Chantal est très arrangeante, facilement joignable et disponible. Le logement est idéalement situé dans la baie de Cook, proche des commodités et du port.

Le manque considérable d’hygiène dans les parties communes.

whole complex is so badly deteriorated and dirty.

Very spacious, great location with an amazing view. We’re able to use host’s facilities like her kitchen, pool, fridge, and patio. Bed was comfortable and shower had nice water pressure

She has a lot of animals so if you are allergic or don’t like animals don’t book then. Not a minus on the review since it wasn’t in the description but there was no air conditioning.

Hostess was great! Responsive and helpful with details. Location was quiet and centrally and conveniently located. There's a small, delicious restaurant at the bottom of the driveway and several others within a five minute walking distance. Views from the room and balcony were breathtaking!

If you're allergic to animals, there are several cats and dogs on the property (but they're kept downstairs/outside away from the upstairs rooms).

I would like thank Chantal for the opportunity of having my family stay in her charming home. We were able to rent all three of her rooms for 4 nights. Each room was comfortable and clean with a view of Cook’s Bay or the mountains. If you are renting one of the three rooms and sharing the bathroom it is also clean and convenient. The toilet is separate from the shower, tub and double vanity sink which is a large room. Even though Chantal lives there with her cute dogs we felt solitude in our rooms as if it was our own home. It was also so nice to talk to Chantal about Moorea and she was helpful in planning some of my excursions. If you are a traveler looking for real value in French Polynesia with a million dollar view, you can not beat the price and hospitality of Villa Viana.
