Nice, private property. Many sitting areas in the shade if you like, which we did. Nice breezes. New LG appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub looked immaculate, though we did not use it this time.

Sweet home, clean, comfy, amazing kitchen, we enjoyed our stay! One thing which worked out well. King bed in master was terrible, sagging, impossible to sleep. We were furious, another reviewer pointed this out, assumed it was taken care of. But it was not. Calked management company, they were amazing! Next morning installed a new mattress.

This property was fabulous. Inside the home was comfortable and had everything you would need for a great stay. The backyard was amazing. We spent a lot of time outside with the kids. The backyard was perfect for our Easter egg hunt, feeding the birds and squirrels, and relaxing on the swing. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Well maintained property and good location.

From booking to check in to check out the process was seamless . The cabin was lovely and way bigger than I anticipated . If you get a chance to stay here it’s a must. The amenities are top notch. My only complaint being a city guy is the peace and quiet is deafining .

We really enjoyed the property. it seemed very clean which is important to us. The fenced yard was great for dogs but if your dogs are small and furry like ours they pick up tremendous items from the yard. Had to groom them every time they went out. Our biggest disappointment was the beds!! Was surprising being that the property is on the higher end of a rental in the area. For us, sleeping on our holidays are number one! My partner had the worst neck pain after first night and our friend Alex had back issues after her sleep. The beds were so soft you could hardly roll over without sinking deeper into the bed. A decent mattress is so inexpensive. We will not return for this reason. Left a day early so we could sleep in our own beds. We rent all the time and this was the worst. Our RV mattress is better. J

-The property is beautiful. It has a large fenced in backyard that’s perfect for dogs. The hot tub & fire pit were the main selling points for us. The house was nicely maintained.
-The issue for this house is the neighbor next door, Mr Baumgartel. He started yelling at us through the fence on the first day. & consistently teased our dogs to make them bark so he could report us to the rental agency. Later, because he admitted to spying on us to New Spirit rentals & when he assumed that we had all left the house (according to New Spirit, he said that there was no movement in the house & only one car was in the driveway. That’s creepy, right?) & the dog was alone & barking. Since New Spirit doesn’t allow dogs to be left unattended, they threatened to kick us out without a refund. The issue with this situation is that my mom was home. She’s disabled so was resting in her bedroom in the back (guess he couldn’t see into that room? Again so creepy) My guess is that he started antagonizing the dogs & then called to complain.
-This situation itself, would’ve ruined our vacation but the neighbor got even more aggressive. He started the morning off by barking at our dogs & then planted himself right at the fence separating the 2 properties. He then started yelling at us, saying he could do whatever he wanted because he was on his property. Which is very true but very intrusive and completely ruined our stay.
-We received another phone call from New Spirit, letting us know Mr Baumgartel was still complaining about us. The cherry on top was that Mr Baumgartel was actively yelling at me during this phone call. I wrote an email to New Spirit detailing all the issues. I got a, “we’ll let management know” response and then crickets.

Beautiful house with an amazing backyard. Perfect place to act as our base for hiking and hanging out. The beds were super comfortable and small touches like nice cookware was appreciated. We can’t wait to visit again!

The place was absolutely amazing. Beautiful location. Spacious and cute house. It was very clean and had a full kitchen.A couple of improvements -The check-in process was easy to figure out, but we had to pick up the keys at a different location as opposed to being at a lock box on the property.The property had so much snow, which was beautiful, but the driveway was completely blocked. It was not cleared before we arrived. We had to shovel the driveway on our own for 2 hours to get our cars in there.
