Stop with the junk mail

Pool was not clean, water was cloudy. Stains on every piece of furniture from the lobby the the rooms.

We did not eat the hotel breakfast during our stay.

Facility is dirty and dilapidated.

The bed was comfortable

Smoke detector hanging off wall Shower door handle broken changed rooms same, room was smaller

Location to the event I was attending. Easy to find from the interstate

The pool was closed in “June”. The carpets need updating.. my room key kept malfunctioning, and I had to keep going down to the front desk to get it replaced

The interior hallways and room carpet needs upgrades. The rooms need to be updated and new carpeting. The lighting is very dull and needs updates.

The location was great. The adjoining rooms was awesome.

The hotel needed updating. The rooms were not kept up. Refrigerator in one room had stains on the side. The office chairs were broken at the armrest, there were stains on the carpet. The pool area bathroom doors had rust stains all over them. The inside pool and hot tub floors need to be replaced/paved.

Was given a room on the executive level because our original room was occupied.

The TV had poor viewing. Stations were static.

The room was dirty, specially the shower. The carpet need to be change. The outside pool was dirty. The inside pool need to be updated, specially the bathroom.

The room was dirty, very out dated, dark, very little lighting in the bathroom. Badly needs updating.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly

The beds are very hard and are room was not ready at check in. Hotel restraunt was way over priced. There were supposed to be snacks and drinks when we stayed at club level and there were none. It was disappointing considering we were there for the Masters and they should be on there game. I would not reccomend. It was expensive for not very much.

Outdated,piece of the roof blown off. The staff at the front desk where dressed in everyday attire. Pool dirty, elevator was dirty. Resturant closed.
