We had a very nice stay at 400 Kenwood. They were more that accommodating and the cottage was great! We loved having the dock access for our boat and it’s close to everything.

We have stayed here before its a nice quite location. Loving the new updates! Kids enjoyed walking outside onto the dock to fish. Even with some rain we found things to do as a family.

Like the outdoor area and sitting outside. Fishing is great. The dock for the boat is so convenient. Two kayaks are good to use. Owner s are very responsive. Thank you

This is our second stay at the lake house. Many new upgrades were made with the renter in mind. It was very comfortable and quiet. The cottage has a new dock where we parked our boat and the family enjoyed fishing there. The yard is well maintained and there is a fire pit to the side that was very enjoyable. Location is key with a short walk to town through a safe neighborhood. This will be our go to place in Sylvan beach.

This was an awsome house to rent for the week. It had everything you needed except for your personal belongings. It's walking distance to town. It's a deffinate place to go if you haven't been to sylvan beach.

Cozy and hospitable!
We had a delightful stay at this location! The house was the perfect size for our cozy group and offered many unique amenities. The property managers could not have been more accommodating and hospitable. They were available around the clock to answer any questions we had and offered valuable insight and recommendations about the area. This above and beyond service really made us feel welcome and at "home" away from home.

Great getaway house
The house was very nice and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Due to time of year weather was very cold but the heat works great. Would love to go back during the summer months as house is right on the water with it’s own docks a few yards from the back door. Even though it was very cold outside we really enjoyed our stay. Plus there is plenty of things to do in the areas around Sylvan Beach.

Easy check in and out process. Nice having dishes and blankets provided. Nice location to walk into town! Great restaurants around. Mosquitoes were an issue but not to much you can do about that with the rainy/hot summer. Great fishing spot! Lots of seaweed though. Would recommend!!

It was an amazingly great stay. Ron, the owner, was more than helpful and accommodating for our stay. He was more than willing to do just about anything to make our stay perfect. We Plan on returning next year. Very Near to beach, the park, downtown, restaurants and casino. It was totally great.

Great cottage in a great location
We stayed here for several days. The owners were wonderful, in booking and communicating. The house is on the canal and we brought our boat. It is within walking distance to Sylvan Beach, Restaurants, Casino, and the Amusement Park. If you do bring a boat, the boat ride is a short distance to the lake and within a short walk to the boat ramp. Nice decks for relaxing, a firepit for roasting marshmallows, and a garage with extra covered space for activities. Very relaxing.

Great spot for boating access and a five minute walk to the main street of town. Plenty of friendly waves and greeting while idling the boat to the mouth of the canal. Super relaxing!

Great location
We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. My 2 kids stayed in the loft/upstairs bedroom, which was very spacious. We really enjoyed watching the fish in the canal and using the kayaks. The owner is extremely helpful and kind.

This property had everything that was advertised. Very clean and ready for our stay. The only thing I could recommend, and it's minor, is some room darkening curtains in the upstairs room. Otherwise very cozy and really enjoyed our time here.

This is a comfy cottage in a quiet setting
We had a very good time at this property, directly on one of the canals that fed into the Erie Canal. We thought it might be loud but it was just the opposite, quiet and peaceful. It was well equipped and had a much used front deck and screened in front room. Our one reservation was that this was not a good rental for two older couples, even in reasonable shape. The stairway to the upstairs room (one big room, not two as listing implied) was very narrow with low headspace, causing many head bangs while carrying luggage and self up and down. The owners, Ron and Gina, were very accommodating every step of the way but we will probably not rent again due to the staircase.

This property is right in the heart of Sylvan Beach. With the canal right out your back door. If the water on the lake is to ruff, you can still run your boat around the canal and fish
