The location was good with it being across the river. The owner was polite. The suite was clean.

Host was excellent and proactive in communication and follow up. Space is older, but well kept. In a great location. Was tight for 5 adults.

What gem is Janeys Jen. It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and well stocked with everything. The property is in a quiet location, but is convenient to the shops and restaurants. We arrived late in afternoon and Jane had left us a welcoming gift which was nice and appreciated. It was very hot the few days we were there but able to cool off in the nearby river, which was so nice All in all it has been one of the best properties we have stayed and will be recommending it to family and friends who maybe holidaying in the area

Jane’s place was really clean with thoughtful snacks waiting upon our arrival (really nice with kids in tow!). The location is incredible with a beautiful pathway and park just down the block. The only downfall to this property was the noise- although The family upstairs were super respectful, it’s an older build so even the dog & people walking around are very loud, especially at night.

Well appointed kitchen with nice snacks on arrival. Very clean and well organized. Nice to have two bedrooms and a roll out bed for our son. Jane was great and very friendly.

This property is not luxurious but functional. Overall maintenance on the property could improve but the unit had all that was necessary.

We found the kitchenette well equipped. The Hostess had left us a complimentary continental breakfast which was a nice surprise and enjoyed by all. We were a group of 4 and found there was only seating for 3 in the living room area.

We appreciated staying here while we visited friends in the area. Jane clearly cares about the comfort of her guests and provided homey comforts like coffee, tea, and light breakfast items. The location was great and our dog was welcome which made us feel welcome too! Our only regret was that we didn't get to meet our considerate host.

Property was clean, however the hosts were noisy, could hear them preparing for bed, loud discussions a number of times, well it was nice and clean the noise level was too high and it really wasn’t set up to prepare other than a light meal

We loved the artwork on the walls and it was a really nice cozy place. Everything we needed was already there for us and the kids loved the juice boxes and apples that the host left for them. We all appreciated the muffins and yogurt, making for easy breakfast. Temperatures dropped to around freezing outside while we were there and the unit was pretty cold despite the 4 heaters being turned up all the way. Luckily, there was plenty of blankets but I wish we would've brought slippers as the floor was freezing the whole time. House coats or warm sweaters would be a necessity as well if your visiting in cold temperatures. We didn't realize how cold this weekend was supposed to be so did not dress accordingly. We enjoyed the books and Netflix available to us but the listing did mentions kids toys, though we didn't find any. Overall a nice stay and we would consider returning as the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. It's close to a park (1 minute drive) but seems to be a little ways away from the main shopping locations in town (10 minutes).

Cozy basement suit. It's so close to the river, that you can hear it. Great place to have a dog too as their are lots of trails close by. The owner was very accommodating. We enjoyed the little extras - breakfast snacks, orange juice, and milk for the supplied coffee. Our dog appreciated the dog treats too:)

Lovely property, warm host, perfect setting. Ktichen a bit sparse. Can't boil an egg but good for picnics. Otherwise comfortable and cosy.

The place was excellent & well supplied & cozy. Very clean & tidy as well. Our family of 4 were all comfortable staying there as well as our 2 dogs. The location was great as well with a lovely river path to walk the dogs. Highly recommend this spot!

We are just home from a one week stay at Jane’s gem. It’s a well-appointed, clean suite in a perfect location for exploring! Our boys especially loved being so close to Puntledge park. Jane is very nice and responsive! :)

We had a great time staying. When we arrived we were worried, it would be a little small with 2 adults and three kids, but it worked out really well, because everything is there and everything is in the right spot, making the most out of the available space. Thanks for a great week.

Myself, my husband and our 3 dogs had a great time staying at Jane's jem. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. There's a fab dog walk 30 seconds away and tons to do in the surrounding area.

Felt as safe as I could in this time from COVID-19. The accommodation were quite small as expected yet Janey had managed to have everything needed and then more to make my stay comfortable. The walks that were available from the door were amazing. Janey keep the leash I have more.
