Great time. Very nice manager

I planned a 70th Birthday surprise for my husband and family. This home fit all our needs and more. We enjoyed the very short walk to Wrigley. The house layout was perfect for all of us and the well equipped kitchen was perfect to cut down on meal and drinking costs. Just one warning, be careful parking in front of house on street cleaning days. Learned the hard way, but all good, we laughed about it. Neighborhood vibe is great.

The location was amazing! Can’t beat it. Neighbors were friendly. Best place to be to catch a game or two. Public transportation and everything you needed was walking distance. Lots of room for the family to spread out. The stairs gave the older folks a little trouble but we all had a blast.

If you are looking for a perfect place for your family to enjoy Wrigley Field and the town or Chicago this is the place! The unit was clean and beautiful. Comfortable beds too!

This house was phenomenal! Tons of space, clean, great neighborhood. Our family had an amazing time and really enjoyed waking around the neighborhood and enjoying the sights. We would absolutely stay there again if we are in Chicago.

Right at Wrigley field, this gem is well equipped to house the crew in comfort. Beautiful space to gather and walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

This is a great property whether you are looking for a trip to see the Cubs play or looking to enjoy the neighborhood/city. Easy access to restaurants and bars. Brian is a prompt communicator and answered all of our questions before and during the stay. Highly recommend!

The home was even better in person than the pictures could ever show. Working with Brian was so easy & he was extremely friendly. There were small shampoos, conditioners, body wash & a whole cup of new tooth brushes. He really made us feel at home. There were 9 of us & it was plenty of space & comfort. The home is very close to Wrigley field, restaurants, night life & so much more.

Great place. The owner provided coffee and larger water cooler for filter water drinking. Comfy beds and pull out couch. Walk to everything or grab the “L train” to downtown. Safe & fun… we were a group of 8, 50 plus woman and the space was plentiful!

Couldn’t ask for better location and property to hang out in. Had a great time here.

We booked this beautiful townhome when we traveled to Chicago for a wedding. With a large group of people coming from all over the East Coast, it was the perfect place to reunite! The pictures are very accurate. The place has been recently renovated with high end finishes. There is plenty of space to reunite with a big group. You are literally steps from the right field entrance to Wrigley field and the train station. Being the person that arranged the accommodations, I was very nervous it wouldn't be a good place. I can't tell you how many times I was applauded for choosing such a great place. I'd book this town home again in an instant.

Brian’s place is amazing. Clean, very nice, an incredible steam shower, and steps from Wrigley. Bedrooms are downstairs so you can’t really hear any street noise or the train. To top it off, he provides Charmin TP, which my guests really appreciated. That’s top notch service.

Best VRBO I have stayed in. Updated everything and great layout. Great location and close to public transportation. Truley a place that felt like home. I have stayed in some places that didn’t have all the basic necessities like pots and pans toilet paper extra towels but this place had literally everything. Highly recommend

Only downside was the train runs through backyard and is loud, but that’s part of the experience

Great neighborhood!

Next to wrigley field which is great if you’re a people watcher and it was fun to watch the action. Great Party house with a front porch. Beautifully appointed. Well furnished.

Brian's home has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and exceedingly convenient to Wrigley Field. A cool Starbucks is just down the street. It was perfect for our attendance at a Jimmy Buffett concert at Wrigley Field and it was fun watching the crowd coming from the stadium from the front deck/porch. The L stop (the commuter train into downtown Chicago) was close and can even get you to Midway Airport, with one train change. Brian was quickly responsive to inquiries.

Everything about this place is perfect!! The location to Wrigley Field (we could hear the crowd singing "Go Cubs Go" from the front porch, to everything inside. All very nice, and I will defiantly be staying here the next time I head up to Chicago. Can't say enough about this place!
