In town for grandson bday. Wanted extra room for college marrieds to come and stay with us too for family time. End unit right by walking trail and park. Perfect weekend.

It met our needs the property turned out as advertised from the photos. Amenities were excellent everything was in good working order.

Condo was clean, well stocked, and excellent location for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a girls weekend!

The location is hard to beat for easy access to both Cottonwood Canyons and I-80 (for Park City/Deer Valley). Condo is very comfortable, well-appointed and user-friendly, close to grocery store. Be aware that South Wasatch Blvd. runs right behind the condo, and there's a decent amount of traffic noise during AM and PM rush hour, especially in the master suite.

The house was beautiful & had everything you could want. We were skiing nearby mountains, so the garage space was great for gear. The 2 separate living areas were perfect - the kids had fun in the basement while the adults hung out upstairs. Absolutely wonderful and we would happily stay there again!

Clean and very well stocked unit. Location is awesome for both little and big cottonwood canyons. Grocery store a half mile away and walkable. Comfy beds and plenty of towels and linens. Only complaint was make sure the hot tub is clean. I carry test strips with me due to so many having improperly managed water. Tested the hot tub and it barely had any chemicals in the water upon our arrival. Had to have that addressed which took two days due to the water not being properly heated after it was refilled.

We had a comfortable stay here, met all our needs for a ski week.with the family.

This home was located in a quiet area with a gorgeous view of the mountains, was close to shopping and food. There was more than plenty of space for our family and we felt like home while there. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

We rented this place to accommodate family visiting from out of town. The place is decorated to make you feel like you're right at home. It was one of the cleanest places we've stayed at which made our stay feel cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the ensuite and fully stocked house (games, plates, mixing bowls, toaster, pots, pans, etc.). You will want to stop at the Smith's 5 minutes down the road for oil, spices, and groceries. The park next door is convenient for a walk or for kids. The traffic noise is noticeable when the windows are open but was overall really quiet with the windows closed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Had a great long weekend. Was very central to shops and recreation areas.

We had a great stay. The property is next to a public park with a giant field with green grass to throw or kick a ball with kids. Also the tvs all have great sound systems and the basement tv has an x box that the kids loved. Only 25 minutes to snowbird. Highly recommend this property.

Ver clean, spacious, and well stocked rental. Close to ski resorts and restaurants. Tons of room for our family of four. Management was nice but difficult to reach one day. Fixed hot tub for us when it wasn’t heating up. Would recommend it and stay again!

We had a great experience. This condo is conveniently located within about 30 minutes of Snowbird, Solitude, And Brighton. Beautiful kitchen with new appliances, nicely stocked with all the pots and pans and dinner ware you could ever need. Huge master bedroom, with two additional bedrooms on second floor. There were a set of double beds in the finished basement for the kids. TVs, XBox. The hot tub was great and well maintained. Everything was clean and perfect. We had a small issue with hot tub but maintenance promptly responded and fixed it. This was a phenomenal experience which made our skiing experience even better. Thanks.

Very cute property. However bed sheets and pillows were FILLED with hair. There is absolutely no way they were washed between guests. Emailed property management right away and never got a response. We are low maintenance and still really enjoyed the property location for skiing.

Clean, comfortable home near Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Kitchen had everything you need. Private hot tub is perfect after a long day of skiing.

We had a terrific stay over the Christmas holiday in SLC. Can’t beat the location! Beds were comfortable. Adjacent to a park. Very nice, will stay again.

Great in every way!

This was a great property at a great price. The owners clearly take pride in the property. Kitchen is appointed the best I've experienced with plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. And the dishes, pans etc. were nice (not the cheapest) and plentiful. Heck, the even had 2 coffee makers in case you had a full house. Unit was also very nicely decorated with a variety if interesting and tasteful art work. Nice hot tub out back where it is a bit noisy from the main roadway on the backside of a sound wall but it didn't interfere with our hot tub therapy after skiing. Noise did not transfer into back bedroom and bedrooms with one bedroom nearest busy road having a white noise machine available should you want it. Beds were a bit cushier than I prefer but certainly nice if you like soft top beds. Nice washer and dryer available with soap provided. All in all, I'd gravitate to this place again for my next stay in salt lake. Had some delay with the unit apparently not being cleaned in time for our 4pm check in but the Property Manager was outstanding working with us on resolving the problem in a manner that worked for us.

Cons- Super hot in the upstairs bedrooms, Wasn’t very clean hair was on the floors, shower and bathtubs in the upstairs bathrooms, the house smelled, had two different people decide to come into the house one at around 8 in the morning waking myself and wife up asking why I hadn’t put the recycle can out (it only had a small bag in it) and the inspector showed up same day around 930 and also came into the house. (She didn’t realize we came in the night before). Kind of creepy to have people walking thru the side yard coming from the busy street. Traffic noise was horrible ( I understand nothing they can do about that). I am sure this place is great during the winter but I would advise not to stay in it during the summer. They don’t want you running the ac below 72 so the upstairs is a hot box.

Love the location of this property, next to a park and so close to the canyons. We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
