The home was clean and comfortable. It had everything my sister and I needed for an enjoyable week. Pool was wonderful, close to restaurants and beaches. Richard was great to work with and answered all my questions. Rotunda West is a great community. Looking forward to spending more time in Florida in 2025.

This was our second time staying in Rotonda West. It is a very peaceful area that is great as a base camp for beaches and other adventures. We wanted a clean house where we could set up our family and be able to cook meals, play games, have space, etc. This house met our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a washer/dryer for cleaning our clothes - which helps us not have to pack as much. The pool was a bit chilly, but that was nice for cooling down on hot days. We loved having enough beds for all of the kids and we felt secure with the pool alarm on the doors. We had one question about the pool and the property manager came over within minutes to address our concern. There were also chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which we used quite a bit and which were very handy. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area. The one thing that wasn't ideal is that the garage is very short so it wasn't possible to park our rental car (mini-van) in, which wasn't too big a deal since we just left it in the driveway.

My family enjoyed our stay at this lovely Rotonda West home. The floor plan is inviting for families - a large, comfortable gathering space that opens directly to the shaded patio and pool/spa, plenty of bureau/cabinet/closet space accommodating longer-term stays, abundant linens and kitchen supplies, extra large washing machine/dryer, and family extras such as bikes, pool/beach toys, etc. The beds are very comfortable and there is a ‘den’ off the main living area where the kids can watch their own movies while the adults enjoy a few moments of peace. Very clean, very easy vacation. Thank you!

This house is beautiful, clean and it was a pleasure to stay for a month. The owners and managers were very helpful and very kind. My only regret is that I couldn't reserve for next year.

From the minute we opened the front door, we knew we were home (away from home). This West Rotondo home lacks for nothing. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean, The sunset views,- the nature sounds,- the pool and spa, -the safe neighborhood,- all contributed to an amazing stay! The bed was extremely comfortable and the appliances and tv all easily operated. We have stayed other places where you need an engineering degree to operate the home. We cooked a lot while there and the kitchen is well stocked with the tools you need to prepare any meal. We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers that were supplied for the beach. The owners, Richard and Alex, were incredible to deal with. So pleasant and easily contacted. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Florida stay and WE definitely hope to stay again.

Family of five stayed for a week at this property. Overall the house was pretty clean, the only issue we ran into was the pool. It was a little green with algae our first night, it got worse the 2nd day. I contacted the pool guy as instructed in the welcome packet. When I didn't get a reply I contacted the property manager, still no reply, so I emailed the owner. They were able to contact the property manager and pool guy. The pool was cleaned and clear within a couple days. Other than not being able to use the pool for a day, our stay was pleasant. They do recommend the pool area not be used after 10pm, due to the neighbors complaining of noise, so if you plan on using the pool late at night, look for another property to rent. We also saw some crocodiles in the pond area behind the house, the house does have alarms on the doors if you have children for safety. Overall the house was very comfortable, I would recommend.
