Wonderful stay at this lovely apartment, prefect for a family of 4! The location couldn’t have Been any better, literally 1min from all the restaurants and HUGE shopping mall & outlet shopping centre! The free shuttle to Disneyland right outside was so easy to use. The swimming pool on site was perfect for the end of day chill out area .. couldn’t have asked for a much better experience! The communication with the owner was always easy and would get a response straight away leading up-to the mini break! Car parking on site was easy and safe. Would highly recommend. Perfect trip .. Thanks

Logement assez petit mais nous restions qu'une seule nuit heureusement. Bon emplacement pour aller à Disney, en sachant que les navettes gratuites pour y aller sont bondées et donc pas très agréable. Que ça soit pour l'allée ou le retour. Pas d'accès au logement à notre arrivée après 4 heures de route , nous avons dû utiliser les toilettes du hall d'entrée, enfin la toilette car il n'y en a qu'une seule et pas propre du tout. Cela devrait être plus grand vu le nombre de logements car il n'y a pas que des appartements, il y a aussi des chambres d'hôtels donc énormément de monde. Très bon accueil d'Augustine et pas mal d'explications pour s'y retrouver. Je recommande pour un couple avec un enfant mais personnellement pas plus car peu de places quand même dans l'appartement .

Alexandrine and Eric where super helpful from booking to even receiving us at the apartment and showing us around and advising us how to make the most of our stay and get to Disney. They are really super helpful and answer all queries promptly. Nothing was too much of a problem. The apartment was perfect for our little family and incredibly clean. Insanely close location to Disney and Free shuttle service runs from just outside the apartment straight to Disney and then back again which was a great saving on taxi fares. If we ever return to go to Disney I am definitely staying at Alexandrines Place for sure. Thankyou

We did enjoy the place clean and you have everything you need, very close to Disneyland and shopping center I recommend it.

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances. L'appartement est situé juste à côté de la navette qui vous emmènera en 5 minutes à Disneyland. Pas besoin de voiture. Appartement très propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Nous avons été accueillis par Alexandrine qui est une propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable. Elle nous a tout expliqué (piscine, navette,parking, très grande proximité du centre commercial). Ce n'est pas notre première location à Serris, et nous savons déjà que nous reviendrons. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. Merci encore Alexandrine pour votre gentillesse !! À bientôt !

Lovely hosts and a nice place. Good proximity to the mall and as close as it gets to DLP.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was a great alternative to a hotel room for our family of 5. The 3 kids slept comfortably on the 3 sofa/pull out beds and my wife and I had a comfortable bedroom of our own. Eric and Alexandrine were excellent hosts and we thank them for the warm welcome and the stay in their apartment.

Sejour agreable.Alexandrine est très disponible et a l'ecoute. L' appartement est superbement place ,proche des commerces des voies rapides,du RER pour se rendre a Paris. Dommage pour les problèmes de piscine car les enfants n'ont pas pu en profiter comme prévu. Merci tout de meme pour le séjour. A bientôt peut être, Yann
