This place was so perfect for my kids and I. I couldn’t have chosen a better location. Parking garage made it so easy to unload the car. My only complaint was the lockers. It was so difficult to get our gear in and out each time we needed our stuff.

Checking in after hours was so easy - nice after a long drive! We love this location. We took the shuttle to the village and over to Silver Creek. It’s a short walk to the village which I recommend doing when it’s not too cold or windy. We had great views - sunrises were beautiful. And we could look out to see if the hot tubs were available or not too crowded. We brought some food with us - the kitchen had all the right tools and dishes we needed for cooking. Bathrooms, as well as the rest of place, were nice and clean. This property is so cozy and was perfect for our family.

Large, clean and pretty well furnished property. Great location right near slopes. Ski lockers worked well. View was pretty nice. Was great to be on the top floor.

This review is for the unit only. The building itself is nice enough, but needs some TLC. There is not on-site management, there were boxes stacked in the lobby, one of the three hot tubs was out of service, and there was some sort of water leak in the first floor hallway. About the unit and check-in, etc. Check in instructions were clear. It would have been nice to check on-property, but it's not much hassle to check in at the Casago office. The instructions are crystal clear. The unit itself was in a good location on the 4th floor. There are some units that likely have even better views, but ours was nice. We were able to look out over the mountains. The balcony is a nice size. The unit was clean and well-appointed in terms of furniture. The two things that need to be worked on: the laundry room door sticks, and take some work to open, and the cookware is pretty shabby. It was workable, but one side of the 4-slot toaster was broken, and the pans and some of the cooking utensils were a little worse for wear. Overall, though, the furniture and beds were comfy, and we really enjoyed the soaker tub. The condo is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The secured parking was great, and we really liked the location. It's a little out of the way, about .8 miles from the main village, but the grocery is only .4 miles away, and in the summer, the village is an easy bike ride away from the hotel along paved paths. The shuttle comes regularly as well. We wanted to be away from the noise of the epicenter of the event we were attending, and the Soaring Eagle was perfect for that. In the winter, it would be very convenient as well as a lift is located steps away. Great access to the backcountry trails as well. We were happy with our stay.

Great location
Terrific location. Really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and well supplied kitchen. Side note - the Soaring Eagle property is due for some updating / repairs. Also, not having a Casago representative or some type of concierge available after hours is a problem. I do realize staffing is currently a problem though. We would stay here again.

Unit was exactly as described! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Master was very nice and bed was comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony too was much larger than other Snowshoe properties we have visited. Multiple hot tubs made chilling out after skiing more relaxing. And, walking distance to the lift, got to love it! Interactions with managers were all quick and thorough!
