Condo was in a great location in the Waikoloa resort. Easy access to beach, shops, etc. Everything you need is in the condo. Plenty of space for everyone. Recommend it.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family (6 adults and 1 toddler)! The views from every window were beautiful. Loved the lanai and grassy yard area for our toddler to run around. We enjoyed cooking several meals at home, and appreciated the proximity to the Waikoloa beach, lava lava club, groceries, and not far drive from Kona and Hawi (where we were visiting family). We loved the convenience and beauty of the pool on site. We checked out the Hilton pass, but it was so grand and too much walking for our senior parents and young toddler.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the big island!

We brought our family of 5 to the island and met some grandparents there. This property location was perfect for our group. We loved the convenience of the nearby shops and its close proximity to many nearby beaches and snorkeling spots. Would gladly stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Waikola is the best place to stay on the island. Shopping is close by. The unit was perfect for us. My only complaint was that the beds were really hard. But other than that it was perfect for our family of 7 and we’d definitely stay here again!

We really had a great time staying here. Having access to the Hilton pools was awesome. Also having access to the pool on the premises was great after a long day out. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Overall it was a good experience. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, etc. Outdoor patio was a nice bonus and great to sit outside in the evening for dinner and just to hang-out. Only thing negative was the water never got above warm for the showers and the fan above the dining table didn't work so it got a but muggy at times.

When we go to our place, it was better than what we expected. The location was really close to 2 shopping centers, and an easy walk to ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach. The property had a gated entrance and backed up to a golf course, so it was quiet. Access to Hilton Waikoloa allowed us to take our 3 year old niece to play in the sand of the lagoon, without have to worry about the surf.

Our family of four plus another couple stayed here for a long weekend and everything was great! Super comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We noticed that it would get uncomfortably warm in the morning and in the evening. We figured it might be that it’s an end unit and all the windows would let the sunlight in including some heat. Other than that it was an awesome property. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice townhouse
This was a great place to stay and the amenities were abundant. Pool passes saved a lot of money at the Hilton. It’s also near some great public beaches. I would rent again if I come to Kona.

Overall, the property is nice. It is in a great location in a great neighborhood. We had six people and it was perfect for us. You could not have 8 people especially if they are adults. We had 2 nights where the temperature wouldn’t get cooler than 78-79 deg. Since it was a holiday week, the situation didn’t get corrected until our last day.
Overall, it’s a nice property and I would stay here again if they fix the AC issue.

Excellent for family + friend, pool pass a huge plus!
Our party consisted of my wife and I, two young children (6 and 9), and a friend and her adult niece and the property was perfect for us. It was clean, all appliances worked, and has been well maintained (the only minor issue is that the downstairs shower makes a humorous whine when it runs).
The property was actually better than the pictures showed as they have recently put in a new living room sectional sofa (the blue floral print one has been moved to the sitting area upstairs).
The pool pass for the Hilton Waikaloa Village that comes with the unit is a huge plus as we would often be "beached out" and the kids can have fun playing in the pool while we sunbathed and drank pina coladas from the poolside bar.

The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and other necessities. The place is roomy and comfortable. Well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They communicated in a timely and professional manner. Very helpful.

Great location, convenient for walking to most places within the Waikoloa Resort area. Pool was nice. Townhome we rented was a nice size for our family. The person who helped me with my reservation was wonderful! I had a bit of a problem when I initiated my booking, and she still reserved the unit for me and called me the next day and we were able to complete the reservation. This was really kind!

Nice place to stay with the family (7 of us). Close to the King and Queen Row shops. The pool pass to the Hilton was great. Only draw back was parking with a large vehicle since there was not a reserved outside spot.

The amenities were great - location is perfect, information was provided for the facility and amenities. Rooms were spacious and the view was great.
