Just wrapped up our stay at this condo. It was wonderful. Everything that was shared on the site was accurate. The rooms were large. Primary bath was great and the location provided easy accessibility to everything in our list. We rented a car only because I planned multiple trips outside of the city, but you really don’t need one. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Appropriately for NOLA, it reminded me of Paris apartments I've stayed at - nondescript streetscape and exterior, but wonderful inside.

This property is amazing! It is located near many dining and drinking establishments in walking distance. There is a Rouses kiddie corner which allows you to purchase all you food and beverages for the unit. For the sports fan it was perfect to walk to The Superdome or Pelican’s arena. Overall this place was perfect for our time spent in Nola!! We highly recommend this property.

We went to New Orleans on Thursday as part of a trip to the Auburn-LSU game on Saturday. The Superdome Penthouse was well located for walking or taking the streetcar to the French Quarter and restaurants and everything we planned on doing. It was clean and tastefully decorated and allowed us to spend time together as a family that we would not been able to enjoy nearly as much had we stayed in a hotel. Everything about our weekend was perfect and all of our future trips will be compared to the standard set this weekend. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to comfortably enjoy their stay in New Orleans.

Stayed here with two families and our toddler and the condo is centrally located, spacious, and up to date. There is a grocery store right across the street and you can walk nearly anywhere in NOLA from here. Host is very communicative. Recommended for any group!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The place is immaculate and very spacious. The location is excellent and incredibly convenient for walking to things. We walked to the Superdome, WWII museum, dinner at Cochon, and Harrah’s pretty easily. It is technically walkable to Bourbon Street, although we Ubered when we went. The host was incredible responsive and accommodated our early checkin request. Each room has its own TV and the master bathroom is enormous. The TVs also made it very easy to view different apps, which can sometimes be a challenge in rental properties. We loved it here and would highly recommend anyone who is considering this place to book it! It really added to our overall experience in NOLA.

The property was beautiful, well-stocked, and spacious with a location away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. Any concerns with the property were addressed timely by Caroline. Having a grocery store and CVS close by proved invaluable as we didn't rent a car while in NOLA. The only downside in the neighborhood was the amount of homeless people sleeping (and urinating) in the doors and on the streets in the immediate vicinity. Would highly recommend !

Wonderful spacious clean bright property. Wonderful comfortable beds in all rooms. Grocery store and CVS across the street was so convenient. Host is incredibly responsive caring and helpful. Loved our stay!

The penthouse was absolutely beautiful with a great view. Everything was really clean and nicely maintained. Would absolutely stay there again.

Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The patio was very nice and the neighborhood that this penthouse is located one is top-notch. There’s a great grocery store across the street and a CVS around the corner.

Our family of six was very comfortable staying here. Any concerns we had were addressed. Great location for walking anywhere and quiet at night. Comfortable beds in the rooms, spacious rooms as well. We loved our vacation and would come back any time.

The place was very nice to stay in, was super clean and very secure. We really felt comfortable and enjoyed our time in the condo. The condo was kid friendly and had a packnplay and high chair which really helped us out. The neighborhood itself wasn’t the best. Several times during the stay while waking on the sidewalk during day light hours we saw homeless excreting right out in public. There’s a large number of homeless in the area. Also, their is no parking for this place and you have to pay a minimum additional charge of $30 a day for public parking. If it’s busy in the area it’s $60. All and all a great place to stay!

Perfect location to everything in New Orleans - tons of restaurants and bars in the area - grocery store literally across the block. The balcony was phenomenal and the kitchen set up was awesome. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - perfect for our family get together!

This lovely condo was a perfect spot for a family gathering in New Orleans. The hosts were very responsive and the condo is well appointed and equipped. The central location is very convenient to many attractions and having a grocery store across the street is a definite plus

The property was well appointed, comfortable, very clean and quiet. I was able to walk to convention center and bourbon street. It worked out very well for the trade show.

First class accommodations with security in downtown NOLA. We will be back and we use this property as a benchmark for the future. If we needed anything we went to Rouses or CVS

This is a very pleasant penthouse, nicely decorated, and equipped with all necessities. The location is excellent: great grocery right across the street, short walk to streetcar, restaurants nearby.

My family and I rented another Vrbo location in Puerto Rico in July 2022. The house was nothing like the pictures listed. We had to find new accommodations which threw off our entire vacation, so much time was wasted. I was so relieved when we walked into the property and it looked like the pictures. The property is decorated very nicely and clean. The location is excellent within walking distance of a grocery store and CVS. The only issue was the water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen sink was very low. As someone mentioned earlier the couch sits very low on the floor. The kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs. With that being said I would definitely rent this place again and refer to anyone. My friends and I felt right at home. The owner was very accommodating to allow us to check in early. Thank you Caroline for being such a great host. You made our first girls' trip to NOLA a success.
