. The only things that were inconvenient during our stay were (1) there are TVs in the great room and the theater room on the first floor and each TV needs two remote controls to operate, and each TV was missing a remote control of different kind and (2) the Wi-Fi was not available on the departure day. The host informed us that one set of the remote controls on the first floor should operate both TVs; however, that was not the case. Not having the Wi-Fi available on the day of departure was disappointing and inconvenient. At the end, we were fine with not watching TVs in the great room and the theater room, and we managed the network connection on our own on the departure day. Even with these minor issues we had, we give five star ratings to this property. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we visit the Orlando area next time, and we recommend the property to others.

Great location within the property, nice view. Pool was very warm and inviting. House could have been cleaner and there are a few little things that need repair. Overall, two families (8 total) had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved the house and location, but found it very dirty and entering through the main gate was a burden as it never worked.. All the bathroom floors were dirty and many had had hair on the floor, the showers needed caulk and repair. The vents in the house had a thick layer of grey coating. It appears the ventilation system needed the filters changed. I would also suggest additional cooking and serving items for the guests. It was hard to cook for 11 people with very limited options. Otherwise , we had a great time and overlooked the comments above by cleaning for ourselves

Owner was very responsive. Overall, everything in the house, including the pool and hot tub were as expected and worked very well for the stay. The community pool was also a fun place for the family/kids.

Very nice house. We had 6 adults and 6 Children(6-15). But it could use a few things like- *A thorough cleaning top to bottom. *Scatter rugs by all the doors, especially by the pool doors. 8Sharp knives would have been nice. *One bedroom bed was missing a box spring, very odd. King mattress wasn't the best. * Pool was heated to 94 degrees. *1 bath towel per person is ridiculous, we had to wash towels everyday. No wash clothes and no kitchen linens. *Cleaning person was at the house until 5:30 on check in day. Didnt make us happy.

Very spacious and perfect for business trip or family vacation

The house was great and very spacious. There was a lack of kitchen utensils, toilet paper, paper towels. The development could use more trees and landscaping in the backyards, specifically palms or something with a Florida vibe. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this house to friends and stay here again ourselves.

Overall we enjoyed the property, we had a big group, so the big house was good. There were a few issues with check in and the heated pool but contacting the property manager was relatively easy. One small issue with the accuracy of the listing, it said one of the bedrooms upstairs was 2 twin beds and we even confirmed it with them but it ended up being a king bed, the photos on the site were correct. We enjoyed the area and the private pool and lots of living space.

We suggest that you change the mattresses because they have dents and you are unable to sleep comfortably.

It was a gorgeous home

My family rented this home for our recent vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 children). We had plenty of room. Our only regret was not paying to have the pool heated (we didn’t read the fine print showing the extra fee) . So the pool and hot tub were not usable as the water was freezing. There was also a lock on the grill which we were unaware there would be an extra cost for. Overall, we had a great stay though. The place was clean and spacious and was close to Universal and Disney which is where we went for 3 of our days. I liked that the community is gated as well.

Beautiful and clean home, has plenty of room and awesome amenities such as the game room. The only concerns my group and I have were that one of the toilets were not working when we arrived but it was resolved very quickly. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.

We felt right at home at this VRBO. It was spacious and very clean! the pool was amazing and it is a short walk to the resort! We will be staying her again for sure!!

We had a great experience here. The house was clean and very spacious. My son loved the game room and pool. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Beautiful house and great location. Needs a good deep clean floors, baseboards, carpets, walls and pool area. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean countertops and tables and clean high traffic areas we touched daily. We could tell those areas were not cleaned at check in. The Pool area had two broken chairs we had to email to have the pool cleaned. The last two nights neighbors had very loud music playing and partying well past midnight. I was told my complaint was forwarded to the HOA. We enjoyed ourselves and where happy with the location close to the parks, airport and shopping centers.

The house was nice could have been cleaner it need some miner repairs but we had fun

Our Stay at this property was very nice. We have some issues but the property management quickly remedied the issues. The only thing they couldn't remedy was the ping pong table. They had to order a new one and it didn't arrive during our stay. When we arrived the ping pong table was obviously broken and the pool table had issues also. Some of the balls were severely chipped and had to be replaced, and the pool sticks didn't have tips on them. Well....we notified the property management company of this so I am sure who ever stay here next will have everything already taken care of. Take care and enjoy the pool!!
