Clean, good beds, Sergio was amazing and very helpful!!! Pool refreshing and beach within steps. Definitely recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay. The property location was great. Easy walk to beach, town, taxi stand and really anything you should need. House manager and owner were both responsive and helpful. We would rent again.

From start to finish they staff was excellent, my husband had an accident off the property and Serigo aided us and getting everything he needed. The housekeeper was excellent. The house itself was just as pictured and close to everything. One of our guested rented a car, but you could walk, there is a Taxie stand in walking distance to the property

Great location, very close to restaurants and shops. Sergio, the property manager was extremely helpful. I would recommend a dinner or two utilizing Sergio’s Mom.

We had the best vacation here with our family. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect for 5th ave shopping, the ferry, and the beach. Just a few minute walk to each. The home is in a guarded neighborhood and we enjoyed the pool and cooking a few meals at the house. Sergio was so helpful and arranged transportation for us and answered lots of questions. The house was so clean which we appreciated. Towels were provided but there was no soap or shampoos for the bathrooms so just come prepared with enough for your stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies and 2 bikes to ride. The rooftop decks were beautiful to sit at night. AC in all the bedrooms. There was lots of seaweed on the beach when we were there but we still enjoyed walking the beach and the neighborhood. We could not have picked a better home for our stay. You will not be disappointed staying here.

The property is roomy with enough bathrooms and bedrooms. The configuration of the house is a little odd, with the Kitchen on the 2nd floor.

The way the owner and the manager handle our stay was amazing. Place is wonderful and very clean.

Loved the house. Felt completely comfortable and enjoyed thoroughly. Very close to everything. Only odd thing is that the pool is in the front yard so swimming in it is not private.

This property was perfect for our spring break trip! We had 11 people fit comfortably in this house, it was super clean, and its location made the trip 10x better! Also the property manager was very kind and responded to my messages very quickly and gave helpful information/recommendations for excursions and places to visit! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

We had a such a great time at Casa Sueño Dorado! Tony's home is beautiful, a perfect spot for our family to enjoy our beach vacation. We loved the pool, the beach and the lively pedmall. Sergio, the property manager, couldn't have been more helpful and available to answer any questions or to set up excursions and transportation. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Casa Sueno Dorado! The location is a dream- a five minute walk to the beach in one direction and a five minute walk to shops, and restaurants in another. The home is amazing. Everyone had their own private space and several locations where family could gather together to visit. The rooms were cleaned every other day which we appreciated after our sandy days at the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful balconies and mature trees that provided privacy and made you feel as if you were in a tree house. Sergio, the property manager was thorough and extremely helpful. He arranged a driver for us, as well as covid testing prior to our departure. He even offered to have his mother to cook a meal for us. Both he and Tony, the property owner, were incredibly prompt in answering our questions and helping us prepare for an amazing week with our family. Thank you Tony and Sergio for a magical week!

We had an amazing stay at the home. Tony, the owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Sergio, the house manager, helped organize our many excursions, and was so attentive to any of our needs. The home is located inside of a gated property, quick walk to the shops, beach and ferry. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommended!

This house was absolutely beautiful and worked out great. It was in walking distance of the mall, shops and beach. The pool was a bit small but our kids enjoyed it!!

Excellent cleaning service and response by the manager. This would have been an overall 5 star rating except that there were a number of malfunctioning plumbing, lighting and, air-conditioner problems that had to be addressed by the manager and shower tiles in the master bathroom that were dislodged. These were promptly repaired. It was our understanding that this villa had not been in use during much of the previous year due to the COVID shutdown and therefore these maintenance problems were not recognized prior to our stay--which is understandable!

Our family loved out stay at Casa Sueno Dorado. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Plenty of rooms and space for all ages of our kids, excellent location to the beach, shopping and nearby restaurants. We loved having the bikes for trips around the area and to shop at Walmart as well. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked for fixing breakfast, snacks or lunches before adventures or while swimming in the pool. Tony was the perfect host and owner and Sergio was the best house manager. He arranged for transportation, answered all our questions and took care of all of our needs before and during our stay. We arranged for his mother to cater a celebration meal for us which was outstanding! If you are planning a trip to Playa del Carmen with family or friends we highly recommend staying at Casa Sueno Dorado! Marcia D.

Had a great stay at Casa Sueno Dorado. Our group was 6 adults and a toddler. Lots of space for us all. Owner Tony and property manager Sergio were very communicative and helpful, answering any questions in a timely manner before we arrived. The house is in a great location, just inside the Playacar Fase 1 gates. A 5 minute walk to the start of 5th Avenue with its shops and restaurants, an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with full size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms had a queen bed and 2 full beds. These shared a bathroom. Lovely sitting area on this level wit huge picture window. Access to a storage area with coolers, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and the washer and dryer. Lots of beach towels too. The second floor has the kitchen with another sitting area, large dining table and terrace with an outside dining table and charcoal BBQ. Also another small balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking the pool. This level has a bedroom with Queen bed and semi en-suite bathroom. As mentioned in prior reviews, no dishwasher in kitchen, but we didn’t find that a problem. We did not do an awful lot of cooking, preferring to go out and explore the town. We did have Sergio’s mother cook for us one night, and it was amazing. Really delicious and plenty of it. The 3rd level has the master bedroom with king bed and an amazing en-suite bathroom. There is also another terrace with a table and chairs and some concrete bench seating with cushions. Perfect evening hang out spot. From here you can go further up some stairs to a rooftop terrace with 2 loungers. Great for sunbathing. The pool was great too, lots of sun loungers and chairs. The whole house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Sergio helped us arrange a fishing trip and an ATV with Cenote swim. Also answered any questions we had quickly. Cleaning lady comes 3 times during the week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Playa Del Carmen is a fun town with lots of great restaurants and shops and nice sandy beach. Be warned though you will be “sold to” everywhere you go, but that’s pretty typical of Mexico I think. But once you say no, they don’t pester and some of the sell lines were pretty amusing. Would also suggest bug spray. You can use US dollars and the plug sockets are same as USA. All in all we loved our stay. A great family holiday. Thank you Tony, Sergio and team. You have a wonderful place there in PDC. Hope to be back one day.

Unique floor plan, spacious, 2 blocks to beach access and a convenient walk to 5th Avenue. It is located just inside the entrance to the gated community so there was more traffic than expected. Sergio, the manager, was very responsive to our needs and helpful with restaurant suggestions and organizing private tours. Very well appointed and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.

What a fantastic house. The location is perfect... Literally steps from the beach (with life guard) And also the Main Street and town. Gated area so safety was never an issue. The house itself is gorgeous with both design and furnishings Beautiful art work thru out which made it feel less a rental. Three floors gave everyone privacy The master suite on the top level felt like a five star hotel with glitz and bling in the bath which was spectacular Our family of 11 (6 adults. 5 kids ages 8-14) fit easily. All kept saying what a perfect place Sergio was attentive and arranged a fishing trip and his mother cooked a traditional meal that we all enjoyed - and she was lovely. As others mentioned the only complaint was no dishwasher. Lots of glasses with 11 people! And a big plus is the owner. Tony went out of his way to accommodate us. One family mistakenly came a day early and he allowed them to stay. All said we loved this place and can not recommend it highly enough. PERFECTION.

Perfect location, in a gated community but right off 5th. Sergio was great, I suggest having him stock you up with groceries and drinks and having his mom cook for you the first night. There was so much food we ate it got two more days. Great time overall, we will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at casa sueno Dorado. The house was beautiful and the location could not have been better, just 2 minutes walk from 5th avenue, although you wouldn't know it as you're surrounded by what can only be described as jungle, along with all the nature that comes with it, from iguanas to spider monkeys, which were great to watch through the 20 foot main window. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need, including bicycles and beach chairs etc. And is well decorated with bespoke furniture. No IKEA future here! The management company were great and kept us well stocked with bottled water and house cleaning. The rooftop terrace was beautiful at night and a great place to sit and watch the stars. If there were any negatives, I would have wished for a dishwasher, and maybe a bathtub, but neither of these can detract from a 5 star vacation. Thanks to Tony and Lucie for a wonderful time.

Traveled to Playa with two families - kids, grand parents, friends. Couldn't have wished for a better place. Definitely recommend!

The house was great as was the house manager and owner. Both addressed any challenges we had right away and even helped us plan our last minute excursion desires. Best of all the house mangers (Sergio) mother is a fabulous cook and made some amazing Mexican food while we were out. What a treat to return home to! Thanks to Tony (owner) for all his communication before during and after our rental, it made it all so easy. Everyone was fabulous and we had a very good time.

We came to Playa del Carmen to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday for a week and we couldn't have found a better place! The home is beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious for all of us, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen was also incredibly helpful since we made some meals during our stay. The location is phenomenal, just steps away from 5th Ave and the ferry to Cozumel. Tony was very responsive and helpful during the booking process and checked in on us before and during our arrival. Similarly, Sergio the property manager was also so welcoming and regularly checked in on us and made sure that we had everything we needed at the house. Also, Maria and the cleaning staff came by every other day and we are so grateful for their hard work. And finally, we had Sergio's mom prepare a home cooked meal for one of our dinners and it was honestly one of the best meals we had in PDC. I would highly recommend this home and would love to come back again! (and don't forget to tip the staff!)
