It was a blast, we got to relax & enjoy the beach. No worries.

This was a lovely corner unit, nicely decorated, with floor to ceiling windows and great views all around. We have an adult son in a wheelchair, and the layout was open with plenty of room for his chair. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for cooking, which made it easy to cook when we preferred staying in. We would highly recommend this unit, and would definitely stay again if we come back to Pensacola Beach!

What a beautiful setting with floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf! With a family of 7, it was very spacious and accommodating. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time together. Thank you!

Our only issue was getting the proper codes for gate and condo access upfront. We had to make a few calls to get what we needed. It all worked out in the end.

Third year renting this unit and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely look to stay in this unit first in future trips.

We absolutely loved this condo! The decor is beachy and relaxing. It was close to the beach, the pool is amazing, has a gas station next door, peg leg Pete’s is walking distance and delicious, & property managers were nice and easy to contact if we needed anything. Very happy with the property.

Overall, this unit is gorgeous. We had several issues with the AC, but property management was prompt to address it each time.

Lovely place, clean, great location, beautiful views. However, the security can be a pain. The pin codes for the entry gate and the pedestrian access were incorrect and had the wrong codes published in the hospitality app, off by 3 months or so. When we arrived past midnight we could not get past the car entry gate despite calling ahead saying we would be a late arrival. the mgmt team had only provided me the room access code, oops…. The team should have provided the complete and correct info prior to our arrival. I was able to reach mgmt team after twenty minutes of fumbling with the gate password. Another thing i did not appreciate was the parking warning signs as we entered the elevators. If you do not have the parking pass hanging on your rear view mirror, your car would be towed. It was already 1230am and now I have to stress out over my car getting towed???However, mgmt team was able to assure me not to worry and also delivered the missing passes after I called the next day. Despite these issues, we were able to enjoy the stay. With all the security controls it makes you wonder is the area safe; we felt safe the whole time. Maybe a little over engineered and not very welcoming. Despite these nagging things, we would stay there again.

Pros: * The condo was a corner unit on the 6th floor with incredible views of the gulf and the sound/bays *spacious enough for 7 women *great pool (not heated) *use of carts to get everything upstairs *gated property (this was the only entry code correctly provided by the rental company). Cons (mostly related to the property management company) *door entry codes not sent in email *door entry code provided in hospitality app incorrect *door entry code provided by property management company (by phone) incorrect *pedestrian gate code in hospitality app incorrect *pedestrian gate code provided by phone incorrect (got the correct code from another renter at the pool) *no hand soap/shampoo/paper towels/dishwasher pods/trash bags/etc (plan to bring your own or purchase) *1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom I live on pensacola beach and I have had properties at the beach on VRBO so I’m familiar with starter packs but this condo didn’t even provide minimal starter items. I ran home and got the items we needed, but if you are traveling in stop at the publix or wal mart market in Gulf Breeze proper on the way.

The view was awesome and we could walk across to the beach! There was someone parked in our spot when we arrived but we preferred to park in the outside lot anyways. The management fixed everything with the parking. I definitely recommend this place.

This property was perfect for our family. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Kids room had bunk beds which they loved and they had their own bathroom with a shower/tub in it so bath time was a breeze. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and view was beautiful. It had a wrap around balcony to take in scenery. And it was right across the street from the beach. We easily made the 1 min walk with the whole family across the street with kids and beach gear in tow with no problem.
