Beautiful, spacious and comfortable villa. Had everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Only downside, there was no key to the gate which provides a more direct access to shops and bars. Ok for us, just a 12 minute walk round the road but would be beneficial if we were to take our elderly parents. The villa, pool and gardens couldn’t be faulted. We would definitely return. Excellent Villa, very private with everything required for a relaxing sun holiday. Only slight downside was no internet connection which can be problematic for teenagers and for those who have to connect with work!

Beim Betreten des Grundstückes erhält man einen ersten Eindruck von der Großzügigkeit des Anwesens. Ein Gefühl von Weite und Privatsphäre stellt sich ein. Alle Details dieser Anlage auf einmal zu erfassen, ist schlichtweg unmöglich. Die Villa beeindruckt durch ihre hochwertige Ausstattung und auch durch ihre Architektur, die sich in den neuen, gelungenen Anbauten (Wintergarten. ect. ) wiederspiegelt. Viele Ausstattungsdetails des Hauses vermitteln eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Hier spürt man die persönliche Note der Gastgeberin Es fehlt an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Pool; der jederzeit mit angenehmen Badetemperaturen aufwarten konnte. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses sowie der Anlage war tadellos, was sicherlich der sehr kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Verwalterin „ Frau Tina „ zu verdanken ist. Fazit : Wir waren positiv überrascht. Alles was bisher zu diesem Haus geschrieben wurde, können wir nur bestätigen und würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wir waren vor 4 Jahren schon ein mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa und haben immer gesagt, dass wir gerne noch mal wiederkommen wollen. Nun haben wir es endlich wieder geschafft und unsere Erwartungen wurden mal wieder übertroffen. Die neue Küche und die zusätzlichen Wintergärten werten die Villa weiter auf. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mal wieder sehr genossen und sind schon jetzt gespannt, was sich beim nächsten Mal wieder verändern wird.

The villa was just as advertised and had the best outdoor space we’ve experienced so far from our multiple trips to Playa Blanca! We’ll definitely be back!

Schon bei der Buchung waren wir von dem Objekt begeistert. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden bei der Anreise noch übertroffen. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Für uns die dem Alltag entfliehen wollten um einfach Ruhe zu haben ist diese Villa nur zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu den Inhabern war jederzeit komplikationslos auch die Hausmanagerin Tina ist ein Goldstück. Wir sind froh sie kennenlernen zu dürfen. Über die Villa gibt es nicht mehr zu sagen als das, was unsere Vorredner schon gesagt haben: TOP und nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke für 2 wunderschöne Wochen der "Ruhe"

This really is a superb villa to stay in. The owners have thought of everything and it’s finished to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything you can think of, everything’s also well labelled, making life easier. There is plenty of seating outside and the grassed area was a real bonus although our favourite was the hammock, great for an afternoon nap. The location was perfect for us, a small row of shops not too far for essentials, and it probably took us about an hour to stroll into playa Blanca along the beach footpath. Any problems and Tina responded usually within an hour or so. Overall we had a relaxing week and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa.

Fabulous property, immaculate and really well equipped. We have been to Playa Blanca on 20 occasions, staying in a different villa each time and this property was by far the best. Lovely spacious outside area with lots of very comfortable sun beds. Loved the Terrace off the master bedroom which catches the last of the sun. Inside was very comfortably furnished and there was a lovely garden room at the back. Kitchen had absolutely everything you needed and very well organised. Spotlessly clean will definitely be back. 😊😊😊😊🥇

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful villa for one week in October. The property is stunning and the standard of the decor is first class and it was spotlessly clean in every aspect. The villa is situated in a luxurious development and has huge outside areas with many places to relax in the sun or shade. The booking was easy and Margit, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Also Tina, the property manager was lovely, she met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and responded very quickly and efficiently to a minor problem that we experienced early in the week. We definitely want to return to this villa and are looking for dates for next year.

Merveilleux séjour

Hervorragend!!! Erklärung im Vorfeld war hervorragend. Empfang von Tina vor Ort war super, man war direkt zu Hause. Die Beschreibung des Hauses im Internet ist 1:1gleich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Tina war super gut-jederzeit erreichbar!!!! Wir waren mit unseren 3 Enkeln und unserer Tochter 17 Tage dort. Wir wollten alle gar nicht mehr zurück. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!

Das tolle Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort und ist mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen!

We was a family of 2 adults 3 young children this villa is ideal as is very private and safe the pool and garden areas were perfect and is also in a lovely secure area which is gated as well. Very close to everything i.e. Shops bars restaurants short drive to beach and centre of playa Blanca. Would def recommend and hopefully will be re booking soon.

What a beautiful villa and great Location. Tina the person to contact could not have more helpful. Any problems and she responded right away. The villa is within walking distance of several great restaurants and Bars. Went to a different everything night. Outside area was great for sunning or reading, neighborhood was so peaceful. Pool was a bit cool for me but still lovely and cleanedge once a week by pool man. Would return here in a heart beat. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft lässt nichts offen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet allen Komfort. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und bereits fürs nächste Jahr gebucht.

Property was great. Pool was heated and clean. House well stocked with all essentials a little touch was the pool towels. Bbq area was good. Tina the lady that met us there and showed us around was great and helpful. Would highly recommend it and will book it again. Thank you

The villa is exactly as described and as per the phots. The villa was very clean and decorated to a high standard with with lots of tasteful decoration. Pool is of a good size and is heated to a nice 30 degrees. There is exceptional amount of outside space and relaxation and dinning areas. No real down side and I would defiantly consider a return visit.

A wonderful property and real credit to the owners, attention to detail inside and out is outstanding. Villa 'La Caracola' is located in a peaceful gated community, it has been furnished to a very high and tasteful standard, with a very well equipped kitchen. The properties large outside space is one of its best features with a choice of areas to relax in during the day or evening, especially the attractive 'chill out' area. We can highly recommend 'La Caracola' for the discerning holiday maker and are looking forward to returning.
