Superbe appartement. Très bien équipé Tout se fait à pied

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Frédéric qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil. L'appartement est très confortable avec de belles terrasses et une belle vue sur Banyuls. Les commerçants sont accessibles à pieds et le garage est bien pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Excellent séjour fin octobre en famille. L'appartement est superbe,vaste, lumineux et très bien équipé. Tout est accessible à pied et les ruelles avoisinantes pleines de charme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les contacts avec le propriétaire sont faciles. Parfait !

Très bel appartement, bien situé et idéal pour un groupe d'amis. La terrasse principale et sa vue sur la baie sont superbes. L'accueil est très chaleureux.

Appartement de grand luxe. Très bien situé . Belle vue de l’immense terrasse principale. Nous étions 4 amies et avons passé un excellent séjour. L’ascenseur privé a bien soulagé nos vielles jambes .

Nous avons retrouvé avec grand plaisir ce magnifique appartement idéal pour les familles avec ses quatre chambres et ses trois terrasses si fonctionnelles. De nouveaux équipements ont encore été ajoutés qui font de la seconde terrasse un lieu idéal pour l’apéritif avec vue sur mer. Difficile de choisir où se détendre tellement tous les espaces sont agréables. Du grand confort dans la station de Banyuls toujours aussi accueillante et familiale. Je recommande à nouveau!

We found that the walk to the beach and town was a bit too difficult for people our age -70. Down hill was OK but the hike back was not. There are no taxi's available either.

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Frédéric. Le logement est fantastique, les vues sont encore plus magnifiques sue sur les photos. L’emplacement est parfait, tout se fait à pied une fois garée la voiture dans le garage de l’immeuble. Les quatre chambres sont tres confortables. Le salon est magnifique mais on y passe peu de temps tellement l’immense terrasse est plaisante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

We liked the flat so much that we'd like to come again. It is very well-equipped, furnished and comfortable. Only issue was with the DVD player but Krystelle was very proactive in resolving the problem. Also maybe the place could have been a little bit cleaner on arrival? I wouldn't call the flat "new"; more like about 12-14 years old, but certainly modern. However we liked our accommodation very much and were very grateful to Krystelle for her positivity, attentiveness and kindness. Apartment has a very good location and view. Really liked Banyuls-sur-mer, which for us is very accessible.

Great location with fabulous views from all the terraces. Near the beach and all restaurants. Perfect for two families of 4 vacationing together. Krystelle and Frederik very helpful. Look forward to returning.

Because of this wonderful property, we were able to discover the gem of Banyuls-sur-Mer. We loved being situated in the hill above the old part of town. The view from the main terrace was fantastic, and we loved walking into town to enjoy the beach, shop at the local markets, dine out and enjoy the live music happening every night. The location was a great base to venture to Collioure, Figueres, Carcassonne and Céret. We also had fun snorkeling at nearby Sentier-sous-Marin. The condo was great for our family of six - spacious and comfortable with all of the modern amenities.

Just returned from two fabulous weeks at the apartment. We had high expectations about the apartment from the website and we were not disappointed. It certainly has the "wow" factor, particularly the views. Krystelle was really welcoming and provided some useful tips on places to go, even though we have been to Banyuls before. The only negative - the apartment does not belong to us!

My family had the opportunity to stay in this flat for a week during our vacation. The flat is very nicely equipped, clean, private. We especially loved the layout for family dinners, and late night conversation on the veranda under the stars. Nice view of the hills, surrounding town and close to the beach. No problems with renting or return of our deposit. Highly recommend.

The main terrace is one of a kind and gives the appartment an extra quality component. The town is beutiful, friendly and quiet with a little bit of a „mamma mia“ atmosphere and look. The beach is great with a lot of privacy during our stay in June. Access to swimming and other beach activities was very easy and safe. Everything, which was promised by the owner and his assistant, was delivered with out any problems or questions. To sum up: Fabulous appartment in the fabulous town of Banyuls Sur Mer.
