We had such a great time! Mary, the owner, is the absolute sweetest Host ever!! She was so kind and accommodating from the moment we booked until the time we departed. We were four couples and the house was perfect. We took advantage of every room, including the amazing theater room, the hot tub, the deck and the huge dining room table! It’s in a beautiful area to walk to the water. The beds were super comfortable too! The house has something for everyone and we’re all looking forward to staying again in the future. Thanks Mary for making the weekend special 😊

Great location and very comfy beds. The rec room was awesome! The outdoor grills were also a huge bonus. The kitchen cabinets were messy and not well stocked. A pantry would be awesome to have as there isn't much counter space and there is no where to store food. There were also some mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, laundry room, and pull out couch. The hottub was nice and warm but cloudy and needed a good cleaning and about another 6 inches to 1 foot of water in it. All in all, a good spot for a large family or group of friends.

We enjoyed our stay at TooMuchFun. It was my wife, myself, and our 3 kids along with our friends (husband/wife) also with 3 kids. We loved the view from the main floor. There were more than enough beds/bedrooms. The theatre room was a hit with everyone. Our only critique was how finicky it was to get the projector to work with 4 different remotes (even with instructions). But that was minor and it eventually worked. We loved the outside bonfire area. We all talked about how this would be an even better rental in the summer months. Being able to walk down to the lake was a huge plus.

Our family traveled from PA, MD & VA to celebrate Christmas and we had a great time at Two Much Fun. Cozy home with plenty of room for everyone. Long dining table was perfect to fit everyone and for putting together puzzles. Game room provided fun family competition and the media room was amazing for watching the World Cup finals, and of course, Christmas movies! Mary was very responsive & helpful, and we greatly appreciated that! Thank you & Merry Christmas

The property is beautiful with an AMAZING view. The accommodations were terrific for our family who were in town for my daughter's wedding at The White Barn. We were all disappointed that we weren't able to stay longer enjoy it more!

The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed family meals around the large dining room table. We knew the dock/lake was a short walk down the hill. Although this was a little challenging for my parents, we often drive them down to the end of the driveway. I would recommend staying here for any family looking for a lake vacation.

Two much fun was an excellent property for our multi generational vacation. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The linens were new and clean. The house is fairly updated throughout and had plenty of space for all of us to hang out. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Had great amenities, no trouble finding something to do. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit on the deck!

This is our third time renting too much fun and it was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge! We love everything about this property from the game room, movie room, grill, fire pit, hot tub to the Serenelake views! Not to mention Mary is the best host! Her communication is always timely friendly and professional!

We LOVED this house. It was beautiful inside and out and the entire place was perfectly equipped for a fantastic vacation. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. Beautiful views and immaculately clean and cared for home with so many amazing amenities. Loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our second stay at Too Much Fun! The property is exactly as it is described online. Mary is absolutely FABULOUS to work with! I noticed one review mentioned the walk to the lake... We took a walk to the lake - ages 11 to 50. We would do it again and again! You are in the mountains, so there is a hill when you walk back to the house and there are car ruts as it is also a road that cars drive on. However, most of us in the group were not in shape and would walk it again! We had an amazing time sitting on the top deck with the propane fire pit going and relaxing for hours. The air was crisp and the blankets were snuggly! It's a great place to stay with teens as there is enough to do in the house you do not have to take them here and there. Our 4 teens were content with the awesome movie room and the pool table / arcade game. Can't wait to book our next stay!!!!!

This is a great home for a large group. The amenities are as advertised . However, you need to be aware that it is quite a walk to the lake itself down a steep, rutted driveway . Also there are no baby gates to prevent toddlers from falling down the steps to the basement area.

Our extended family stayed here for a week. 6 adults and 6 kids of varying ages. The property was perfect for us: big enough to fit us comfortably and full of fun amenities for the kids. The movie theater and arcade were particular favorites. As for local fun, the house was far enough from the busiest part of the lake that we could easily swim by the dock, but close enough to the town that we could easily get to hiking, restaurants, and beaches. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

This was our second time renting this place for our annual family & friends weekend or what we like to call now Framily Weekend in the Woods! Let me just say I searched long and hard to find this place to rent again (as they cut ties with their old property management) which I’m glad they did because I must say year two exceeded our expectations! From the start Mary was delightful to work with and her correspondence was always friendly, professional and timely! The house itself had many noticeable upgrades and is overall very well maintained, beautiful, clean, neat and fully equipped! We all love the theater room and hot tub; so relaxing! The upgraded arcade was a hit for all ages in our group! The fire pit on the deck made s’mores night memorable and we were so happy the weather was nice enough to grill dinner outside! We thoroughly enjoyed having framily breakfast & dinner at the large dining room table ( there was tons of room for all of us to break bread, catch up and laugh). We also love bar area it was ideal for our karaoke 🎤�� and matchin. and night and matching pajamas family contest! The location is prime close to many family fun activities including snow tubing, recreation center and of course the Lake! The lake view from the deck is beautiful enough but this year we actually did a framily hike down to the lake; which was tranquil and peaceful! Overall, we are glad to be repeat guests we love staying at this house and wouldn’t even consider to stay anywhere else when visiting the Deep Creek area! This home was perfect for our group it made our “framily” weekend intimate, fun and memorable! We are looking forward to year 3!

There are truly not enough words to express how perfect this house was for our family! We stayed for three nights for my husbands 50th birthday celebration. The home owners were wonderful to work with - they answered every single question we had in a very timely manner. The house was great. Very roomy and comfortable for all 13 of us who stayed there. The two master suites worked out great; there were ample bathrooms for all guests. The bunk bed room was perfect for 4 of the young adults (age 18/19) to stay in and would be great for younger kids as well as adults as the bottom beds are at least a full size bed, maybe even bigger! We absolutely loved the fact that we could all sit together at the same table to eat. So many times when we travel together, people are separated because the table will not seat everyone. The Theater Room - let me say, we could have spent days just in this room relaxing, watching movies & watching tv. Combine the room, the popcorn maker with supplies provided & some boxes of movie candy - we had our own movie theater! Everyone - from the age of 13 to 60 enjoyed the arcade game! It was fun to see who had the highest score. My husband & I enjoyed watching the snow fall while in the hot tub before the rest of our group arrived. When your 19 year old tells you - hey mom, you did a good job with this house - you KNOW it was the perfect place for your family! We are planning on going back....hopefully more than one time yet this year!

This place was so comfortable and had everything you could need. It was perfect for a large group. The owners were very accommodating to special requests and responded quickly and politely. We will definitely be back!
