It was a nice place to stay. The location is perfect! Elizabeth was quick to respond to any txt or calls. Very easy to work with.

The property was clean and in a good location. The unit could be updated and new dishes etc, condiments in the kitchen, beds were comfortable, lights in master bedroom were not good for reading. 5he building could use a gym and include lounge chairs and umbrella in your stay,

Condo was perfect for what we needed. Grocery store and pizzeria within walking distance. Easy Uber to excellent restaurants. Beach was beautiful and Tiki bar was great!

Nice beach and tiki bar and grill. Rom was clean with all the amenities we needed.

It is an older property but well maintained. It is right on the beach and walking distance to grocery, bars and restaurants. The washer broke down and Elizabeth had it replaced before we left. Tiki bar was very convenient for food and drinks.

Overall we enjoyed our time at the property but, as others mentioned, the unit could be updated and windows better cleaned. One of the chairs broke and so did the towel rack in the master bath. One of the guest beds was also broken, and the toilets were low-flow. We did enjoy the in-unit laundry, the restaurants on-site, valet parking, and the gift shop in the lobby. All in all, a good rental that could use some fixes to make it great.

The condo was perfect. Good location away from the hustle/bustle. Tiki bar excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Manor. Elizabeth and Kam were responsive to our calls & requests & were pleasant to deal with. That said, we rated it 3 stars overall for several reasons. While the location on the beach makes up for a lot, there was no secure internet for the unit - only for the whole complex and not secure so doing any work wasn't really an option. Neither was watching netflix or movies on any other wifi accessible platform. And the tv didn't work in our bedroom. The floors weren't clean & while i understand it's harder to keep clean coming in and out from the beach, we expect it to be clean when we first get there & the floors had sand all over them. There was a cup of coffee left in the microwave & a light burned out in both of the bathrooms. A towel bar in the bathroom was rusted and the furniture was just tired. There were only a few random plates & dishes to heat food up in. We were there 5 days so we had to keep washing our dishes. To us, these are basic things we expect in any VRBOs we rent - cleanliness, bulbs working, tvs working, internet, and a sufficient amount of dishes, pots & pans, etc....The location is awesome & the beach is easily accessible & staff friendly. We had a good time, but if the unit had some upgrades and they paid a little more attention to what the guests would need, it would be spectacular.

Would recommend if you want a short get away that doesn’t break the bank. Although the unit is outdated it was clean and the location made up for the outdated unit !! Would come back

The location and amenities were great but the unit could have used some updating. Missed having an open deck/balcony area too.

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the staff here at Ocean manor was awesome! Kam and Elizabeth were also great at responding with helpful info. about the area. The reason I did not give 5 stars is mainly because the place needs some updates/renovations. There were times when we had to wait at least 45 minutes in between flushing the toilet. Even just some new bedding, curtains and pics on the wall would really perk the place up, but that aside I would stay in this building again and we had a great time!

The property was very nice with comfortable beds and an awesome view of the beach. The location was great and was close to everything. I recommend this place for a fun getaway with your friends!

As others have said the location is great; right on the beach, and easy access to groceries; drug stores and other amenities. Close to everything Ft Lauderdale has to offer . The quick feedback from the owners was easy and with property manager Elizabeth was great as she was able to respond to all questions promptly and accurately. The 7th floor condo is large enough to accommodate a family; we were 3 adults. It is in an older hotel/resort which has a interesting history relating to Galt mile you can look up. It has been renovated . The hotel wants you to use the 1 freight elevator for luggage carts which was fine but a bit slow as the regular elevators are a little smaller. You also needed this elevator to the basement. The building for me who needs some disability accommodations takes you to the basement to avoid stairs to access the beach and pool and Tiki bar/restaurant. That means you are walking through hotel and maintenance workers whom often are smoking or working. We ate at the Tiki bar and were not impressed; and at the Italian restaurant once in the hotel which was good.The apartment was clean aside from windows which gives a side ocean view. The kitchen has working older appliances except the fridge water and ice not hooked up . The bathrooms were clean but needs some minor update and a little cramped. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and pans if you want . The internet is an open connection to the hotel network which we found to be spotty as people used and bandwidth was shared which was frustrating. There is no secure connection for the network. You have to use paid parking and we found they were helpful and efficient when we came and went. We rented chairs on the beach which was fine on nice days. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful unit. Very clean and well stocked kitchen.Elizabeth, the property manager was very helpful and sweet.Good Tiki bar and restaurant. The owner is an honest man which is often hard to find. I will definitely return

At our arrival, a person acquainted us with the unit (condo) and the facility. The unit was very clean, spacious and well furnished. Two folded single beds in unit to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. From north side closed balcony have view of city and ocean. There is a nice ambiance at the tikky bar and pool. Nice class of guests.Ocean very nice and well kept. Chairs and umbrella available on private area of beach. Many convenient stores and restaurants in close vicinity. Would rent again!!!

This was in a perfect location with a grocery store and Cvs right across the street. The Tiki bar had excellent food and fabulous service and was kid friendly. we used the beach every morning and the heated pool was relaxing at night. The room was accommodating for 4 adults and 4 kids and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We will return to this rental in the future...Thanks for great memories....
