We had a fantastic stay in December 2023. The Villa was very clean and everything we needed was there. La Finca opposite the Villa was perfect for a lunch or dinner. Having the pool heated was great and the kids loved it !! Rachel & Evette were amazing and communication was excellent. The only thing to mention is that the upstairs 3rd bedroom is accessed from outside and is separate to the villa itself. This worked fine for us but is worth noting and being aware of. All in all a fantastic stay and we will be looking at dates for next December !!!

Fantastic beautiful Villa…heated pool absolute bonus. Evette met us with keys and tried to show us everything even though there was a power cut. Nothing was too much trouble and answered our questions quickly. Lovely quiet area. Will be back…Many thanks. 😎😎😎😎

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the villa, loved the swimming pool with the coloured lights in the evenings. The villa lived up to all our expectations. Definitely recomended. Dave & Eva plus family.

Everything we needed. Enjoyed the enclosed garden - very private and not overlooked. So handy for everything - beaches, shops. Villa was brilliant. Property Owner and Manager both responsive and good communicators - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay for a number of weeks this summer. The villa is beautiful and in a great location convenient for everything (having a car is helpful). The villa has everything you need for a lovely family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The villa itself was very spacious and had everything we needed for a fantastic family holiday. I would highly recommend this villa.

This beautiful villa was just perfect for my grown up family of 5, very clean, spacious and comfortable, it had everything you would want in a holiday home, pool area was amazing with plenty of seating/sunbathing areas to choose from, not to mention the roof terrace and views were fantastic too. We hired a car to travel to La Zenia (5mins) or Torrevieja(20mins) but there are bars/restaurants within walking distance. I hope we can return here one day, i would highly recommend for a family holiday here, its fantastic. Great communication with Rachel the owner and Evette the manager, thanks for everything.

Lovely clean and well appointed villa. Short drive to all amenities, bars and beaches. Garden and pool ideal for just chilling with sun all day. Perfect for a wee break with friends. Easy to contact either Rachel or Evette for any questions. We had a terrific week!

The villa is in a quiet location, but had a a lovely restaurant just opposite and another with mini golf a short stroll away. Also close to supermarket and a host of other restaurants and bars. A car is needed to go to the beach - Cabo roig or La Zenia, but only 5 minutes away. Villa well equipped, super outdoor entertaining area and great pool. Owner was very communicative and immediately rectified small hiccup on arrival. Would recommend as a great stay for families.

The villa was excellent and the pool was just for perfect for us. Lovely quiet location but not to far to restaurants and bars. I would personally recommend a car if you like to do more. But not needed if its just a short break.

All the family had a wonderful time. The property was superb and Evette the lady who managed the property was great, she was on hand if we needed anything. Would defo come again and would defo recommend it. Altough there are plenty of bars and restaurants you still need a taxi or car to get to the beach but with a private pool who needs that.

Our stay in Spain was everything we hoped for helped enormously by the Villa. Evette was there to meet us and show us around. Pool guy came twice a week, home was spotless and our online shop arrived promptly so avoided trips to supermarket to buy heavy items. Villa is big enough that people are not on top of each other especially with the upstairs bedroom being separate opening onto the huge veranda. Issue with air con sorted within 10 mins of us contacting Evette. There was good communication with Rachel prior to and during our stay. Good taxi service too and very reasonable. La Finca opposite very good to eat in and very good value. Other restaurants and overseas supermarket 10 min stroll. Also lovely quiet area and everyone very friendly with locals saying good morning on the complex. Great place would highly recommend.

A wonderful holiday had by all a great location, relaxing Villa, a short drive to La Zenia, Villamartin and all beaches. Rachel and Evette couldn’t have been more helpful. La Finca opposite is a great day out if you wish for a larger pool and food.

We spent 2 weeks at the villa in August. It was well appointed and very clean. Pool and garden area were fab. Wrap around garden meant shade could be found throughout the day and there was space for children to play. We always hire a car when we stay in this area to get to the beach and other areas we like to explore. There are restaurants walkable nearby, la finca was great for breakfast and a drink (only across the road) Kultaras was a little oasis just up the road serving lovely tapas also has a miniature gold course for over 7s. Would definetly visit again.

Perfect house. Every bedroom has a bathroom with shower (great when you have a pre-teen with you). Beautiful inside and outside with gasol-grill and good size pool and a lawn area. Great restaurant just opposite the house. Calm area. Close to shopping mall and beaches. But you really just want to stay there. Good and easy communication with Rachel and Evette. Just a great relaxing place with everything you might need.

We stayed at this villa for 9 nights. It's a lovely villa, has everything you need - there is a really nice bar/restaurant (with pool) opposite or there is a selection of restaurants a short walk from the villa, there is also a supermarket that you can walk to. There is a huge shopping centre which is a short drive away called Zenia Boulevard. Great place to stay - would highly recommend.

We rented the property 3 years ago, and it was just as we remembered. Everything we needed and very comfortable. Will definitely be returning at some point.

Had an amazing holiday. Villa was nice and comfy. Heated pool was definitely the best part. Rachel and Evette are great hosts. They made sure they shared all the information needed. Evette recommended some great restaurants. We had power outage on one of the days. Rachel was quick to respond even though it was late at night and helped getting to the switch board. Resetting the fuse helped. Overall amazing stay. Would love to return and have another holiday there and stay at the same Villa.

The villa is very beautiful and decorated with high quality furniture. The villa has everything you needed for your holiday. Communicating with Rachel was easy and everything went easily and well. It would be wonderful to come back to this villa again.

Prachtige kraaknette nieuwbouw villa met genoeg plaats voor iedereen. Zwembad is ongericht en verwarmd. Dus in de winter zeker een aanrader. Er is een private kamer met badkamer op het dakterras met aparte trap langs buiten ( ideaal voor vrienden of koppels die de anderen niet willen storen als ze vertrekken of toekomen ). Schitterende ligging dicht bij toeristische plaatsen. Op 500 meter is er richting Cabo Roig, de Urbanizacion Lomas de Cabo Roig met vele heerlijke restaurantjes ( frans, tex-mex en Indisch ) en een grote Britse supermarkt ( Overseas ). Op 1000 m landinwaarts is er het Leuke La Fuente met ook vele handelszaken zoals grote Lidl en restaurants. Echt een aanrader.

Très agréable villa spacieuse et bien équipée . Quartier calme et pas de nuisance sonore. Excellente réactivité de la propriétaire qui nous a toujours apporté les réponses à nos questions sur le champ Nous recommandons ce bien de villégiature

Todo excelente, No faltaba nada, facilidad de contacto, disponibilidad y limpieza , todo muy práctico, seguro y confortable. si acaso problemas de conexión con los canales vía satélite para nacional pero nada relevante. En una palabra ENCANTADOS.

Ha sido todo fantástico, la comunicación al llegar, Evette es súper maja y muy atenta. La casa estaba impecable, la piscina una gozada, pudimos hacer barbacoas, descansar, la ubicación muy bien en coche solo 8 minutos a la playa y zona de restaurantes. También andando a una zona de restaurantes. Como detalles a destacar que nos hayan dejado un vino en la nevera, unas pastillas para el lavavajillas y que hayamos podido hacer el checkout más tarde ya q no había gente después. Ojalá podamos volver pronto. Gracias!
