We had the best week! We’ve been to Palmetto Bluff more times than we can count and this was our favorite house. Can’t wait to stay there again!

We've been coming to Palmetto Bluff for 10 years and wanted to share the experience with some close friends and family. This house was THE PERFECT place to do that. Each couple was able to have their own room. The gathering spaces (including the pool) were delightful. It was situated well around everything we needed to get to both at Palmetto Bluff and in the Lowcountry (Hilton Head, Savannah, etc.) Could not recommend it more highly.

Absolutely amazing! The property manager, Ellen, was great and made planning a girls' weekend getaway easy and stress free. She responded so quickly and was available to help with anything we needed or had questions about. The house is beautifully decorated; well thought out; and has everything you could possible want. Perfect for entertaining. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of mostly everything.

Love the house and the property as a whole. Property manager was great and super helpful. House is immaculate and large and comfortable. We love palmetto bluff and have been 6 times in two years flying from the west coast. Our kids agree that this house is our favorite after staying in it for the second time. So much room to spread out and the house just feels like home. We will Be back soon!

Outstanding! Home had a great floor plan that allowed plenty of space when all were together along with comfortable bedrooms, porches, pool and other living rooms for privacy too!

This is I believe the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. It truly is a home away from home! Pool and pool table make this so unique! Bike riding is always so peaceful. Market is conveniently located, just walk across the street and whip up a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen. Coffee in the Carolina room in the morning. We will definitely be back during construction of our Mooreland Home!

We had an incredible time at this property. It was perfect for our large group. With all the bedrooms and living areas there was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location cannot be beat as it is a close walk to RT's Market and Wilson Village. Ellen and her team made it so easy to make plans. I would highly recommend this property to anyone in the future.

The house was exactly as promised. The surrounding oaks dripping with spanish moss were magical along with the gas street lights. We learned “porching” is a verb there because sitting out with your coffee each morning on the porch is a must. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return to SC. This house was not just a place to stay, but a lifetime ‘Experience.’

This house has it all! Pool was a lifesaver and heated up quickly. We’re just beyond pack n play days, but there are large, dark closets perfect for a crib or pack n play. All rooms had blackout curtains, great beds and bedding and wonderful amenities. The property managers were very helpful. We’d definitely book this place again!

We travelled as 2 families of five. The house met all of our needs with plenty of space to spread out. Ellen went out of her way to help us plan our stay. The house was even better than pictured on the app. All 10 of us look forward to another trip!

We had a reunion/girls weekend away with college girlfriends and it was the PERFECT house for this. Lots of space, great rooms, perfect location - walked to dinner both nights. We loved the house, the location, Palmetto Bluff. Best amenity was the Canoe Club Pool!

We had a girls weekend in Palmetto Bluff and this house was the absolute perfect home that made our visit 10/10. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our visit and during the weekend as well. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this home. What a wonderful week of vacation! The house was beautifully appointed and made a great home base during our stay at Palmetto Bluff. Cooking, movie night, playing pool, splashing in the swimming pool, and use of the prooerty bikes were all a delight. And the property manager was a huge help in arranging activities and dinner out. Just don’t count on Uber to pick you up to take you back to the airport; we had to frantically find private transport at the last minute.

I wish I owned this property!! Of the 10+ years of renting beach homes, this one tops the cake. The house is immaculately decorated, and the flow throughout the house was spacious and comfortable for everyone in our party. The Palmetto Bluff community is very quaint, peaceful and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the resort-like pool, gym, and riding the 4 free bikes through the picturesque neighborhood. Sarah with the management was super helpful with the minor questions that we we had. Thank you and we hope to be back real soon.

This is our fourth visit to “The Bluff” in under a year and coming all the way from Southern California is no easy task but it’s totally worth it! We have stayed in some montage homes and another home in Wilson Village but this one was by far our favorite! With 5 kids and 6 adults we had plenty of space and the home is clean and the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s just fantastic. Ellen was great to work with and super responsive to all of our questions and requests. The home has everything you could ask for all you need is your bathing suit, some bug spray and be ready to relax! Thank you Ellen we will be back soon!

This is the second time we have rented. We really love this house. It's close to the village and the game room and pool are really fun. Rounded out by beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. We wish this was available for our August trip..but when it's available we will be back again.

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend. The house is perfectly situated within Palmetto Bluff and worked out well for our group of 2 adults and 6 teens. We would highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful home! Property management went above and beyond. The billards room and plunge pool were so much fun to have. We will definitely stay here again while we visit our home as it begins construction.

I was celebrating my 30th birthday at PB and wanted a great house that could accommodate a fun celebration with 6 of my best friends. The house/property was beautiful and exactly as described. The management offered us an early check in which was extremely helpful, as several of our guests were arriving on early flights that morning. The reason that my overall review of the experience was "okay" is due to the smell of gas that pervaded the house after we attempted to use any of the 3 fireplaces. The evenings at the Bluff can get pretty chilly in early March, so we turned on one of the fireplaces to get us warmed up. The whole house immediately started to smell of gas, and then that fireplace stopped working. We tried to use another one of the fireplaces in a smaller room, and the smell of gas was so strong that we started to feel nauseas and could no longer sit in that room. The property management was very responsive and came over to investigate the issue the next morning. They relit the pilot light for one of the fireplaces and indicated that the gas small can happen on occasion. When we tried to use the fireplace again, the fire went out after only a few minutes, and the gas smell continued to be very pervasive throughout the house. We ended up not using any of the fireplaces after that experience and the gas smell continued to pervade, which was extremely disappointing. Cozying up with friends around a fireplace when it's chilly out is one of my favorite activities, and the gas smell pervaded the house for the remainder of our stay.

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. Excellent location within Palmetto Bluff. Our whole family loved our visit.
